Turquoise Place 1802 C

First family vacation in 10 years. It did not disappoint!! Plenty of room and very nice accommodations. We will definitely try to get this condo again! Parking was exceptional!!!

Stayed in the complex last year. Really like the amenities and the condo was wonderful. The new slide is great.

Fantastic condo, very clean and check in/out instructions were clear. No complaints!!! We had the best time and will definitely be using again.

We had a great time! These are the only issues, and I just wanted to let you know that we didn’t do any of them. Coffee grounds had been left. Grill dirty. Lid broken on storage chest on balcony. Batteries in some remotes corroded. Very nice unit!!

We had a good overallstay. The rental in a great location - near plenty of places to eat with a church across the street. The rental was clean and in good shape. Covered parking, responsive staff, great beach front.

We had a great time. The facility had many great things to use, beach was beautiful. The condo was large and very well appointed. Top of the line kitchen well stocked.

A lot to like about this unit.
1. Size - plenty of space for 6 adults and baby
2. Very clean
3. Hot tub on balcony was nice. They checked it several times during our stay.
4. Used the grill on balcony 2 nights. Nice option.
5. Refrig very large.
6. Icemaker used very frequently. Worked great.
7. Elevatirs were no problem.
8. Pools were refreshing.
9. Lazy river relaxing.
10. Parking excellent.
11. Bar/diner very convenient.
12. Security entrance appreciated.
13. Carts for luggage easily accessible.
14. Trash dump close.
15. Instructions from complex thorough and easy to follow.
16. Beach rental workers very helpful.
17. Quick access to food, groceries, etc.
18. Negatives - none.

Beat place we have ever stayed and we’ve been here either spring or summer for 17 years. We WILL be back. Great pools, close to beach, wonderful tiki bar at the pool, just a perfect stay.

We enjoyed our stay at Turquoise Place 1802C. It was roomy and a well furnished kitchen. Only issue was the jets in the master bath tub didn’t work, and we couldn’t locate a dust pan when we swept the floor. We were sad the gift shop never opened because we all wanted to bring home souvenirs.

This is my favorite place to stay its my little Caribbean without the price !!! Mrs Charlotte is always very helpful and always really quick to get back to me if I need anything! I will stay here many more times!!

The condo was decorated very nice. The kitchen had all the needed amenities. The view is beautiful! We read the previous reviews and the hot tub and master bath tub were mentioned in several reviews. We inquired about both before booking and was told the hot tub was fine and that the master bath wasn’t jetted so that was a non issue. The hot tubs on the balconies are one of the perks of staying at Turquoise! The hot tub didn’t work the entire vacation. Maintenance checked it out and said it needed a part they didn’t have. They filled it up with cold water. The property mgr said she tried a couple of places to see if the part could be found. Apparently it couldn’t because we received a credit for the hot tub portion. The master tub did have jets but they didn’t work. We would never have chosen this unit had we known the hot tub was not working. The refrigerator smelled like seafood. Many surfaces were dusty. Plus, there was hammering and some repairs going on in the unit next door in the early morn even though it was spring break. Staying in Turquoise is always such a joy. However, this unit did not meet our expectations. We will definitely book at Turquoise Place again, but will choose a different unit.

Great condo!

We loved the condo, the weather, not so much!! Wish we could have stayed longer but Sally chased us out only after two nights!!!

1802C is a great condominium in Turquiose Place. The location is great (close to the elevators, but not too close) and the view of the beach and Gulf is fantastic. The designated parking spot on P1 is right by the elevators for easy unloading and loading. The unit was well-maintained and clean and served my family well throughout our week vacation. The only issues we found were door locks. Many of the door locks (bedrooms and bathrooms) didn't work. Also, halfway through our stay, the dryer wasn't heating at all so we couldn't dry our laundry, but after notifying the property manager, an appliance technician came out and repaired it for us on the same day. All in all, we had a great stay and i would definitely recommend 1802C to a friend or family member looking to vacation in Orange Beach.

Big spacious 3 bedroom condo. Loved the balcony and hot tub. Would definitely rent here again.

Turquoise is just an amazing place and this was a great condo. Can't say enough. Won't stay anywhere else. We are hooked. Just need to find the time in our schedules to come back down soon!

This is our second year in a row coming back to Turquoise Place and the first time using Phoenix Rentals. The resort is amazing and the staff is great too. The Orange Beach beaches are our favorite and I'm hopeful we will get to stay here again next year if it isn't booked already.

The condo was clean and in good shape... looked just like the pictures. Check-in was easy and the parking spot was located right next to the doors leading to the elevator. Amazing views of the ocean.. easy access to the beach. We were very happy with the hot tub and grill on the deck.

We had such a great time at Turquoise Place, amenities are top notch. Our condo 1802 was very clean, comfortable and kitchen fully stocked... we cooked in three nights. We chose this condo for its views of the Pass and private balcony. Look forward to coming back.

Our first time at Turquoise and we definitely were not disappointed. The amenities were amazing, bar by the pool, band playing, lazy river, playground. The room was very spacious and clean! Everything you need in the kitchen and incredible views from the balcony. Loved the hot tub and grill out there. We will be back!

My husband and I stayed at this lovely condo and had a wonderful time. We would happily return in a heartbeat!

We had a great time. The condo was beautiful, spacious and very clean. We can't wait to return. Only downside is location to the elevator banks which you can hear from the two smaller bedrooms. We had a little trouble checking in - the front desk didn't have us registered and had to call Phoenix Property but it was resolved quickly. The views are phenomenal.

Turquoise Place outdoes all of the competition around. They thought of everything when building this place with the vacationer in mind. It's very resort like from the moment you walk in. The common areas are grand, the pools are grand and our room was grand. The condo was very large. I clocked 3 miles on my fitbit on a day it was raining and we stayed indoors if that tells you how big it is. The kitchen is top notch. Everything was top notch but nothing and I mean nothing tops having the hot tub on the balcony. How great to go and sit in our own private hot tub rain or shine. We didn't use the grill outside because we ate out each night but I bet that is a hit in the summer. This place is worth every penny and the rental company made our whole experience seamless. All communication was thorough and on time so we never had to call or follow up. They even sent us a map of the resort which is a bit confusing when you are on the inside. Stay at 1802. You will love it.

What a place. Total luxury from the moment you pull in with the huge waterfall wall that runs the parking deck and the luxurious lobby that greets you. This place is not your typical beach condo stay. It's like the four seasons. The unit itself is HUGE. Plenty of room for our whole party. The kitchen is a total dream. Sitting on the balcony at night in the hot tub with a glass of rose was heaven. Where else can you do that??? We also enjoyed the grill being on our porch. We really felt no pressure or need to go out to eat because cooking in this place could not have been any easier. The property is so nice too. We enjoyed live music out by the pool and any pool we went to had great tunes even the indoor pools. Great stay with Casey at Phoenix Rentals. He could not have made the whole rental process any easier.

We've never been down to this area before but we had hear great things about it and our stay at Turquoise Place didn't disappoint. The unit is HUGE, clean and well stocked. We had plenty of space for our crew to sprawl out and plenty of space to hide our luggage away. The deck with the grill and the jacuzzi was the coolest thing we've ever experiences on a beach vacation. So nice not to have to haul your food up and down elevators to grill out and to watch the sun go down in a jacuzzi on the 18th floor was total HEAVEN!!! The building has a ton to do from indoor/outdoor pools, a lazy river and a little playground for the kiddos. Ours throughly enjoyed going to play on the playground with their Mimi while we prepped for dinner each night. Cooking in each night was such a joy in the kitchen that we barely ate out. We took Casey's recommendation and went to Fisherman's Corner for dinner one night (make sure you make reservations because the restaurant is so tiny) and the meal was fantastic! We highly recommend it as well. Casey and Phoenix Rentals were great to book from. We didn't know what to expect but he answered all our questions and checked on our stay. We hope to be back soon!
