Great

The location was exactly what we were looking for. Didn’t have to use the busy elevators and made bringing in luggage and groceries a breeze. Unfortunately, you can tell the owner doesn’t visit much and if they do then that’s a shame. The cleaning crew didn’t do a very good job. There was stagnant water in the ice bucket that was in the cabinet. A dead fly in one of the bowls. Not great kitchen utensils and pots & pans. I had to was everything we used well because some things just looked like they were put away dirty.

The room was very nice. Family had a great time. People at the front desk were very friendly when we checked in. The only thing I could say that was negative was someone came by our room and Rand the doorbell late at night. Was just a Ding and Dash. Not the Rental Company fault. I loved staying on the ground level. Easy access to the beach.

This unit was perfect for our stay. It was my husband by two daughters and a friend in this condominium met all of our needs. It was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was a great location. Highly recommended!!!

This was a lovely unit and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The floor level condo was perfect for our toddler and so convenient. This was a tidy unit and we had no complaints other than wish there were more towels in the unit, better bedding, and the dryer took a little long to dry. These are not major complaints just suggestions. All in all I give it a 8 out of 10 and we will stay again.

Stayed at the Phoenix X nfor the weekend of my daughter's volleyball tournament at OWA. Spacious clean condo, and conveniently located to restaurants and cant wait to go back.

We had a great experience this year. We have rented this unit for the past 6 years. We were very pleased to find they had given the unit a much needed face lift. The unit was clean & comfortable. We hope to continue renting this unit for years to come.

Our vacation was great. This is a nice condo and we will stay again. Two things I seen that needed attention was the mattress in the master bed. The are worn out and the floors had to be swept.

Hosts were fantastic. Location was perfect for the beach days and Florabama nights.

This unit met our needs perfectly.

The unit we stayed in was nice but we rented a ground floor unit because we went with our 2 and 6 year old grandchildren. Our unit was right outside the common area where the grills were and unfortunately there were people who thought it was ok to set up games right in front of us rather than on the other side of the table area. They were rude and told us they owned a unit and they could do whatever they liked. They played loud music off of their patio and we were told that nothing could be done until 10:00pm, even though they received several complaints. We will not be back.

The condo on the ground floor was conveniant and fun. We could go right out the patio door to play catch and the grills were right there with the outside swimming pool just steps away. With a lot of people at the property it still had a relaxed feeling.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay here and will be back !!!

The layout is nice. However, floors and ceiling fans were filthy. Microwave handle was broken, crisper drawer was broken & shelf missing in freezer in refrigerator.

Great location, great furnishings, great property. Floors were dirty, appliances had various damage, but overall worth the price.

We had a issue with flying small nats or sand flies in the kitchen and bathrooms. The front desk sprayed on Wednesday but still did not resolve the issue. Front desk at Phoenix called maintaince but nothing was done.

It was nice condo.
Check in day is not much hours for a full day rate since check-in is so late.
It did need to be updated, but overall it was pretty and convenient.

Management said owner ordered a new chair and was waiting for it to get delivered. (May/2022).
I don't know how long they have been waiting. The chair's vinyl was scratched off in some places.

Patio needed to be swept, especially the rug. It was filled with dried old grass on it. The management makes you leave by 10am to clean the condo. The patio is part of the condo and the rug should of had been cleaned the day we arrived.
Inside the condo the floors needed to be clean also.
Other than those issues, the stay was very pleasant.
Communications was good by text.

The location of the condo is great. Very convenient for parking, beach, pool, grills and Flora-bama. The condo meet our needs, could use a little updating, but over all met our needs.

Loved the location. The ground floor option was nice. The condo needed upgrading. The bed and comforter in master bedroom was very outdated, as was the living room furniture. Otherwise the condo was nice

The property is in a beautiful location. The staff was wonderful. Very friendly and helpful. The building could use some repairs. The hot tubs appeared dirty but I think it was more of a chipped paint situation. Either way not appealing.

My specific condo was not very clean when we arrived. There were dirty rags in my shower. I had to clean the kitchen and launder the sheets before we used them.

We stay in this particular building every year; this was our first time staying in unit 116. The property was clean, the towels were nice and the beds were comfortable.

A great time was had by all! My family really enjoyed the first floor room. It allowed for easy access to all of the amenities without having to wait on the elevators which was great considering my 10 year old wanted to go, go, go!

Overall we were pleased with the vacation rental but wasn’t pleased by a) the check-in time being 4:30 pm and the check-out time being 10am. We felt like we could have had more time on either end for the amount of cost per night. And b) the floors was sandy upon entering and one of the bathrooms showers weren’t as clean as we thought it should have been.

Excellent location , great unit, lots of construction but not in front of this unit. Access to the beach limited as the patio areas were closed. Outdoor pool under construction but ocean was warm and beautiful. Only issue at all I would say was the king bed is really, really uncomfortable, other than that all was great!

This is a great location! The boardwalk to the beach is short, and just steps away from the pool. You have a great view from the patio of the beach and you can lightly hear the acoustic music from the FloraBama next door. The kitchen is quaint but updated with granite counters and plenty of appliances. Beds are comfortable!

Great location. Love being on the first floor. Condo could use some updates but overall I still give it 5 stars for it being on the first floor. Walking out back and the pool and beach was steps away was convenient!

This was our second year staying in this condo and as usual, it was perfect! The ground floor location can’t be beat. The furniture was different this year but still appealing and comfortable! We plan to stay in this condo again next year!

Fun, relaxing and too short!

This condo is awesome. You have your own little backyard right off your patio with a great view and you can easily walk to the parking deck and the pool/beach from this unit too. There are only two or so other condos on this side so it was very private. The condo was clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed ourselves.

Space is always clean. We loved the updated furniture.

The rental was nice and clean; only complaint was there was an unsightly looking painters scaffolding outside our patio but it is nice to know that the building is being kept up. We will say that everyone we encountered were very friendly and welcoming.

Great room! Very clean, perfect location ground floor ! We traveled with a baby - no stairs or elevators to wait on. Close to pools, grills, just off the beach.

We loved the condo the minute we walked into it. The view was great. Access to pool and beach was great. The furnishings were great. We had so much fun! Will return.

Our second time in Phoenix X 116. Very nice stay and all went well. Unit is as described and we enjoyed our stay. Planning on returning next year!

We enjoyed our stay and the location/beach were lovely. I do need to add that the unit above us, on the third floor, had some individuals that were disruptive to our stay. They urinated off the balcony while we were sitting out on the patio below. I have a 4 year old granddaughter and she was almost hit on the head with a burning cigarette butt that they threw down also, along with broken glass they swept off their balcony that landed on our patio yet again. There were several incidences over the first few days of our stay with this group of people. Management/Security were friendly, apologetic,and helpful, but without results. After the glass was swept down onto our patio, almost hitting me this time, my husband had had enough and took it upon himself to speak with the individuals himself. We had no further issues after that. This was disruptive to our stay which was unfortunate since we vacationed here to relax.

My family traveled to Orange Beach for a USSSA World Baseball tournament during the month of June. This was our second time in the same unit. We love the location and size of the unit. On a negative notes, I wish the unit would have been a little cleaner when we arrived and there seems to be a knocking noise (maybe the pipes) in the wall of the master bedroom. This makes it a little hard to sleep at night. Overall, the unit is great.

This 2 bedroom 2 bath Condo has a great floor plan with the bedrooms separated with one bedroom near the front door and one near the rear door offering privacy between the two. It is conveniently located within walking distance to several restaurants and lounges. It has all the amenities and is tastefully decorated. I highly recommend it.

This condo was absolutely wonderful. Condo was decorated nicely and being on the ground floor was very convenient. Would recommend this condo very highly.

Great condo on first floor so didn't have to deal with elevators. Still had a great view of the beach and water. Nicely updated. Convenient door lock with a numeric code didn't require keeping up with keys.

Everything was great and the condo was very nice

We loved the location of the condo. The staff was nothing short of wonderfully! The amenities were what we expected and the property was fairly well taken care of. The condo itself was in average to good condition except it was not very clean and needed a few furniture upgrades (patio table and dining room table). The beach was beautiful and well staffed by Ethan and his crew. Aside from the trash (mostly cigarette butts, straws, and bottle tops), there were thousands of beautiful shells to collect and the short walk to Flora-Bama for lunch and Bushwackers was perfect. Following a stormy day, the ocean did clear up and was very nice. Overall, I would rate the condo, and property, and beach a 3.5 out of 5 but the overall experience a 4 out of 5. If the property, condo, and beach were cleaner I would rate it a 4.5. Even with the issues, I would recommend it to a friend.

The rental experience through Phoenix Rental, LLC went very well. The condo was very clean and access was seamless using the key code that was provided before our stay. The location was excellent and a very relaxing week on the Gulf!

We were with a big group of couples that rented condos. Everyone commented about how nice it was. Being next to garage made loading/ unloading a breeze. Used pool/ spa/ sauna. Everything great. Walk out back door to bbq pits was nice.

The condo was a perfect size for our family. It was nice that the children (teenagers) had their own bathroom. Everything was clean and the kitchen had anything a person would need. Just one suggestion- bring toilet paper and paper towels. We didn't realize only 1 roll of each provided. Other than that, it was perfect.

I was so happy with the whole experience from booking to check-out. I will be staying in this unit again.

Location was great. Condo was average primarily because of the bathrooms. The guest bath sink didn't drain properly. We called and someone came and drained it, however it continued to drain improperly. The toilet paper holder was ripped off of the wall and their was black hair on the floor of that bathroom. The master bathroom floor was also dirty. The kitchen was not stocked as most condo units are...such as no wine opener...I'm not sure I've ever stayed somewhere without that basic item.
