We love staying at the Oasis. Our condo is so spacious, lovely , and comfortable. Parking on your floor and walking right in out of the weather is so convenient as is the keyless entry. Our one concern is that you cannot get phone service unless you walk out on the balcony, and as we had family in two condos there we would have liked to reach them more quickly by phone. Still we have stayed at many other condos going on 30 years and this one is our favorite!! The kids and adults like the lazy river, the adults like the new restaurant (the drinks are delicious) and the adults only pool area. My son says it’s like staying at a resort!!

We loved this condo! We were comfortable in the space with our family of 6 adults and two little ones. We enjoy watching movies and being able to fix easy meals after a day on the beach . There was room for everyone to spread out, talk together and share meals. I love the large sectional and swivel chairs as well as the dining table with 5 chairs and a bench. The bedrooms were perfect for our crew of 2 couples and one family of four who got the bunk bed room! The condo is also beautifully decorated which is important to me. The lazy river, splash pad and three pools to choose from made it ideal! We checked out the fitness center and hot tub floor upstairs but did t use them. The employee and the desk was helpful in answering questions and getting me passes for parking. There were cleaning ladies who kept the common areas top notch. Thank you!!!! Also, beach walks here were great and the area close to restaurants and the grocery store.
Cons: it is a large building and there are lots of people so it can be extra noisy especially on the balcony. Also, be aware the balcony is not private. It runs across at an angle diagonally so you can look and see all your neighbors. This particular condo was not outfitted with shampoo samples or extras just small soaps and a tiny liquid detergent bottle. The furniture is a bit tired and stained. ( Thankfully, I got out some larger ucky spots with a wet dish cloth before my family arrived) The kitchen pots and pans are not well organized and we had to search every time we cooked. ( I was so happy with a good crockpot that worked !) There was not enough water to take a full hot bath and the whirlpool feature did not work. The floors were sandy when we arrived and there was not a broom so if you’re a tidy person you might want to bring one. (There is a vacuum) Another con was the condition of the pools and river were not clean.
Overall, we left feeling like it was a great stay and really enjoyed this fabulous place!

The view was phenomenal and location of the condo was ideal, with all the amenities you could possibly want at the beach! The condo was very clean and comfortable, especially loved the extra full bathroom. The manager was excellent to deal with and always readily available. Would recommend this property to anyone looking for a great place to bring your family!

We loved this condo! The bunk room was great for our kids, the view was amazing, the beach was beautiful and the indoor pool was clean and spacious on the chilly days. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the elevators were fairly quick. It was great to be able to park on the same level as the unit as well. We hope to be back!

Our condo was everything we anticipated and more. Loved the bunk beds in the 3rd bedroom. Having a 4th full bathroom was great. Looking forward to staying again in 2024.

Overall, this was a good condo and great location. I was disappointed there was an additional parking charge of $45 per car. When you are spending over $4k for 6 nights, you would think parking would be included (in fact, this is the first time I've ever had a parking fee when renting a condo). The unit itself was clean and spacious. The kitchen was stocked with everything you would need (dishes, utensils, etc.) We could not get cell service inside the condo, and we could not connect to our streaming services through the WiFi. The condo amenities were great - nice pool, lazy river and splash pad for the kids.

This condo was awesome! Super clean, tons of room. Kitchen had all utensils and cookware needed. Bunk bed was a nice addition. Will definitely book again for our next trip!

We have stayed at PW2 several times and will pay more to stay on a lower level for 2 reasons. To avoid driving round & round the the parking garage and walkable if the elevators are slow. We were unaware that the 1st 4-5 levels of the garage were closed for repair more than half the week, therefore anyone staying on a lower level had to park on the upper part of the garage. Plus paying $45 additional for parking was a new thing, ugh! The beach service has gotten rid of the former chairs so they do not lie flat an and no more cushions.
The condo itself was nicely decorated, location was great, no maintenance issues and the view was amazing! The bunk room is a great use of space with the added beds!

Our time at the Phoenix West 2 was great! There were a couple things that we had questions about or needed to be dealt with, but the team at Phoenix Rentals was always quick to respond and dealt with everything right away. We would definitely visit this place again, and would definitely rent with Phoenix Rentals again. Thanks!

We have been staying at PW2 for the last several years and this was the best condo we have stayed in! The bunk room was AMAZING! Kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. The decor was beautiful. The only issues we had were the cleaning upon arrival was not great(not vacuumed and vacuum canister full, showers not clean, food on the couch), but this is on the cleaning company, not the renters. I would love to see some plastic cups/plates/bowls for kids to use! Thanks for another great vacation in Orange Beach!

Overall, the unit was very nice, with some good amenities and a nice view. Our only issues were things that management really couldn't do much about. In our opinion, the master bed was way too soft, making it hard to get up out of it, and we had no cell signal in most of the unit. We didn't notice from the pictures that the master bedroom is not directly on the balcony. The air conditioner worked flawlessly, the kitchen was well stocked, and the master shower was terrific.

We enjoyed our week at the Phoenix West II. The facilities are great. The kitchen could use a few more items.

Condo was very nice, well decorated and kitchen well stocked. Beds comfortable. Pillows ok. Plenty of extra blankets if needed. T? - never got living room on. So many remotes and no instructions. Thankfully 4th floor - elevators are a hot mess and with entire families trying to get supplies to beach . Beach has too many rental chairs set up that are not in use not allowing space comfortably for guest. New to area and not sure would travel to this location again but condo unit was great!

Gorgeous. It fulfilled the needs for our stay. Kitchen was very will stocked with all items I.e. pots,pans, utensils and dishes. Most things were clean though out. Decor was pleasant and tasteful. View was amazing. Amenities were clean and entertaining. Some issues are crumbs under cushions when making out bed, internet was sporadic and glider on balcony is in need of repair. Overall our experience was amazing and will recommend to friends and looking forward to staying again.

When we arrived the floors were so dirty our feet immediately turned black. The glider in the balcony was busted. The master suite door was broken and off track and several lights didn’t work. The tubs were full of sand and dirt.

I immediately emailed. Maintenance was sent and he fixed only the door and one light but spent 30 minutes telling about how his daughters college was trying to change her sexuality.

Condo is nice, facility is nice. Beach rentals are absurdly packed on the beach.
