Turquoise Place 1006 C

We had a great time and experience renting from Phoenix. Everything was great leading up to and even communication on the day of check in. The room was HUGE and very well acquainted. As a former rental owner, it needs some touch up paint in the hallway and master bath, as to be expected by damage of uncaring guest. Everything works as it should, hot tub included. The master bed is dipping and could stand an update, I can see how people may complain, but it's an easy fix. Overall, we had a great time and would rent through Phoenix again!

We had a great time in this condo! The living room was comfortable and able to accommodate all the family. We appreciated the upscale kitchen that even had decent knives and pans that didn't scare you to cook with. The large balcony was well used by all and even the hot tub was used. Liked that someone came by daily to check the hot tub. Activities for the kids was an added bonus. We had a great week at this stunning property! We do feel that it's showing it's age and might want to make a checklist for cleaning crew. A pacifier was found in the sofa cushions and the dryer was stuffed with so much lint we had to call maintenance. Hairdryer in master and walk in shower bath not working. New mattress needed in master and third bedroom. Despite this minor issues, we would stay here again.

This was our 2nd stay at Turquoise Place. We have been very pleased with both condos we have stayed in. The pools, both indoor and outdoor, were very nice and clean. We also enjoyed the fitness center, steam room and sauna. Inside the condos, the kitchen appliances were top notch! We would definitely stay here again and have recommended it to others. (The only issue we had was the bedding in the master suite in our condo. The pillows desperately needed replaced and the sheets were very wrinkled. We ran out and bought new pillows and sheets. This was our only issue.)

Condo nice-but for the money not as nice as cheaper condos I have stayed in. Condo was large and accommodating, just showing signs of age.

Everything was clean and worked properly. I stayed in the master and the mattress was super comfortable. Love this whole property besides one issue i had with the "security" running the gate as you drive in the parking deck. We were coming back from a long day on the boat and he decides to take his sweet time opening the gate he was on the other side of the guard shack trying to give another customer directions so i waited then had finally had enough waiting so i got out of my vehicle and asked if he would just open the gate and he said to wait a few minutes until he was finished. I asked to speak to a manager he said "i am the manager" so i said thats funny since it clearly says security on your shirt. I went to the front desk and asked the same question and they said someone would call but of course never did. Besides this one situation everything was great but security clowns beware!

We absolutely loved this place! The place was very clean and had plenty of room for our whole family. We absolutely loved every part of it and will for sure be making this an annual trip and we won’t be staying anywhere else!

Nice, well-equipped unit in a beautiful, well-maintained building at a convenient location in Orange Beach.
(Only suggestions are to replace saggy, worn bed pillows with fresh ones and adjust difficult to turn shower control in master bathroom.)

We had a fabulous stay!! Absolutely beautiful and very well decorated!great location accessible to great shopping, dining experiences, and golf courses. Overall condo was great and clean. The property did need a few repairs or updates. Electronics need attention like bunch of wires hanging underneath main TV. Bedding in second master shabby. Table and chairs on balcony uncomfortable. Would be desirable to have assigned parking for two cars given size of condo. Towel bar loose in front right master bath. Electrical plug in beachside master not working on left side of bed.

Lazy river was not working one of the main reason for staying here. Very disappointed it was not working.

I had high hopes for this vacation. We will not stay here again. From the moment we walked in the place was not cleaned properly, was not a big deal, we wiped down the refrigerator and appliances, counters. One of the guest bed comforter had something sticky with hair stuck to it. There were a few stains on the couch. Bathroom had mold, we cleaned the best we could. Hot tub did now work for the first part of the stay, it was fixed late Weds. Turns out next door was pulling out base boards/renovating very loud one day. Not anyones fault just the time we were there. The AC was the biggest complaint it must be set to only go to mid 70’s, every night we come in it was warm inside the condo. Grill was pretty dirty wasn’t worth taking the time to clean it, didn’t use it. It’s just not what you want to spend your time doing when your on vacation cleaning/on the phone try’s no to get things fixed. The unit itself had the potential to be nice. It did not have damage to the balcony like some of the other units that was a plus. I expected more from Turquoise Place, we have friends that recommend this place, & actually meet others we know while on our stay. Not all units may be like this one.

Our family had an amazing time at this rental for our Easter vacation.

We loved our stay at Turquoise Place 1006 C. The Condo met our expectations except the Hot Tub. Not all the jets were working but we spent more time at the beach so this was not a big deal. With Covid still active the grill on the deck is the best amenity. We love vacationing at Turquoise Place because of the condo size. It makes vacationing with family so much more enjoyable.

We stayed for a week at 1006C and had the best time! Weather wasn't great the entire time but having the indoor pools our kids did not care that they couldn't go to the beach. The condo itself was very spacious and well supplied with kitchen for cooking there. The property was clean and staff was super friendly and helpful during our stay. Will be back for sure.

very nice condo only had a few small problems 3 of the 4 tv remotes where not fully operational hot tub was not very clean guy came to clean hot tub while we where there and stayed about five min and didnt see any improvement would love to see a recliner in the living room just for suggestion overall very nice place

My family and I stayed in the turquoise several years ago and were very impressed with the cleanliness inside and out of the entire establishment. This time not so much. We arrived to our room to find chip bags and not so clean linens on the beds. Outside of the complex was not so kept as well with dirty walkways. Don’t get me wrong this place is beautiful and the condo we stayed in was nice but when you pay this price you expect cleanliness and a well managed property.

Family had a great time, the unit was large and very laid out for 10 people. We never felt crowded, even when cooking. Kitchen was extremely well stocked. The only negative is that the cleaning crew wasn't very efficient, bathtubs were dirty and the previous renter had left several pairs of underwear in the drawers. Unit could use some updating.

The unit is huge and very spacious. Property is conveniently located. No complaints.

Nice unit, kitchen was well stocked, swivel chairs springs are broken, and the mattress on all three beds need to be replaced. We all had to sleep on top of our duvets for a little cushion. Jets in the master bathtub did not work, and the lights over the stove top did not work. Several of the tiles on the pool were missing, it just seemed a lot more run down from the year before. I no longer feel like this is a 5 star resort, as I did the year prior. Front desk staff was, by no means friendly, however Charlotte was very professional.

Such a wonderful condo and complex. Looks just like pictures only better! Kitchen has everything you could need. We grilled out almost every night while enjoying the hot tub. Can’t wait to come back!

Perfect location in the resort. Beautiful 10th floor views. Condo had everything we needed and was very clean. The games were a nice addition and was very appreciated when the weather wasn’t cooperative. There was a storm that passed through about 6AM one morning and threw pool chairs all over the pool area and sand dunes, the staff had everything back in place by 8 AM. All the staff are friendly and helpful. This condo was everything we hoped for and more!

Amenities here are lovely and the beach was perfect with great seashells, clear water, no bugs and a warm breeze. Property manager was very nice and helpful. We hope to come back soon if we can get a reservation. This place seems to book up fast.

Just a perfect stay in this condo and complex. Our first time at the Turquoise could not have been better. Condo was very clean and comfortable. We cooked three times and kitchen was well stocked. Pools were great, hope to be back!

We were extremely pleased with the unit that was beautifully decorated and had all of the items in the kitchen and throughout the unit that we needed. Turquoise is a beautiful complex with so many amenities. Loved the lazy river and the indoor pool. The weather was perfect for our week and the location was excellent.
