Be the first to relax and enjoy your stay in this beautifully appointed, professionally decorated three bedroom, four bath condo. No expense was sparred when decorating this condo, with a 60'' HD TV in the living room, a 55'' in the master, 44'' in the 2nd bedroom and 44'' plat panel wall mounted tv in the 3rd bedroom.
Upon entering you can't help but let out a sigh and let your worries go as you relax in this 2000 sq ft condo. The south gulf facing living room has floor to ceiling windows and breath taking views. A wet-bar and ice-maker will enhance any party. The large balcony has unbelievable views of the waves and beach.
The condo's master bedroom has a king bed, the 2nd bedroom has a king bed, and the 3rd bedroom has 2 queen sized beds. There are beds for 8 but we do allow occupancy up to 10. Each bedroom has its own adjoining full bath with granite counter tops and an extra full bath off the hallway. The master bath has a jacuzzi tub and a stand alone shower. The kitchen has been upgraded to include granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and a coffee maker.
Come enjoy our newest amenities that include a new adult pool in addition to the already wonderful and relaxing outdoor pool, lazy river and slide. Kids can enjoy the upgraded, fun and lively splash pad. The grill area has been updated to a large covered pavilion that also includes games like corn hole etc. If you don’t feel like cooking or going out to eat, you can grab a drink and a bite to eat at the on-site cafe and; bar. There is a well stocked souvenir shop as well for those last minute essentials and memories to take home.
The Oasis also offers basketball courts, pickle-ball courts, tennis court and putting green. The heated indoor pool is perfect for those cooler days. Near the indoor pool you will find four hot tubs. There is a great fitness room located on the 15th floor overlooking the beach, with two more hot tubs and saunas on the floor below. You have covered parking in the garage.
For your convenience we have installed a keyless entry door lock so you and your family/friends do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay!
Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $60 per vehicle. Any 3br unit you rent at Oasis guarantees you can purchase up to two parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but please do not expect the front desk to sell extra passes during the summer season.

Pros: beautiful condo, fantastic views, waterslide, lazy river indoor pool was great. Nice to be able to rent equipment for tennis, basketball and volleyball.
Cons: atmosphere and security at the location was not family friendly. There were many clearly underage groups drinking, vaping, doing beer bongs and blasting loud music at the hot tubs, indoor pool and on the properties beach area. Did not see security patrolling. Hot tubs smelled like beer. The place would have been very enjoyable if the atmosphere was better maintained.
Outstanding condo! So pretty and clean. Very relaxing!

My party of 6 really enjoyed this unit. There was enough space for everyone. We loved that we were able to walk across the street for a quick meal, and there were many other restaurateurs to choose from. We also enjoyed the indoor pool and lazy river. I wouldn't mind visiting again with my family.

Everything was good except the elevators! Its bad enough we may not stay again until we hear they are good to go in the summer time. We had 3 days where we set a timer and it took us 45 min to an hour to get from our room to a lower floor and back up again. We have stayed at other condo’s this size and had no issues... but this is ridiculous!

We always stay on Phoenix West II when we come to Orange Beach however this was our first time in unit 2408. We won’t be booking it again. The white leather couch not comfortable, kitchen table chairs are hard as a rock, and master bed frame is broken. This unit really could use some fresh comfortable furniture.

Our rental experience was very good! Plenty of space and amenities for our family Spring Break (party of 9). The view from our balcony was amazing and spent every morning breathing it in! The only issues we had were lack of response via VRBO (but you could reach the property directly via phone), the blinds did not work properly, and one of the hot tubs was broken along with indoor pool area not kept clean.

The condo was beautifully decorated. The pillows in the master were a little flat for me, but not a deal breaker. There was some sand on the floor which I assumed was from outdoor furniture being placed inside due to a storm. Not enough to complain about. Being located close to the elevators, dinning & grocery stores made this spot a plus. We had a great time celebrating my birthday all week long. Highly recommend!!!

The condo was perfect for our family vacation. Beds were comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed, except Tupperware for leftovers and lids to store fruit/casseroles. Lots of pool floats and beach toys to borrow, along with some beach chairs. The kids enjoyed the splash pad and pool the most. I definitely would stay here again!

The only con.... The beds were terrible!!!! We tried to stay in the master but they were so uncomfortable we tried the second bedroom and the third none were really better than the other. We ended up in separate rooms sleeping diagonal across the beds.

The location and view were spectacular. The balcony looks right over the pool and out over the ocean. The condo provided beach chairs, body boards, and sand toys; and was an easy walk to the beach. But the condo was not very well cleaned, with toothpaste in sink, food still on the dishes. Many lights didn’t work and the master bed foundation was broken. Waited on the elevator sometimes for 20 minutes.

This condo was exactly what we wanted. It comfortably accommodated 8 people (2 families). The balcony was our favorite place to sit and watch the ocean, dolphins, stingrays and a shark or two! The kitchen was well stocked with essentials. I appreciated the closet containing boogie boards and sand toys.
We did have an uncomfortable bed in the master that has seen better days. The faucet in the kitchen was loose so it wasn't working very well. There was also mold on the shower curtain in one of the smaller bedrooms. Other than these negatives, our condo was wonderful.
I will say, I was surprised by the amount of cigarette smoke, which made it unpleasant at times when sitting on the balcony. We were also unhappy to see rules being broken such as flags/towels on the balconies and people trespassing in the dunes and writing political statements. I believe this is an issue with the overall management of the building and not the owners' fault. We will most likely not return because of the mismanagement of the building.

We took a last minute trip to the beach and found this condo at the Phoenix West II, so glad we did. Hands down the best condo and complex we have stayed in. The kids loved the water slide and my husband and I spent most of our time on the beach or the lazy river. The condo itself was very clean, very spacious and kitchen well stocked.. we cooked seafood in one night. Look forward to coming back to this condo for another weekend getaway.

Good amount of space, fairly quiet, large building with plenty of amenities(very family friendly). This unit in particular...the spare bathroom might have a mold issue or water damage that needs to be checked on. There is also a rusted shower caddy in the master bathroom that should just be thrown out.

Enjoyed our stay in 2016 but disappointed with recent rental. Dryer not replaced (very noisy), smoking on the balcony not allowed (though neighbors smoking cigarettes and illicit substances, lamps and overhead lights had burned bulbs, floors very sandy upon arrival.

We needed a place to stay while we were in town for the 10u global World Series and this place did not disappoint. We loved everything about this condo! It was clean, beautifully decorated and offered lots of fun options for the kids (beach, pools, lazy river and slide). The furniture and beds were very comfortable and made us feel right at home. We didn’t want to leave! Only downfall was waiting for elevators but you would have that anywhere.

Booked for our annual early mother's day trip. This was perfect for our group of 5 ladies who needed a peaceful getaway. The unit was clean and had all of the necessary kitchen tools! The ice maker is so helpful for small ice chests. Beds are very comfortable. Location is great and just a quick Uber ride to anywhere you want to go. As always, we loved the easy beach access.
