Phoenix X 405

We totally enjoyed our stay. The Parking in the garage on the same floor was the best. The Condo was clean very comfortable, and the ocean view was excellent. We rerouted our trip to Anna Marie due to hurricane and this was a pleasant surprise.

Awesome property! Fantastic location

This is about the 6th time we have stayed at the Phoenix X. Always enjoy, staff always helpful and friendly. Had a few minor inconveniences, clock didn’t work, had to lift toilet handle or would run continuously but nothing that would keep us from renting again. Very satisfied with our stay.

Spacious, clean and comfortable unit. The decor was calm and pleasant. Nice view from the balcony. Could use a few more bath towels. There were 4. That may be the standard. Would also be nice to have some hand soap or dish soap in the kitchen or at least another toiletry soap for the kitchen like what was provided for the bathroom. There is a good amount of sand underneath the fold out couch. Would recommend some coasters for the legs of the kitchen chairs. They make a good bit of noise when moving to sit down. Might also be time to replace the shower head.

We had a great 4 night get away! Great location! Loved the condo as a whole. We even got pictures of the sunset from balcony. We will be back.

This condo is nice. Great view! Everything was clean except the comforter, shams, decorative pillows and extra blankets. Couch and pillows could use a shampoo and or steam cleaning. The bed sheets and extra sheets for couch bed were clean. But the comforter and pillow shams were awful honestly. They very obviously hadn’t been washed in some time. Were stained and visibly very dirty. Looked like make up and blood spots. We took them off and only used the sheets. Were going to use the extra blankets in the closet but they were in the same condition and didn’t look or smell clean. Not all but some of the towels and rags were a bit dingy and stained. Those things were disappointing. But if those things were taken care of this condo would be great.

Beautiful condo with ocean front view. Steps to the beach. Felt like home! The pools were very nice and the facility was very clean. Would definitely stay again and recommend to family and friends!

I had to fix toilet, bifold doors off tracks, kitchen sink faucet loose, dirty baseboards! The A/C worked well.

My family (husband, 5 yo son, 10 month old daughter, me) stayed here for 5 nights. Great room, fantastic view, great amenities. It was such a plus to have covered parking in the extreme heat with little kids. We never had to hunt for parking, we always found a spot on our floor. The staff were all helpful and nice. Restaurants and grocery stores were very close which is also a huge plus for this location.

Our room needed a deep cleaning. I ended up washing all utensils and dishes before we used them, and cleaned the utensil drawer insert myself. Luckily I brought my own sponge and dish brush along, because I cleaned the kitchen top to bottom upon arrival. The shower did not look clean, and the curtain liner was covered in mildew. Of course there was sand when we walked in, but there was SO much sand that I wasn’t sure if the room had even been swept before we arrived. There were a couple other things I won’t get into.

We otherwise had a wonderful stay in this little gem of a room. We didn’t let a few housekeeping things put a damper on our trip. It was a great week!

Walked in my room to 5 dehumidifiers/ fans running and dirty tubes in the sink upon arrival. Also, a dirty bathtub and sand on floor. Contact became unresponsive after stating multiple concerns and fans were not picked up until after 1 the following day. No refund or further communication was given upon leaving as promised.

Disappointing given the price point paid.

This condo was perfect for our birthday weekend. Amazing, breathtaking view of the ocean and very conveniently located literally across the street from FloraBama bar. We had a blast and will definitely come back!

We like Orange Beach and all it has to offer. Unfortunately this condo was totally outdated, from the low formica counters to the low toilet and the 30 year old refrigerator with hanging down light bulb and ice maker that doesn't work. The front room could of used a rug and rearrange the furniture to get more in. The bed was comfy though. Wouldn't recommend

The room was not what I expected . The for was very hard to shut and it was hard to lock. I was scared someone could get in. One of the doors in cabinets doors wouldn’t shut. The refrigerator was so old and didn’t keep drinks cold and was dirty on the outside. The countertops needed to be cleaned again. The coffee maker was old and dirty. We Didn’t feel comfortable cooking or making coffee anything because it was dirty . U see the bed was filthy and the shower took a long time to drain. The description of this condo stated it was updated . I hate yo see what was before because I didn’t see any updates. We have used many Vo did from vrbo and this one was the worse one. This is the first time I left a bad review.

We had a fun week at Phoenix X. Communication and check in were easy. Unit had plenty of linens and everything was in working order. Kitchen was not well equipped so if you wanna cook—pack well.

i'de give it a A- one reason is we had to pay an additional 60 dollars for car pass, to me that should have been included in price of room.
