Room was perfect for 4 adults. Great views and easy access from parking garage. Only suggestion I could make would be better pillows.

The rental was just perfect for a quick trip for 2 to the mighty Flora Bama’s New Year’s Eve celebration and the fantastic polar dip! Convenient and clean, it offers a wonderful view and the convenience is by far, the best! The evening sunsets and morning sun rises are both stellar from this unit! Staff was helpful and rates affordable. Look for ward to renting this unit again! My only issue is 60.00 per vehicle for a parking pass when I know owners are provided two slots for parking. With the rate charged, parking should not be an additional fee.

This is my 10th year to stay at Phoenix X. Enjoy the location, amenities, and the Unit layout is perfect for our needs. I'm sad to say that, this year the Unit was not clean.

I emailed the owner the day we left but 1 week later, he still has not replied so I will place the review here with the concerns I had. This condo has nice furnishings but the cleaning crew does not clean it well. One day of walking around it and our feet were literally black. I had to mop the entire unit. Sand is stuck in all corners. Sand was piled up in the dryer vent - we had to scoop it out. The toaster was very dirty on top, never wiped down. The rug in the living room was full of sand - my husband had to take it to the parking garage to shake out all the sand. The AC works extremely well - stayed very cool at 73. Internet is sporadic. You are next to the florabama but you don’t even hear it when you’re on the balcony. Nice view and the building itself is nice. Also, the rental agreement is not in the Vrbo app and the owner was emailed twice to sendit, to which he never responded. I wouldn’t stay here again because of cleanliness and lack of response

One thing we did not like was the fact that the tennis court was demolished. The property advertised that tennis courts are available. They were not.
Also, check in / out times need be revised. 4:30 pm for check in, especially in the off season, is a little late. Check out time as well.

The condo was in a great location and very clean. It did need the light in the guest bedroom fixed and a light bulb in the master bath. The rest was perfect. I will look at renting in this location again next year.

The facility and beach overall were nice. Our condo was the dirtiest place we have ever stayed-not well maintained. We had to wipe everything down and wash the dishes prior to use. There was food still on what was supposed to be the clean utensils. The clothes washer was dirty and grimy. The filters in the closet were packed with dirt-which is a hazard. The kitchen cabinets had food dripped and caked on them, as well as a make shift coffee pot that had pieces from another coffee and did not work. The toaster had food on the outside of it. The walls had smudges of food on them and drips. The trash can was dirty when we emptied and took the trash bag out of it-had to be dirty when the trash bag was put in there for our visit. This was the condition of the condo when we first arrived. This condo needs some help-start with the master bath. The floors are gross and the door is falling apart. A new shower should be on the list as well as getting a shower curtain that makes sense-or get a shower door. The patio doors had smudges and dirt-they could use some Windex or glass cleaner. For the price we paid-it could of at least been clean!

Wonderful place and location. I think this is my 9th year to stay at Phoenix X so that speaks for itself. I LOVE IT! Management is always there if I need anything. Unit is alway clean.

Our vacation was very nice. This condo is good, but needs a lot of updating in bathrooms , patio furniture, mattresses, etc. I’m a bit disappointed in whoever cleans this condo. They can do much better.

Overall it was fine. Love the lower floor and close access to elevator and parking area. Just need a new couch ASAP.

This is the second time I’ve stayed in this unit and have noticed the sofa needs to be replaced. It sinks severely in the middle which makes it impossible for three people to sit on it. Everything else is wonderful and the location is perfect and with the ability to walk right into your floor from the parking deck makes unloading your car and packing pack up a breeze!! The new paint and pictures since my last visit were very nice!!!

Location is great. Condo was clean and had everything we needed. The owner was easy to deal with and responded quickly with answers to our questions.

My wife and I, along with 21 year olds stayed in Condo 316. The condo location was great. Not too low- not too high. Located on side nearest to parking garage. My vehicle was just steps away compared to if you rented a condo on other end of complex. Also on same side as Flora-Bama:)
Condo was clean and well equipped. No complaints.
We rented chairs and umbrellas from service on beach. It’s about 35/day. People did bring their own set ups. The big football tailgate type tents had to be set up behind all the other beach chairs. People with own chairs and umbrellas basically just found a spot.
Highly recommend The Hangout for an evening out. Plenty to do for families with kids. Good food, music, games, etc. Not too pricey. Cobalt and LA Lagniappe have great food. They’re a little more pricey, but worth it.
We ubered and used lift for all outings.

THIS LOCATION IS JUST STEPS AWAY FROM THE BEACH AND POOL. IT WAS VERY CLEAN AND STOCKED. WHEN WE HAD A CONCERN, I JUST EMAILED CHARLIE AND HE RESOLVED THE ISSUE WITHIN JUST A COUPLE OF HOURS. WE WILL DEFINITELY STAY HERE AGAIN....MAYBE AN ANNUAL TRIP FOR US FROM NOW ON.

I've never been to Orange Beach, but was pleasantly surprised. The sand rivals Siesta Key, and the beach was awesome. There is so much to do, and the accommodations were excellent. The only down side was the fact there are no beach chairs available in the unit. You either had to rent chairs from a service, or buy your own.

The stay was fantastic. Staying right next to the Florabama was our plan but this condo was even on the same side. The condo was in good condition and clean. The parking was easy. Very satisfied!

My family had a very relaxing and enjoyable time at the Phoenix X 316. We stay every year at the Phoenix X because we feel it's a great location. Looking forward to our visit next year.

This unit was perfect for our group of girlfriends to getaway! I love the layout of the complex and that the parking is so easily accessible from the room! We were able to walk to the Flora Bama and to the Yacht Club to eat (where the food was incredible). The unit was clean and check-in and check-out were a breeze. I would definitely recommend staying here!

We had a very nice vacation. The balcony has great views. Condo has convenient lockbox code so no keys! Condo bedrooms allow for privacy since separate. The condo could use a little TLC but overall good

We were satisfied with condo and location however there was room for improvements, The floor was very dirty, could not walk on floor barefoot or with socks because the floor was so dirty, Also the fan in small bedroom was shaking so bad we thought it was going to fall,

Condo was in great shape, parking was easy.

Once again we had a great stay. nice, clean and comfortable. Fit all our needs for spring break.

needs overall make over and cleaning.. not enough towel... fitted sheets would not stay on bed,, great potential.. view is great

One of the best features is parking; you can park in the connected parking deck...on the same level as the condo! The key-pad code lock (vs. a door key) was a great feature too. We had one very minor question while we were there...and Julia took care of that quickly.

We LOVED staying here. The view was amazing and very quiet. The master bedroom and bath were spacious and very well set with everything you would need. Big closet space to store luggage and hang up clothes. The 2nd bedroom was spacious as well. We didn't use it as we traveled alone, but it would be perfect for kids or another couple. Having the parking garage and being able to park on our floor was really convenient.
