Phoenix X 915

First time staying in this Phoenix and it was not bad. I personally prefer Phoenix 9. Condo was nice and beds were very comfortable. I would suggest that the cleaners do a better job.

915x was disappointing to say the least. I didn’t feel like it was very clean. We had someone sleep on the sleeper sofa. I would not expect too much from a sleeper sofa but this pad was very thin and you had a bar sticking you in the back when you laid down. We found cheerios from other guests in the sleeper sofa. Just putting a moving blanket down was a decent improvement to the pad. I emailed the first night because the shower would not drain and our WiFi password that was provided did not work. With no warning they did come the next day to fix the tub. I was happy they fixed it but I would have appreciated a heads up or a response to the email. We never did receive the WiFi password. Finally went downstairs and the lobby attendant gave us the building WiFi password. The shower curtain was to say the least absolutely disgusting. If I would have thought about it earlier in the trip I would have went to Walmart and bought a replacement for the inside clear curtain. The corners the bathrooms had gross buildup that looked like mold. The refrigerator drawer was broke. The pillows had stains on them, I do not use pillows supplied when traveling but if I did I would have not used those. On a good note the ac did work well. I had seen someone in the reviews say that the ac was not cooling well. If the owner/management company is interested we took photos of the curtain and some of the grime. I would not recommend or visit this unit again. We had previously stayed at phoenix locations before and had better experiences. The building itself was fine. The pools on the property were great. The bbq area was great. The parking garage had adequate parking and the spaces seemed a little wider than other places we’ve stayed. Also the building had adequate elevators. I don’t think we waited longer that 30 seconds for an elevator which I appreciate.

Overall the condo and location was great. Nice beach, nice site with some good facilities. Good location and parking. One major issue was the door would not close on its own like every other hotel or room rental I've had. So more than once we came back to the room to find the door not locked and open. Also the billing to the CC was for a property rental and not billed like a typical hotel or resort so I was unable to use credit card miles. I would use this location again.

Loved being so close to the beach and view was spectacular. Pool facilities were great. Phoenix 10 is next to flora-bama beach bar so we could hear their live music and get drinks/food/bathroom as needed. Used Ike's chair service and they were awesome. The down side was the condo itself. It is in desperate need of a deep cleaning and hoe-out of old stuff filling the closets. The shower knob was full of mold; shower curtains look to be 10 years old. Never felt clean in the shower. Hair on the floor that was not the color of anyone in my family. We had to vacuum when we got there. No soap/sponge provided so had to purchase those for items that could not fit in dishwasher. Kitchen stuff is extremely old and crusty and did not feel comfortable using some of it. It is a very tight condo for our party of 5. We did enjoy the balcony though. Overall, I might consider this building again (if tennis courts and gym get fixed) but would never stay in this unit again.

Great location, on the top level of the parking structure. Parts of the unit were nice and updated and yet there were parts that clearly could use updates. the showers could use updating. disappointed that the fitness center did not open till 7:00 multiple machines were out of order. no dressers in the unit so it was really hard to keep clothes organized for the week. the closet in the front room was full with pictures, a broken tv stand and a tv. so no place store clothes. the blender in the unit was broken. lots of pots and pans and basic cooking stuff in the unit. would be nice to have a drying rack for the dishes. the unit could use a good cleaning. decent amount of sand on the floor when we first checked in the room.

Very clean, quiet, and beautiful view. Did have a little issue with the AC on the night it was warm out.. So we turned it off and slept with the patio doors open listening to the ocean.. The overall stay was wonderful. I will be back soon..

We had a really good vacation. The condo was spacious and very clean.

Great location and clean building but the room was well used,one of the bedroom doors wouldn't close because the bed was in the way and the sliding door was very hard to open , furniture was on its last leg , could have been much nicer for the price we paid,we will not be using this room again

We loved our stay! The unit was comfortable. Especially the recliner. You might want to consider a second one because it was the coveted place to sit! The other furnishings were galso comfortable, beds were excellent. We were very pleased!

Condo had tv problems, peeling paint in bathrooms, 2 oven eyes that didn’t turn on, frig that was chipped up ceiling fans were dirty. There was more & I called & messaged Charlie but we’ll it was not what I wanted or expected. After 2 visits at Phoenix X, we will no longer stay there.

The property is excellent, great pool with easy access to the beach. The grill area, indoor pool with hot tub is definitely a plus. The condo we stayed in was very outdated and lacked cooking supplies. We only had 9 forks for use and the broom was not even usable. Fortunately, the representative from the management company brought us a usable broom. The condo wasn't clean upon arrival, the coffee pot looked like the previous clients used it that morning and it wasn't cleaned. There was oil left in the eye of the range on the oven and sand all over the couch. I would definitely stay at the Pheonix 10 again but avoid the condo we stayed in unless the owners do a complete overhaul.

Great location. Horrible smell when we got there, turned out to be fish in the disposal. Dated and worn furniture. No coffee maker, blow dryer in primary bath didn't work. Wasn't cleaned as it should have been for what is charged for cleaning.

Great stay! Room was clean, condo is in a great location. Only thing I would say is the kitchen could use some new dishes/pots/pans. Would stay here again!

The condo was very nice. The only downfall is the appliances in the kitchen. I strongly suggest new appliances. The eyes on the stove have a mind of their own and the bottom rack in the dishwasher doesn’t even belong in that dishwasher. Everything else was great. Unfortunately, the kitchen will stop us from renting this condo again.

Some of the furniture was old but generally nicely kept, nice paint. Master bathroom very small with small shower. Dishwasher and refrigerator outdated. Dishwasher didn’t work, needs to be replaced...the racks had no rollers and wouldn’t pull out. The kitchen sink smelled so bad it was unable to be used. They did come out and clean the sink and smelled much better after that and they did fix the toilet in the 2nd bathroom. Deck furniture was nice and well kept. Overall, small condo but the kids had fun at the pool.

Condo is nice, just needs a few more updates. Couch needs replaced. It has been well used! Fridge and stove needs updated. If your not picky about those type of things, great place to stay. We enjoyed our stay and love the location! Next door to Florabama! Check in process very simple and easy.

we rented this room based on the pictures that where shown. we where very disappointed in the upkeep and lack of minor maintenance to this room. the room was stated as could sleep 8 people. the hide a bed in the couch was so dirty and bent that we could not unfold and allow our friends to sleep on it. i would consider this a 6 person room not 8.

Rear sliding door: the door seal was falling off and hanging.
Bedroom door: had a huge portion of the paint hanging off.
Closet door: the door was missing the pin in the bottom hinge.

the water heater was so small and slow only one person could take a shower every two hours. everything in the room seemed to be very abused over the years and never replaced. i have pictures but dont see where i can attach them to this response.

Location on this condo is absolutely amazing! Your not far from some great restaurants as well as shopping! As far as the condo itself. It’s outdated, paint missing everywhere, furniture old as well. Could definitely use a little TLC.

Our vacation was really nice, great weather and lots of beach!
Few problems with rental.
Outlet in front bedroom has faulty connection, very loose!
Everything in refrigerator freezes. Control doesn’t work.
Unit was moderately clean but needs up-dating!
Nice balcony with many chairs!!
