Also, please remember that RVs (or extended vans with rv hook ups), trailers, boats, jet skis, etc. are not permitted in the garages OR overflow lots.

This was a beautiful condo with great views and an awesome location. Turquoise Place was well maintained and we always felt secure. The condo was beautifully decorated and fully stocked. Parking was a breeze with the assigned space just outside the elevators making it easy to load and unload. Everything was as advertised and we would definitely stay again! The Property Management team was very helpful and available to answer questions and give us recommendations.

We had the good fortune of staying in this beautiful condo at Turquoise Place. The communication was easy and they were very responsive to any needs/concerns we had. The owners were very generous and left things that other condos don’t usually leave such as salt, pepper, spices, some starter K cups and hand soap. If you have a little one, these owners are very prepared for having a young child or baby in tow. The bathrooms are very luxurious and the water pressure was awesome!!
All of the furniture and beds were quite comfortable. We stayed for a total of 10 days and we did find that we could have used a few extra hangers. Other than that, you wouldn’t need to bring any thing out of the ordinary.
Parking is a breeze and the assigned parking space was right outside of the elevator doors. It could not have been more convenient for us!
We will be back!!
Highly recommend this beautiful and comfortable condo. Fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. The beds were also amazing, which can be a rare thing when you rent a place. The owner has done a fabulous job with everything!
