Oasis 807

We had a wonderful time at the Oasis! The condo was clean and roomy for 3 couples! The views from the 8th floor were beautiful with sunrises and sunsets. The location was great with many restaurants nearby and Publix a mile down the road. The kitchen was well supplied except there were no kitchen towels or potholders. The weather was beautiful and not too crowded, a great time of the year to vacation. Lots of amenities including several pools, lazy rice, gym and outdoor bar! Beautiful place!

The condo was clean and nicely decorated. We had everything we needed for our 5 day stay. The beds were super comfortable but one of the spreads looks stained but was clean. We plan to come again and stay in this same condo next year! The view was absolutely stunning!

Condo was great! It is right on the beach with easy parking and access to the room. Love the new adult swimming pool, bar, restaurant, gidt shop, and lazy river on the property!

We loved our rental. Lots of space and seating for everyone. Everything we needed was there. Would definitely stay here again!!

This was a girls trip for the class of 1966 and we all enjoyed the accomodations. Things we would have wanted: Drawer space in the 2 bedrooms near the front. Larger bathroom in 1 of the 3 bedrooms.

Our family had an amazing time in this condo! Perfect location to the beach! Very clean, comfy beds, large living area and patio! Our niece loved the slide and the lazy river was so relaxing. We will definitely stay here again.

This is by far the best Condo that we have ever stayed on the coast. It was very roomy, clean, and convenient for our stay. Love the parking access to the room. It was on the same floor with the condo. Enjoyed the indoor pool and lazy river was a plus! We will be back next year.

Another BIG deal to me, is the bed was very comfortable. Also, a nice feature was the patio furniture was different than just a table and chairs. It was nice to go take a nap on the patio on the couch. All the furniture in condo was top notch. The only thing i would recommend is they need to invest in a Keurig. We use a keurig b/c we like two diff kinds of coffee, so I had to bring my own. Other than that, everything was really, really good. I'd def. stay here again.

Condo was nicely decorated. The only issue we experienced is cleanliness. The floor was dirty and sandy. I spilled a little water from a glass and upon wiping it up the paper towel was black. Need to hold the cleaning people accountable. Also, there was no dust pan so we had to improvise to keep the sand in check. If these issues were remediated, I would rent again from this owner.

This condo is so beautiful. The furniture is great, outdoor and indoor. Our only con would be there is none of the basics to cook with. You will for sure need to bring salt, pepper, etc as well as a baking dish if you want to cook dinner. There wasn’t a 9x13 dish of any kind. There is also not an Keurig so you need coffee for a regular coffee pot. You will also need to buy washing detergent, extra toilet paper, paper towels if you plan to spend more than 3 days. Other than that, the condo was perfect.

The condo itself is very nice with tons of space for my family to use. However We were very disappointed in the condition of the indoor pools and other shared facilities. The indoor pool's water was very cloudy because it was so dirty. If you went in the water, as we experienced with my young son, he came out covered in long hairs that were not his. It looked as if the water wasn't ever filtered or the pool vacuumed on a regular basis. It was disgusting so much so that my husband and I refused to go in. Additionally the lazy river was also very dirty, as if no one
has cleaned the walls of the pool for years.

As for the elevators, we had to wait, sometimes up to 15 minutes, for an elevator to come to our floor. This was because only a handful were working during the time.

We were pretty shocked to see little to no oversight of the building management unless you went down to the front desk directly to complain.

The condo was nice but the overall property was a big disappointment. Luckily the beach is beautiful, which made up for the shortcomings on the property.

This unit was perfect for our family. We found everything clean and tidy inside, and can’t think of anything we wish there would have been that wasn’t included. The views are great, and the location can’t be beat. The location of the unit is super close to elevators and parking. The only complaint we would have is the patio cushions on the balcony furniture are very worn and had a heavy smoke smell. At this price point these should be replaced. Having said that, We would not hesitate to stay here again and again, and would highly recommend this unit if you are considering Phoenix West II or Orange Beach.

Condo was very large and had a beautiful view! Loved sitting on the balcony enjoying the sound of the ocean. Management was very responsive to any questions we had. The complex and pools were great and we would definitely stay here again. I do think it’s time for the living room furniture to be replaced as it’s torn in places and the rug is stained and looks worn. Everything else was very nice and well decorated.

The condo was beautifully decorated with a beach motif. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. We liked the full size washer and dryer and that each bedroom had its own bathroom and tv. The Gulf view was super and getting to the beach was very easy.

Beautiful unit with plenty of room. Beds were very comfortable and the set up was perfect in the kitchen and living area. Our children loved having breakfast at the small window high top along with outside on the comfortable patio set. Be sure to pack regular ground coffee and filters as this unit does not have keurig. Also since this was during Labor day weekend, we were a little disappointed that the snack shop on the ground floor was closed and the pool area not managed well. We had small children and saw others with elderly that had no place to sit around the pool area early because there was no guard on staff to assure that the lounge chairs were not being held. Other than those property management issues, the unit was wonderful and we would highly recommend. We will definitely stay in this unit again.

We have stayed at the condo complex before and are familiar with the complex and amenities. The condo itself was exactly as listed. Clean, plenty of towels and the ice maker at the wet bar worked. Every bed had an add-on mattress pad for extra comfort which was nice. The patio furniture was in good condition with no major stains. The condo was Great and I do not have any complaints.

This was our first time staying at Phoenix West II. Our condo was beautiful and clean and had excellent amenities. Our only complaint is that the pool is too small for the number of guests who use it. The lazy river and slide were loved by our grandchildren, but they didn’’t use the outdoor pool due to excessive crowding. My personal disappointment was our position on the beach. We rented two sets of beach chairs for the week from Ike’s beach service, which was nearly $300. We felt it was unfair that a variety of camping tents and personal umbrellas were allowed to be placed in front of the chair line. When we used the chairs, we could not see the ocean. We’ve rented chairs at several different beaches over the years, and this was the only area that we had this experience. We will not return for this reason.

good stay. great location. The unit was is basically good shape, but i wouldn't rent it again. the furniture in the living room and the balcony is tired. One of the chair's seat is "potted". The other chairs feel broken down. The balcony furniture is dirty and tired.

Loved the condo itself. However, the cleaning crew was still working at my 4pm check-in time. A tub was dirty in 1 bathroom and the floor in another.
