Turquoise Place 1109 C

Great experience!

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this condo. There were lots of little touches to make the stay easier like extra pillows and blankets in closets and the many light switches being labeled. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes and cooking supplies. All the beds were great and the bunk beds in the 4th bedroom make it a great place to stay with kids. Would definitely stay here again.

Our family arrived from different parts of the US on the Saturday before the 4th of July and stayed for the week. The condo was clean, very comfortable and nicely appointed. We all had a great time visiting with relatives that we hadn't seen in a while. We did have some problems with the washing machine the first couple of days, which was addressed immediately by the Phoenix Rental staff, Brandy and Cayce. The bedroom across from the kitchen get's very hot and fans don't seem to help much, but this seems to be an issue with every corner unit facing west, in tower C, that we've rented in the past, in the middle of summer, at Turquoise Place. As far as the accuracy regarding the amenities, our family spends a lot of time on the balcony. The photos on VRBO that was provided along with the property description showed that the unit had an outdoor sofa and love seat on the balcony, which is why I chose this unit to rent for the week in the first place. Both had been removed and replaced with only a few chairs. We didn't have enough sitting room for all the adults on the balcony at one time. Yes, I would recommend this unit to friends and relatives. Hopefully, the owners will replace the sofa and loveseat by next 4th of July.

Complex is outstanding - tons to do. Actual unit was an end unit with large balcony, private hot tub that the grandkids used every morning. Floor plan very roomy, great windows for beach views. Bunk room was a hit. Kitchen is well stocked. Loved our stay!

Incredible unit and incredible service from Phoenix Rentals!

The vacation rental was very nice, very spacious, and in a great location in Orange Beach. There was never a crowd at the elevators, which has been a problem at other condos we have stayed in the past, and the indoor pools/hottubs were great. The location of the condo on the beach and distance to our favorite restaurants was great.

The condo was beautiful, however, we did have a few concerns. The primary issue was with the hot tub, which we were excited about using considering the cool spring weather. The water was green and clearly not well maintained. When we reached out to management to have the hot tub cleaned, we received no response the entire week, and when the hot tub maintenance person showed up at the end of the week on Thursday, he was there for his regular schedule, and was not made aware of our complaint/concerns about the hot tub earlier in the week. In addition, he said that he didn't have the materials to clean out the hot tub and couldn't do it until Friday (the day before we left), and he didn't return on Friday. I hope he returned before the next guests arrived.
The other issue was with the master bed, which was not very comfortable and very lumpy.
Generally, we had a great stay, loved the area of the beach the condo was on, and really enjoyed the space of the condo for the two families that stayed together.

Our family celebrated a 65th Birthday and the facility helped make it very special and memorable. Our family had a wonderful time and will look to come back again.

We loved our stay here. The condo is so stunning and HUGE. Plenty of room inside and out for everyone in our party. The beach was nice with clear, calm waters pretty much our entire stay. We hope to stay at Turquoise Place again. Charlotte was great to work with and answered all of our questions.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property! The condo is incredibly spacious and well appointed. Beautiful views from the balcony and we especially loved the hot tub! Property manager was responsive and very helpful in coordinating our last minute trip.
