Our stay at Turquoise Place was one of our best ever.
We booked through Phoenix Rentals and everything was as pictured and explained. It was a very easy process.

From the moment we stepped into Turquoise Place 1505 D, we knew we were in for a treat. The property conditions were nothing short of spectacular, with every detail meticulously crafted to ensure a luxurious experience. The amenities were a highlight, especially the hot tub on the balcony which offered a private oasis with breathtaking views – the perfect spot to unwind after a day of adventure.
What truly set our experience apart was the management staff. Their dedication to service excellence was evident in every interaction. They went above and beyond the standard expectations, ensuring that even the pool chairs were cleaned daily, reflecting their commitment to an immaculate environment and guest satisfaction.
Our stay at Turquoise Place 1505 D was incredible, and we cannot recommend it enough for those seeking a blend of luxury, comfort, and exceptional service. We left with cherished memories and the certainty that we would return.

This place was great to stay, clean and well equipped kitchen. The communication was good except for the last minute things. We received an email the day before notifying us that the outdoor pool would be drained for renovation during out stay and then the day of our arrival we were notified our hot tub would not be usable until they received the PH level test back. not deal breakers but a little more of a notice would have been nice. This place will be spot on once all the renovation is complete!

We loved our stay in this condo. It is well furnished with comfortable and plentiful seating. The kitchen is also well equipped. Everything was clean and well maintained. The only issues we had was that you are basically on your own once you check in. We could smell pot from our balcony a few times at night, but couldn’t reach security to make a report so we were forced to endure the smell or go back inside. We also had an issue with the fireplace not working. We reported it the Wednesday morning before Thanksgiving and someone couldn’t come out until Friday. It was never fixed by the time we left Saturday. Upon checking out, no one was at the service desk (a very common occurrence) so we had to walk to the other building in the rain to turn in the room keys. Again, the room and amenities were incomparable, but the customer service was poor.

We just got back from a family vacation of 6. We were very pleased with the condo & the pictures are accurate. It definitely was big enough for all of us to have our own space & very well laid out. Charlotte was very helpful as well. We'd love to come back sometime & stay here.

Have stayed in this condo multiple times and have never been disappointed although I must say the mattresses could use replacing.

Could not wait to return home. Everything from the pools/lazy river to the condo were dated, worn, and in need of a thorough deep cleaning. Broken mirrors, ceiling fans, duct taped shower head...

This was our first stay at Turquiose Place, and 1505D was fantastic. The unit was clean, beautiful, and had great bedroom layouts. The closets were huge and the kitchen fully stocked. We enjoyed our stay and had no issues.

The Turquoise Place was exactly what we were looking for.... Comfort, quiet, convenience, and relaxed. We travel to OBA each year, but this was our first time at TP. We really loved it!

This was our first visit to The Turquoise, but not the last. The condo was perfectly appointed, and large enough to accommodate six adults and three small children. Loved having three king sized beds and enough bathrooms for all. We spent quite a bit of time on the balcony with the gas grill and hot tub. Our grandchildren loved the pools and lazy river. I will definitely recommend it to our friends.

Dissapointed overall. The condo is in worn shape. The kitchen can it’s were dirty. The kitchen was poorly stocked. Needs new oven. Sink was leaking. Had bowels under sink to catch dripping water. None of outlets in master bath worked. Had to turn on breaker but then jetted tub motor would run constantly so had to keep breaker off. Ended up not being able to utilize bathroom outlets. Very inconvenient. The hot tub was so full that only 2 people could get in or it would flood neighbors below us. Made us very upset. Over all the only good thing was the view. Would not recommend this unit.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Outlets in master bathroom did not work but we were fine without them. Our only problem was that the cleaning crew did not do a good job of preparing for us. Bedrooms were dusty and dirty. One bedroom had personal items either left from crew or prior renters. Condo is beautiful and tastefully decorated and had all we needed for our stay. Enjoyed grilling on balcony. Plenty of room for our large family inside and outside. Easy access to the beautiful beach. Pools were beautiful and well kept. Definitely a great place to stay.

This is one of the nicest condos we have ever stayed in Orange Beach. Not only were the accommodations beautiful, the condo was so well stocked. The building is amazing. Great fitness center, pool, lazy river and bar and restaurant! If you don’t stay here you are doing yourself a disservice!!

This is the cleanest and best maintained condo on the gulf coast. The amenities are amazing and this unit is stocked with every kitchen gadget you could ever want. The Margaritaville drink maker and waffle iron were great added touches.The unit was situated in the middle of the building giving it totally private balcony with amazing views of the beach, surf, and gorgeous sunsets. This is the only condo we will ever stay in while visiting Orange Beach!

This unit is beautiful but lacked a few things if you are using kitchen. There were two large slotted spoons that were broken and only one large cooking spoon. Grill tools would have been nice. Also directions for the margarita machine would have been nice.

We had a great stay here with three families all with little ones. The kitchen and the grill on the deck really makes you feel like an all star chef. We found ourselves cooking a lot more than we thought we would. Amenities are great and Turquoise is the perfect spot for adults and kids. We are already checking our calendars for next year.

We had a wonderful time. This condo and the the whole complex is amazing. We stayed here with 2 other couples and we never felt like we were on top of each other. The white linens are a nice plus. We are already looking at dates to rebook for next year.

The location was excellent. The property was very nice and we will definitely be back. The beds is 1505d need to be replaced but that is the only thing we were not pleased with. Great family vacation

Overall good experience. Nice amenities, good location, well sized - plenty of room, reasonably clean and stocked with essentials. Critical comments: the grill was in bad shape - dirty and push button starter did not work, only two, old dish towels, towels were ordinary and several were worn and frayed, one remote needed batteries.

This place was awesome. So cool what they did with the beds which made it perfect for bringing our little ones down. Plenty of room for everyone and then some. We could have stayed another week. We will be back soon!

We've stayed elsewhere and this place just can't be beat. It just doesn't compare to the others. Check in was easy. Unit was clean and spacious and well taken care of. You can't beat the view. We hope to stay here again if it isn't booked up already.

This was our first time staying at Turquoise Place and we LOVED it. They have everything you could ever want and more. The is the ultimate place to come and just relax. Having the hot tub on the balcony was the greatest thing ever. The view from this balcony is to die for. The lounge chairs outside were a real plus too for morning coffee and dolphin watching. The kitchen was well stocked although we ate out most nights but had everything we needed to cook breakfast and some lunches. There was a cafe by the pool that had great food as well. The amenities are to die for. I just can't say enough. We will never stay anywhere else on the beach again and when we come back we will checking to see if 1505 is available.
