Stay and relax in this beautifully appointed, professionally decorated three bedroom, four bath condo. No expense was spared when decorating this condo, with a 65'' SMART 3D TV with sound-bar and Blue ray 3D player in the living room, a 55'' SMART TV in the master, 40'' SMART TV with DVD player in the 2nd bedroom and 40'' SMART wall mounted tv in the 3rd bedroom. Tile throughout, no carpet!
Upon entering you can't help but let out a sigh and let your worries go as you relax in this 2000 sq. ft condo. The south gulf facing living room has floor to ceiling windows and breath taking views with a hightop table for 2, best spot on the beach for dolphin watching! A wet-bar with a wine cooler and ice-maker will enhance any party. The large balcony has unbelievable views of the waves and beach.
The condo's master bedroom has a king bed, the 2nd bedroom has a king bed, and the 3rd bedroom has 2 queen sized beds. There are also two queen sized sleeper sofas for sleeping up to 12. Each bedroom has its own adjoining full bath and an extra full bath off the hallway. The master bath has a jacuzzi tub and a stand alone shower with dual shower heads. The kitchen has been upgraded to include granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and a standard and keurig coffee maker.
Unit is on the White Linen Program!
White linen program means all towels, sheets, bed quilts and pillow shams are washed every time at a commercial laundry care facility. All linens are washed in 150 degrees commercial washers with EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation.
Come enjoy our newest amenities that include a new adult pool in addition to the already wonderful and relaxing outdoor pool, lazy river and slide. Kids can enjoy the upgraded, fun and lively splash pad. The grill area has been updated to a large covered pavilion that also includes games like corn hole etc. If you don’t feel like cooking or going out to eat, you can grab a drink and a bite to eat at the on-site cafe and; bar. There is a well stocked souvenir shop as well for those last minute essentials and memories to take home.
The Oasis also offers basketball courts, pickle-ball courts, tennis court and putting green. The heated indoor pool is perfect for those cooler days. Near the indoor pool you will find four hot tubs. There is a great fitness room located on the 15th floor overlooking the beach, with two more hot tubs and saunas on the floor below. You have covered parking in the garage.
For your convenience we have installed a keyless entry door lock so you and your family/friends do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay!
Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $60 per vehicle. Any 3br unit you rent at Oasis guarantees you can purchase up to two parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but please do not expect the front desk to sell extra passes during the summer season.

Our stay in Oasis 2906 was great! Very clean, nicely furnished and well stocked kitchen! There is construction going on around the pool area but this had no effect on our enjoyment of the pool or beach. Oasis is in a great location; close to grocery stores and restaurants.

2906 is beautiful and well thought out. The living room furniture is very comfortable, the dining room seats 8 easily. Bedrooms are spacious and having 4 full bathrooms is a plus! We enjoyed sitting on the spacious balcony with our amazing ocean view. The elevator situation was a bit of a challenge...sometimes the wait was 30 minutes or longer. We ended up catching any elevator that had room for us and riding until we could get to our floor. Despite elevator difficulties we would definitely choose 2906 again. Fantastic condo!

My family and I had an amazing stay here.
Upon entering, it felt warm and inviting with amazing views of the ocean. We were in a great location for shopping, local restaurant’s, grocery stores and just about anything you may want or need. I also found the management staff were eager to help in any way possible. We hope to go back to Orange Beach and will definitely stay at Phoenix West II.

Cons: Upon arrival, there wasn’t toilet paper or paper towels. Dirty bed linens. When I called manager, she told me that if I thought the linens were not clean I should wash them. Grease and food left in oven. It began to smoke when we cooked. Bottle caps left in living room from past guests. The guest bedrooms were loud with the elevators right across the windows. At least a 15+ mins wait to get to beach due to being on the 29th floor. The parking garage was dangerous: poor lighting and tight parking.
Pros: beautiful condo. Kids enjoyed the lazy river. The beach was gorgeous and the water beautiful.
The condo had all the amenities we needed to enjoy our vacation. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots, pans, and utensils. The view of the ocean was amazing. My grandkids enjoyed the lazy river, splash pad, and pool, while my children enjoyed the easy access to the beach and the adult pool with the poolside bar.
Be prepared for an elevator wait if you check in on a Friday or Saturday between 4:30 and 7:30 (Some people waited over an hour.) This condo is on the 29th floor, and we found that catching the elevator on a higher floor and riding it down and then up sometimes gave us better odds of catching an empty elevator during those peak check-in times.
