Condo was nice and as described. Views from balcony are spectacular. No wait for elevators which was a pleasant surprise given the larger size of the complex. Needed more bath towels for the 6 adults and 3 kids we had staying. Might have been able to get them from the front desk. We didn’t ask. We had a great time and hope to come back sometime.

Beautifully decorated corner unit, ice machine, comfortable bedding, and kitchen has everything you need.

Very nice condo. Plenty of room for 6. Make sure you bring extra towels and also beach towels. Beach was beautiful. Right next door to Flora Bama.

Phoenix X is our favorite place to stay. It is so convenient to Flora Bama. This unit was perfect. We had everything we needed. The beds were so comfy. We do like the end unit because it seems to be more quiet. We will be back.

The overall experience was very good...we had fantastic beach and pool time with the family. The condo's layout is great but not cleaned properly. I emailed management the photos of uncleaned/poorly cleaned areas (Kitchen, refrigerator, sand and dust on furniture, thick dust accrued on ceiling fans, trash/thick dust under beds) to name a few and requested a call. At 11:10 am the next day, I had to called the Host "Charles" as I had yet to received the call I requested. I asked if he received the emails and he replied "yes" and was silent. So, I again explained the situation and the poor quality of the cleaning conditions and advised I was disappointed and a little frustrated, at which time Charles' tone and demeanor changed became unpleasant due to the complaint. He ask if I wanted someone to come clean the condo, and I said "no, I thought this should have been done prior to my arrival" then further explained to him that WE cleaned already since he never responded to my emails nor called. He did offer to refund cleaning fee. As I further explained my disappointment in the cleanliness of the condo, Charles tone became aggressive and said, "Lets cut to the chase, I don't have time and I'm about to take the offer of giving you the cleaning fee back, do you want it or not!" I said "yes, as least that but you don't have to come at me like this." As I paid for what should have been a clean condo. He said, he wasn't coming at me and the refund will take 5 to 10 business days and then we disconnected. The treatment from Charles, as I don't know if he's the property owner or property manager, was severely unprofessional and I was given an ultimatum. My complaint was legitimate and I provided him with the photographs why the complaint. His aggravated attitude should have been projected to the cleaning crew.

It was a great trip all 3 weeks location is perfect. Love phoenix10 building . The only complaint was condo was very dirty and dusty. Under beds doesn't look like they have been cleaned in years. Filter in air conditioner was filthy and no air was moving. We ended up going to Publix and buying cleaning supplies and gave to condo a good cleaning. There was mold on shower curtain liner took it down and cleaned it with bleach. Refrigerator has spilled things cleaned that also. We would stay again but know in advance we would need to clean.

Love this corner unit! Great views of the beach and bay areas. All three rooms had balconies with beautiful views. Will book again in future.

Overall, a great condo and location. Kitchen was stocked very well. Although the Keurig was great, would have preferred a coffee pot for a larger crowd. Patio furniture was awesome- loved the rockers! The pool was great and very clean. Covered parking is also a plus! Grounds and complex were clean. Would definitely recommend unit and would stay there again.

Nice condo in good condition. Mr. Saunders responded quickly to an issue with the refrigerator until it was resolved. Condo sleeps 10 but only 4 dining room chairs for table, shows 6 in pictures (2 barstools with no backs-not the ones pictured) pleasant stay.

This room was very accommodating. The day bed in the master was perfect for our child to sleep while the other 2 rooms held friends of ours. The AC worked great in this condo. We enjoyed the big, wrap around balcony also.

Perfect for a group of 8 ladies. Condo was very comfortable and exactly as pictured. We did need to do some light cleaning when we arrived but that didn’t stop us from having a great stay.

We had a wonderful stay! The check in was a breeze for us. The only complaint we have is that the condo is in desperate need of a deep deep clean. There was stuff on the walls the and one bedroom still had a sandwich under the bed. Also we vacuumed under the couch and took the cushions off To get sand off the couch and there was a lot of garbage under them. The condo was also super super dusty every piece of furniture was covered including the fans they were pretty nasty. Clean to the eye is how I would describe the job of the cleaning crew. Would consider finding a new crew.

The location was excellent, the view was beautiful and the beach was not overly crowded and for the most part, it was fairly quiet. There were plenty of restaurants to choose from. Gift shops, grocery stores, Walmart, Walgreens, etc. were farther away in/near Gulf Shores.

The condo itself could use a little maintenance (cracked bathroom sink, loose trim, etc.) and a good deep clean (bathrooms were not cleaned well and the floors needed mopped).

The biggest thing to know about this condo is it is literally the farthest room from the parking garage on floor 11, so you have quite a walk to get there regardless if which elevator you use. This distance was tough for our elderly parents and our toddler grandchild. Had we known this ahead of time, we would have chosen a condo closer to the parking garage.

If you're looking for a place to get away and relax, and you don't mind walking the entire length of the building each time you want to leave & return, I would recommend this location.

First off this condo has the best view of both the gulf and the bay with the end unit balcony. We watched dolphins early every morning from the main balcony. The unit was large and fit 6 adults & a 3 yr old great with room to spare. The master bed was so comfy, we slept very well. The down side is we found hair in the bed, which made us question if the sheets were clean, and the condo had not been cleaned well. There was food wrapper trash in the couch cushions, the unit had dust and needed a deep clean with the floors. We swept upon arrival and it appeared as if the living room rug had not been vacuumed in some time. We gave the unit a good clean & disinfectant spray and enjoyed our week. We had a chair leg break the first day and we could never get the livingroom tv to connect, but the staff was very responsive to our contact. We were also disappointed that the kids splash pool and tennis areas were no longer open. However, we ended up spending most of our time on the beach. Also the kitchen was FULLY stocked with any type of dish, pots, pans and containers you could ever want. This was a big plus as I cook daily. It also had an ice machine we used daily for packing small coolers to the beach. Overall we had a great stay, and would stay again to enjoy the best view around!

Charlie S. with Phoenix Vacation Properties, found us the perfect unit to fit our families needs. We had a corner unit in Phoenix 10. The views from all 3 balconies kept us entertained. The kitchen had all the necessary utensils, even Tupperware for your left-overs from the across the street restaurants. Would have liked one empty cub board for my supplies, besides the pantry closet. Grateful for the hooks on the bathroom doors for towels.Everything as described. Did not disappoint!

We spent a week in 1101. The views of the beach and gulf were incredible. Being on the end the balconies also had unobstructed views of Ono Island and intercostal waterway. Dolphins playing in the morning and evening was an unexpected treat. The room was comfortable and well equipped. We will be returning.

Very clean, well layed out unit and a great location. The property manager, Charlie, was very responsive.

I would definitely recommend this condo! The published pictures is how the condo looks. It had everything we needed as well as plenty of seating to visit. Being a corner unit on the west end, views were gorgeous and the sunsets we watched were especially beautiful. Management was also very helpful when I contacted them upon arrival. I hope that this unit is available for my next stay at Phoenix X!

Phoenix X is more of an adult experience I enjoyed my stay it lacked enjoyment for the children. I wish there would have been more for the children to enjoy if i would have been there without children it would have been perfect but i needed more for the children to enjoy. Overall it was a nice atmosphere and very polite staff.

The coffee maker would not work but the owner brought one to us. The only thing I would recommend is that the rug in the living area be replaced. The ends are sticking up and several of us tripped on it almost falling.

Had a great time. Loved this condo it was very comfortable and felt like home.

Great location (walk to Flora-Bama for lunch, dinner, close drive to other Orange Beach / Gulf Shores restaurants); Beautiful views from the wrap-around balcony (directly unobstructed beach view, plus view to the West looking at Orange Beach and bays, and second balcony from back bedroom with beautiful views of Ono island; awesome comfortable beds; very clean; very well equipped with automatic ice maker, dishwasher, coffee machine with included coffee filter, tons of plates, glasses, silverware, pots, pans, etc; safe covered parking; secure building; awesome beach! Love it - fantastic family vacation — hope to come back!!

We have not been to Gulf Shores for about 10 years and were absolutely amazed at the re-growth since the hurricanes! We had a wonderful time and our condo in Phoenix X was perfect. There isn't anything we would change. It was clean, in good working condition, and offered an amazing view of the Gulf. We had playful dolphins right in front almost every morning.

This unit was perfect for our "old friends" getaway. We enjoyed our stay without issue.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. Very comfortable for the 6 of us. They do need some attention to a few of their appliances and beds in bedroom 3. Dryer was very noisy. Freestanding ice maker not cooking properly. Dishwasher missing a wheel on rack. Beds fell to the middle.

Beautiful condo. Looked just like the pictures. Very roomy. The beds were very comfortable. We loved the location as well. Orange Beach was the perfect location. Lots of shops and restaurants. Enjoyed bingo at the Floribama. Would definitely go back to this condo.

We had a wonderful time despite only having two sunny days out of the five full ones we were there.

The condo was great! We loved the view from the patio on both sides! That was what set this unit apart! It was updated and had ALL the kitchen amenities needed! The extra ice machine was a life saver!Oh and the beds were so comfortable! Will definitely stay here again!

The only down side to our experience was smokers from other units limiting our time on the balcony. The smell was so bad we could not sit outside.

This condo is an excellent choice! It was clean and in excellent condition. There was plenty of room for me, my children and grandchildren. I recommend this condo whole heartedly!!

The views was amazing. I've been coming to the area for several years and it was the best place so far!

The kitchen was very nicely stocked and the extra ice maker was the BEST! All of the bedrooms had very comfortable beds and the bedding was very nice. We love the location and the pool is fantastic. Our family if 5 had a great stay in this unit! Plenty of space when the kids needed "down time". The kitchen has everything you need plus more! Corner unit views are beautiful. Loved our stay here! We had 9 guests total for a bachelorette party. We had the best time and our condo had THE BEST views!!! We could no have asked for a better location or better accommodations!

I've been planning this surprise for my husband's 50th birthday for several months. Our sons and their family also came. It was a wonderful vacation! Everything was just as it was described. Very clean. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen fully stocked with everything we needed. And listening to the ocean each night was heavenly. Would definitely love to stay here again for our next family vacation!

It was PERFECT. so spacious and beautiful view of ocean and bay. We had 8 guests. This particular unit gets every last minute of sun, being that the sun sets on that side. We loved it. Everything we needed was in the kitchen, it could. It have been a better time! Literally next door to the flora bama, we will be staying here again and that's for sure!

We were disappointed in general upkeep of condo. The dishwasher is falling out of cabinet. Mildew on master bath shower liner. Beds soft and worn. Giant crack in master bath sink. Master toilet not working right. Granite really beat up. All doors need washing. Floors had sand and didn't appear to be washed. Just signs it isn't being looked after. Have stayed at Phoenix X for years and it is just not keeping up standards. Will find a different complex from now on.

We celebrated our birthdays and a reunion. There were 15 of us in all and we thoroughly enjoyed your condo. The view is spectacular. Thanks for sharing and we hope to be back next year.

Our time in this wonderful condo was up on Sunday 3/1 We had been there for a winter get away and it was wonderful. This condo was everything that they said it was. Beautifully appointed, well stocked with any appliance that you might need and we never ran out of dishes. Being in this condo was like being at home.
