-One of the toilets was clogged upon arrival...Called and reported yet no one came even though they said they would...Reported to front desk and still no one came...Poor customer service...

-Quiet area

My family and I enjoyed our recent stay and had a generally pleasant experience, though there were a few issues worth noting.
Pros:
Great Location: The condo is ideally situated, offering easy access to the beach, Florabama and a couple of local restaurants. It's a perfect spot for a relaxing getaway.
Cleanliness: The unit was very clean upon arrival.
Two Refrigerators: Having two refrigerators was a nice touch for extra storage, especially for longer stays.
Cons:
Appliance Issues: Unfortunately, only one of the two refrigerators worked well, which could be inconvenient for larger groups.
Electrical Problems: Some of the electrical outlets in the unit did not work, which was a minor inconvenience.
Fire Alarm Buzzing: The fire alarm would sporadically buzz, which might be annoying to some.

Overall, while the condo's location and cleanliness were excellent, there are some maintenance issues that need to be addressed to improve the guest experience. Despite these drawbacks, I enjoyed my stay and would consider returning, hoping these problems are resolved.

The location is beautiful! Great condo with lots of potential. The kitchen pots and pans are old and there are no dishes to bake in. There is no ice maker. The rug in the master bedroom was filthy I rolled up and put it under the bed. I purchased cleaning supplies to tidy things up.

This rental was nice overall and in a location that is relatively low key. Florabama and nearby dining was enjoyable. You’ll need to drive to get to most activities in the surrounding area. There aren’t true biking lanes or paths from this location if that’s of interest to visitors.

Loved the view and the condo was clean and very comfortable. Freezer went out 2 days after arrival and were compensated for inconvenience however 100 degrees w/o freezer was disappointing. TV cable needs to be more user friendly.

Good to Average. It was exactly as described, great location and view. However, there was zero extra. I think we had 4 washcloths in the unit, exactly 8 towels, 2 can openers that did not work, and a refigerator freezer that struggled to keep up. The A/c, washer dryer did work very good. Clean condition, we slept 8 in the nit comfortably.

I did not complain, I did not call the management company to address the fridge issues, my fault for not addressing issues. Property is as described, I would stay here again, if they fixed the refrigerator/freezer, I would just bring more towels.

The location of this property is excellent. The views are excellent. his is a very large condo with 3 bedrooms.

It could have been cleaner. On the service, it appears very cleazn, but don't look under vanities or beds, etc. We had to re-wash all the glasses and coffee mugs, etc, as they were stained.

This poperty could make use of a handyman for a day or two to repiar things here and there. We needed to purchase replacement batteries for two of the remotes as they were dead. The remotes for the TVs themselves (not the cable boxes) were no where to be found so we had to use our smartphones to control them.

Beds were comfortable and air conditioing worked well.

The location was perfect with restaurants and Flora Bama within walking distance. However, the unit was not clean. The floors were dirty and the dishes in the cabinet were also not clean. The counters and table were not clean in the kitchen and the bathrooms were also not clean. The shower in the master bedroom seemed to not have been cleaned for quite some time. If you are looking for the best location in Orange Beach, this building is great.

Great location, great view, good parking, nice pool, elevators were quick. However the room was dirty. Master toilet had mold stain in bowl, had to buy bleach to clean the master shower before using it due to mold in grooves. Everyone used the master shower after cleaning because the second bathroom shower curtain was so nasty. Fridge was not clean. Had food stain/residue on shelving. Dishwasher stunk, opened it and it also had food stain/residue in it. Dead bugs/flies all along kitchen counter tops. You expect some grit on the floor due to being at beach, however these floors were filthy. All ceiling fans were incredibly dirty. Not sure sheets were changed because they were so wrinkled. All looked clean except for 1 had suspicious stain. Could be a very nice place, it does need some TLC.

We had a great time here!! Location was great, condo was very clean and everyone was so helpful!! We will definitely stay here again!!

Condo had everything we needed and our weekly stay was great! The table on the balcony may be close to needing to be replaced, but no complaints.

Parking too expensive

Great condo in the perfect location. Nicely decorated and renovated. Like many other properties lately, it could've been a lot cleaner and that was our only disappointment.

Our stay at Unit 1506 was perfect for our bachelorette group. Each room is exactly as pictured. I was a bit worried about past reviews saying the unit was not clean, but for us this unit was immaculate! Communication with the rental company was also seamless when getting info on beach chairs and parking passes.

My only con is the grumpy security guard that was checking wristbands on Saturday. While I understand the use of wristbands to ensure safety of guests, there was no one checking the entire week and the security guard who was working onSaturday was rude when he asked.

Overall a great experience!

Not clean. Dust hanging off the ceiling fans and walls. Sand on floors. Balcony floor was even gross. The lighting throughout is really not good either. We called about how disgustingly dirty the place was and spoke with Charlie who was super nice, refunded the cleaning fee to us & explained that they we’re having a hard time getting people to come in and clean due to people wanting to stay home on unemployment and get paid. Hopefully they can find a decent cleaning crew soon. Charlie did say that Nov-Dec is when they do a deep clean of all
Units.

The location was great! Easy walk to the beach and pool. The condo was not clean, the floors were dirty and gritty and the bed linens need to be REPLACED.

Great condo and location. Less than pleasant lady at check in. She clearly didn't want to be at work the day we checked in. Couldn't answer the simplist of questions about the property. That being said, we had a great vacation with family except for the rain! Would stay again for sure.

We had a great time. The condo was beautiful and styled so cute. Management was so accommodating, and reached out several times during our stay to see if we needed anything and to make sure everything was going great. Will definitely be back.

Disappointed about condo. Hall shower head didn’t work. Dryer took hours to dry clothes. Layers of dust on vents and fans. Floors had lots of sand especially in front bedrooms when we arrived. Coffee pot leaked. Refrigerator inside doors taped and broken. Food fell out of door when opened the door to the refrigerator. Not enough towels. Lack of basic supplies to start the vacation in condo. Had to go to grocery store right away for basic necessities.

Charlie was great to work with, I appreciated his willingness to jump on a phone call and answer my questions about building construction, arrival time, etc. I've stayed at different units in Phoenix X and the other Phoenix buildings before and was disappointed in the cleanliness of this unit. The floors weren't clean (as evidenced by how dirty my feet were after walking around!), the towels, sheets, and blankets all had stains, and the rug needed a good vacuum. The location and setup are great, just wish it was slightly cleaner.

Manager's Response

We overall very much enjoyed our stay. I did want to make a couple of points: I realize that turnover this time of year is fast, but the floor was so dirty our first day that we realized after an hour or so that our feet were all covered in a layer of black dirt! We wore shoes or socks the remainder of the time. Also, the fan in the master bedroom will only go on full speed, which is a huge blast of air! It would have been nice to have a medium speed. It would also be nice if the faucet in the kitchen was fixed. It was inconvenient to have to pick the faucet up every time you needed to rinse or fill something. It would be helpful to state in your amenities that there is a coffeepot, hair dryer, and iron. I had inquired about the coffeepot, so didn't bring one, but did bring my iron and hair dryer. The view was magnificent and the location fantastic, close to restaurants and the Florabama. We had a great time!

Condo was clean and well stocked. Perfect location. Bring extra towels, we were washing often to keep up.

This was our first time renting a condo and was a little skeptical ,but when we arrived we were blown away by how nice and clean it was .so cozy and definitely a home away from home.The beds were very comfortable ,the view was amazing ,close walk to the beach and some restaurants in walking distance as well.

The condo was perfect for all of our guests! When we arrived, we had no troubles accessing the door code and entering without any problems. The condo was very clean and cute! This was a perfect location next to Flora Bama, we will for sure be back!

We had a wonderful time on our girl’s trip. The location was perfect. Ole River Grill and Waffle House across the street, Flora Bama next door, and being beach front was great. The unit was clean, well stocked, and a good size.

Very beautiful condo with EXCEPTIONAL views. It was nice and clean with great decorations. My only complaint is that the dishwasher wouldn't work and we didn't have enough towels for all of our guests. Other than that, it was great and I would definitely recommend this property to a friend.

All the bedding is cheap from Walmart and most of furniture is ikea. While it looks great not the most comfortable. Both hair dryers broken and didn’t get replaced while we were there. YOU HAVE NO darkening schades in master bedroom or the living room, so we were up at the crack of dawn when sun came up. I think the unit is over priced for what they ask. That should be the units that are like 5 star hotels and is Not! Great for bunch of college kids!!!!

Great clean condo decorated beautifully. Only complaint is the couch legs were broken they had ordered a new couch but it had not came in yet so sitting on it was difficult. Great location right next to the Flora-Bama! Would stay agin

We had a blast at the Phoenix X and this condo did not disappoint! Clean and Neely renovated! Great layout and plenty of space for the 7 of us.

The rental company we used was too notch. I’ve referred all my friends and family to this company.

The room was great and had a good view of the beach. I would change the blinds in the master bedroom on the bathroom door to have more privacy though. Some outlets did not work but that seems to be the case in most condos so I’ll have to research that but I was mainly disappointed that I had to pay for parking and it wasn’t included with the room. I did like that it had a key pad rather than keys. Made it convenient for all of us who weren’t together all day.

Such a great unit--loved the decor. Spacious. Unbeatable view. Kitchen well stocked and beds were very comfortable. AND right next door to the Flora Bama--We'll be back!

Super nice, spacious and comfortable! Loved the fact that we could walk right to the beach and have a swim in the pool on the way back to the room. We enjoyed our stay!! Will do it again definitely! There were only three things that I would recommend: (1) make sure all the sheets are absolutely clean (full sized beds had sand in them), (2) check behind couches and under them because we found previous renter's clothes hidden there, and (3) TV system way too complex never worked for us. Other than that it was a great vacation. Thanks!
