Be the first to relax and enjoy your stay in this beautifully appointed, professionally decorated three bedroom, four bath condo. No expense was sparred when decorating this condo, with a 60'' HD TV in the living room, a 55'' in the master, 44'' in the 2nd bedroom and 44'' plat panel wall mounted tv in the 3rd bedroom.
Upon entering you can't help but let out a sigh and let your worries go as you relax in this 2000 sq ft condo. The south gulf facing living room has floor to ceiling windows and breath taking views. A wet-bar and ice-maker will enhance any party. The large balcony has unbelievable views of the waves and beach.
The condo's master bedroom has a king bed, the 2nd bedroom has a king bed, and the 3rd bedroom has 2 queen sized beds. There is also a sofa sleeper in the living area providing sleeping accommodations for 10. Each bedroom has its own adjoining full bath with granite counter tops and an extra full bath off the hallway. The master bath has a jacuzzi tub and a stand alone shower. The kitchen has been upgraded to include granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and a coffee maker.
Come enjoy our newest amenities that include a new adult pool in addition to the already wonderful and relaxing outdoor pool, lazy river and slide. Kids can enjoy the upgraded, fun and lively splash pad. The grill area has been updated to a large covered pavilion that also includes games like corn hole etc. If you don’t feel like cooking or going out to eat, you can grab a drink and a bite to eat at the on-site cafe and; bar. There is a well stocked souvenir shop as well for those last minute essentials and memories to take home.
The Oasis also offers basketball courts, pickle-ball courts, tennis court and putting green. The heated indoor pool is perfect for those cooler days. Near the indoor pool you will find four hot tubs. There is a great fitness room located on the 15th floor overlooking the beach, with two more hot tubs and saunas on the floor below. You have covered parking in the garage.
For your convenience we have installed a keyless entry door lock so you and your family/friends do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay!
Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $60 per vehicle. Any 3br unit you rent at Oasis guarantees you can purchase up to two parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but please do not expect the front desk to sell extra passes during the summer season.

I chose this place over others because of the reviews. Cleanliness is a very big deal to me. While the place was “tidy” I was very disappointed in the condo as a whole. For starters, a fresh coat of paint goes a long way. Every single wall was covered in dirt and had paint chipped or missing. We found multiple stink bugs throughout the rental and the couches were in pretty rough shape looking dirty and dingy. Actually all the living room furniture could be updated. We also had multiple remotes with no batteries in them, most of the lamps were not plugged in. The AC seemed to be working fine in the master and living area but the back two rooms were uncomfortably warm. The bedding had multiple stains (on the throw pillows esp) toilets could use new seats. Fridge had busted drawers making it difficult to use. Honestly we spent less money a few years back at a property that was insanely nicer than this one. I would not stay here again.

Thank you for the feedback, The condo is being remodeled before the summer season, new furniture is on order. For the lamps to work, the wall switch needs to be turned on and the tvs only need the dish remote, the other remotes were extra.....

I loved this condo and our stay was amazing!! I have no complaints! My husband wanted me to mention that the mattress in the master bedroom has a dip in one side of it but it didn’t bother me at all. I would for sure stay there again!

The condo was beautiful and clean. The building had 32 floors and only 6 elevators. When we arrived on Saturday, it took 45 minutes for us to get up to our condo because every elevator was smashed full of people. We learned to get on the elevator whether we were going up or down so that we had a spot. It was frustrating.

-Nice views.

-All beds are absolutely horrible. I’m 115 lbs and the bed would sink to the springs.
-Carpets, curtains, and furniture are all stained and dirty looking.
-Toilet not secured. It would rock side to side.
-Very dated.
For the price of this condo I expected a lot more. The elevator situation is absolutely ridiculous. Owner can’t do anything about that. Would not return.

We had a wonderful stay. All of the reviews about furniture being stained or used heavily are accurate, however it is a vacation rental with heavy turnover. It is good quality furniture. You can tell the owner didn't buy cheap stuff to furnish this place. The pots and pans could stand to be replaced. The mattresses are on their last days of life (they DID buy cheap ones and they need replacing).But we truly enjoyed our stay!
I would go back next week! The property managers were quick to respond and pleasant to deal with. The unit is spacious and the views are beautiful! The complex has everything you would want for a family, and the lazy river is a nice added touch! ...& the elevators .... unless you stay on a lower floor or smaller complex, you will have to deal with them anywhere you stay. They were no worse than anywhere else. We plan to go back and hope to stay in this unit again. We had a great time!

This property is in need of repair; the carpets in all bedrooms are worn and very stained. We literally kept our shoes on always when walking on carpets. The sofas in den are worn and stained and need to be replaced, same with the rug in the den. It is so worn and dirty/stained. The curtains in den on the back side have stains everywhere. Curtains in Master bedroom are dirty also. I would not stay in this condo again unless updates were made.

This condo had all that we needed and was just as the pictures described . The unit has wonderful views of the ocean and we enjoyed several meals on the balcony. The beds were super comfy and the living room furniture was great for snuggling up to watch a movie and of course the ocean was awesome. It has easy access to everything - the beach, pool, lazy river , restaurants, shopping etc. My teenagers even said they were sad to leave.

We loved this condo. My family had plenty of room and we were very comfortable. Beds were comfortable. And the ice maker was an excellent amenity. The only issue was elevator wait time. There was a certain time in the morning that it could take 30 minutes to wait for the elevator. I’m assuming it was a high traffic time. Slide and lazy river was awesome and we were excited to see that they stayed open late! We will definitely stay here again.

Fantastic view, and very comfortable for our family!
The only things we could ask for is that there be a few more baking essentials in the kitchen: good hot pads for the oven, a griddle, non-stick skillets, and a few more dish towels.
Also, the mattress on the pullout sofa was very springy, so seemed like it needed replacing.
