Location is great and condo was nice. Couple of things we were disappointed in especially with the cost of the stay. The mats for the chairs had stains on them, the oven mitts had food on them, the shower curtains had yellow and black stains on them, the pots had left over food in them but yet their were in the cabinets, and the silverware drawer had a ton of food in the silver holders. We had to a load to the washer once we arrived and also washed dishes. I do think the house keeping could be better especially when you pay a cleaning fee.

The parking garages need mirrors for the corners so you see ppl coming.

Lastly, not sure if it was just the time we stayed or what but it wasn’t family friendly it was mostly ppl there partying. The pool was filled with beer cans all around it.

The unit was very accommodating and clean. Convenient to the beach and local attractions, some of which were overpriced tourist traps. Aesthetically speaking, some updates would be nice. GTs and Oso were our favorite restaurants.

Great getaway for this family of 5. The property was clean and as stated on VRBO. Phoenix X parking ramp was close by which made packing and unpacking a breeze. Would definitely recommend!

We loved our stay at Phoenix X. Great parking garage, super quick and accessible to the beach. Condo was a great size for our group of 10.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. We loved that the building had parking for most all levels. It made things a lot easier unpacking/repacking the car. Check in was easy. I didn’t like that the wifi wasn’t password protected for our unit- that was a first for us. The condo needs a deep cleaning. It shows a lot of wear & tear but nothing that couldn’t be fixed.

We enjoyed our stay and the condo was very nice. However, we had to clean up trash from under the beds, sand was all over the floor, and there was hair on the counters.

We stayed here this past weekend and had a wonderful time. The Pheonix X is super nice and check in was a breeze. The condo was spacious and the view was great! Parking on every floor and located right next to Flora Bama which was awesome! Housekeeping definitely could have done a better job with cleaning, but it was nothing that was too bad. Charlie was easy to deal with and super helpful. I would recommend and stay here again!

master bath had a partial repaint job. looked shabby. guest bed room ceiling light did not work, WiFi was terrible

We had a great stay in Orange Beach! Rented unit #514 at Phoenix X. Was a perfect location for us, walking distance to the Flora-Bama. The indoor pool & hot tub were enjoyed every night!

The condo was perfect for our family of 6. It could have been cleaned better but we won't hold that against the property manager as he isn't the one cleaning it. And if you have every experience the sugar sand beach, you know the sand travels with you everywhere, even back to Iowa! :)

We absolutely enjoyed our stay with Phoenix Rentals. Charlie was wonderful about answering all of our questions and quickly addressing all of our concerns. The condo was so nice. It was decorated very stylish. It was furnished with all of the necessities and then some. We were pleasantly surprised with all of the supplies in the kitchen. The view was amazing. Phoenix X is one of our favorite places to stay in the area. We will definitely try to stay here again.

Condo was basically as advertised. The balcony furniture needs removed/replaced. Most of the chairs are unable to be used for sitting they have busted through or are close to it, we used them to hand wet towels and suits. Fridge works but the drawers are busted making it hard to use.

The overall stay was good. The only issue we had was many of the pots/pans were dirty when we got there.

Our 4th year to the same condo, and we had the same great experience we had come to expect. Condo was clean and well-maintained as usual, and the one issue we had with internet connectivity was immediately resolved with one phone call. Beach and water were perfect! Will def be returning!

The condo was great! Super clean when we arrived, nice views from the balcony and good location. The furniture in the condo was very comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed and the A/C worked great! Only small issues were very little hand soap when we arrived which was a little surprising during the COVID and no vacuum to help remove some of the sand you inevitably bring in from the beach. But those absolutely do not take away from such a great condo!

Our condo was amazing. It was clean and beautiful. Due to covid we felt like we needed to end our stay early and recieved a refund for the night we left early. Charlie was great to work with and we will be back no doubt about it!

We enjoyed our stay at Phoenix X! The description of the room was accurate and the property manager, Charlie, was always available and helpful. Our group enjoyed being directly on the water and super close to area attractions. However, we do have negative feelings about the floors in our condo. They were not clean. Our feet were black without having gone outside on the balcony. I do not believe they were mopped prior to our arrival. With that said, this did not hinder my overall positive opinion of the property! I would absolutely recommend this location! We had a blast!

Everything went great. Best part was the key pad to enter the room, no tangible key was required and it was great! One less thing we had to be careful about losing and allowed everyone to go in and out as they pleased. Gave review a lower score because the oven handle was severely broken. Other than that everything was fine!

We had to purchase several items, that I think should have been included with the kitchen supplies, to hold left overs in the fridge. The unit was very clean. The washing machine sounded like a freight train. The location was nice. The TVs are very old and should be upgraded, such as 4k smart TVs. It would have been nice to have a bluetooth monitor to be able to watch Netflix or Amazon TV. As mush as people pay to say in this unit, a 700 dollar upgrade to the TV in the livingroom would be nice. I would recommend this unit to friends with the caveat don't expect to much in the way to update appliances and televisions.

The condo was very clean, nicely decorated, and had great amenities. The indoor pool did have way too much chlorine, but overall we had a great experience!

The condo was very nice! I do recommend getting the electrical outlets looked at though. Two charging cables got fried. Only one of the two plug-ins would work. For example, in the bedroom with the one bed, the outlet on the same wall as the window, the top plug-in wouldn't work but the bottom one did. That was the case for numerous outlets throughout the entire condo. One outlet behind the couch doesn't have a plate over it. The entire outlet is exposed.

Lots of wonderful things about this condo. And not so many wonderful things as well. No bathtubs, couches need to be replaced, pull out mattress is beyond worn out and the couches are stained. Floors were dirty, although not visible unless you wore socks. Dishwasher not attached properly falling out on to feet when loading.
Everything else was fine.

Really nice condo. Good updates and the dual shower was great. We always stay at the Phoenix x and this is one of the best units we’ve had. A real recliner. We needed an extra beach chair for a few days and this is the only unit I’ve seen that supplied them. We’ll look to staying here in the future.

Meticulously maintained with stylish décor, this particular condo has a wonderful view of the beach and is right next door to the great Flora-Bama night club and restaurant. The parking garage is a definite plus! While making our vacation plans the staff was very helpful and friendly. I can think of not one negative aspect of this rental at all. Would definitely recommend this rental complex as a vacation consideration!

Great condo! We came for a family vacation and had a great time! I have a hard time staying in condos that don’t make me feel somewhat like at home, that was not the case with this place. This condo was amazing and beautiful! The beach wasn’t too crowded and the sand was so soft and white!! We loved it! Thank you so much for allowing us to stay!

The condo was great! We had a family of 4 and a family of 3, (3 adults and 4 kids) and the bedroom layout worked perfectly for us. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for many meals. The location was perfect, walking distance to flora bama, flora bama yacht club, liquor store, waffle house, etc. The indoor pool was a hit with our kiddos on the cooler days. We had a great time and will be back!

First time in Orange Beach & the Phoenix X was excellent. I have ZERO complaints! Next door to Florabama Bar, walking distance to Waffle House & a liquor store. WE went from a bachelorette weekend, couldn't have picked a better condo or location!

This was a very lovely stay!The only issue we had,was that the floor didnt seem well swept when we got there.There was also an issue with one of the pillows in the Master Bedroom had some type of stains on the pillow.
Other than that,we truly did enjoy everything else about this is a beautiful place!

Great Condo and location. Loved that the parking deck was on the same level as the condo so no waiting on elevators!! Owner/Manager was great to work with.

We had a great weekend and enjoyed the condo. It was a great location as the Moms wanted to be close to the beach and the young adult daughters wanted to be close to the action at FloraBama.

It was avert short stay but loved the condo. Beautiful kitchen. The only thing I would say to improve it is some rugs. It gets really hard on your feet after s couple days. Because it has so little it felt like a hotel.

We really enjoyed staying at Phoenix 10 for our girls trip. It was a great way to relax after a long school year. The unit was great and Julia was so easy and nice to work with. Awesome location!
