Phoenix West 706

The property was wonderful but the condo is in need of some repairs. The master tub leaked at the faucet and towel holder kept falling off the wall. The microwave handle was broken and a piece falling off.

Great location and we enjoyed our stay!

This condo is in a great location, close to restaurants, shopping, and fun. The lazy river was the best and made our stay so relaxing. The condo was the perfect size for 6 adults and 2 babies. The kitchen was spacious enough for a few of us to cook together. Oh, and the separate ice machine was a hit!! It kept our coolers full of ice and drinks cold. The view from the balcony was gorgeous with beautiful sunsets and dolphins in the morning. We plan on coming back and staying at this condo. I would recommend this condo to anyone.

We love the Phoenix West complex and have stayed here before, however, 706 was not the nicest condo we’ve been in. Moldy shower curtains, no dustpan, lightbulbs burnt out and a poorly designed kitchen faucet/countertop that didn’t allow for full water pressure to name a few. Also, the filtered refrigerator water was not hooked up. We were with a large party occupying 2 additional units which were far more updated yet the same price.while Phoenix rentals fixed what was fixable,I feel like units like this should rent for less. We will come again to PW but not 706

Overall we were very pleased with our stay. The condo was beautiful and the weather was perfect. A few negatives were soiled unwashed linens left in the closet, a dirty shower and a worn out sectional couch. I would give the condo 3 stars. In my opinion it was over priced for its condition. It was a bit noisy, we were woke up at 5:30 every morning from the sliding of chairs on the floor of the condo above. Orange Beach is our vacation destination but we wouldn't stay in this condo again.

Just spent the past week at this property. This was our first time to Orange Beach. Would give this condo a 3/5. It’s a good size condo so lots of room to move around. Had 4 bathrooms which is nice. The cleanliness could have been better. Only an hour after checking in and walking around our feet were black. So could use a good mopping. Also, our sheets when we unmade the bed had hair in it that was not ours so that was a bit unpleasant. The kitchen needs a few more items, such as a few more storage containers, an oven mit. And the biggest thing that could be a big issue for someone if they were to work from here and need to make calls is there was ZERO cell service on any of our phones all week. And you could only FaceTime or text in condo with people who had iPhones. Otherwise you have to go to the beach. Wi-Fi worked just fine but absolutely no cell service. Each of our phones said SOS the entire time. We asked other families staying in this property and they said that was not an issue for them. So just a heads up for anyone staying in future. But overall it was a good stay. And you can’t beat the view.

Phoenix West is a great place to stay at Orange Beach. Centrally located between all the destinations you would like to go see and do. The condos are always in great shape along with the onsite amenities. Our kids really enjoy the pool and lazy river along with being able to walk right out to the beach. We will definitely be back again next year!

The condo we stayed in needs a much needed cleaning. When we arrived there was no clean smell. Our feet were black from walking around bare foot in the condo. There is a bar stool that needs to be repaired, replaced or removed. I normally do not rate a condo, however we paid way to much to be concerned about how clean this condo was cleaned.

The unit was perfect for our family vacation. We had four adults and three children under the age of 4. Plenty of room and very quiet. We visited after spring break and before school let out so the property was not crowded. I loved the fact that there was plenty of security and we always saw maintenence people working on something. Property was immaculately maintained! I guess that's why units for sale in this building start at $1M. Would have been nice if outdoor pool and lazy river would have been heated though. Would also reccomend some non-stick pan options for the kitchen.

There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for our very large family of 7. I really appreciated that the condo was stocked with kitchen essentials. We loved the lazy river, that was a big hit with our kids. 10/10 would recommend!

The booking experience was great. Fast and thorough! The parking was less than ideal; In fact a headache during peak times! Less modern than I had hoped. Loved the convenience of the beach. Unit could use some updates. Great vacation, however it wouldn’t be my 1st pick in the future.

We had a wonderful time going from to the beach to the lazy river. Our unit was comfortable and spacious.

We enjoyed our stay other than the condo was filthy when we arrived. The floor and kitchen counters were sticky. The walls had brown sticky stuff on them. We brought Clorox wipes and did our own cleaning, which was unfortunate given the price we paid for the place.
We had a maintenance issue with one of the toilets but they did come the next day to fix it.
Otherwise, if you don’t mind filth, the view was great and my kids enjoyed the amenities. The lazy river and outdoor pool were chilly but it was December. The walk to the beach was easy. It was nice having an indoor pool option too.

Great place to stay one of the best

We had a great time, we loved the condo. Very convenient to restaurants and grocery store. Easy in and out, elevator very quick , no waiting around. We will stay again. I loved parking on the same level as my condo.

We stayed here in our annual women’s beach trip. There are 6 of us and it was just perfect. We were able to park on the 7th floor of the parking deck and walk straight to our room without hauling luggage in and out of an elevator. We are in our 60’s and this was important. GREAT LOCATION and the lazy River was so relaxing. Some of us really loved the water slide, too!!!!

Access to the condo is easy from the same floor parking garage. Carts are available so you can unload easily. Condo was in excellent shape and accommodated our family of five. Kitchen was well equipped. Breakfast on the balcony every morning to breathtaking views. Mattress firmness may not be to everyone's liking, but remember your not at home. We really enjoyed our stay and plan to return.

We recently stayed in 706. Loved the floor to ceiling windows, the new gray couch, the bar with ice maker, the well equipped kitchen, the four full baths, and the overall decor. You need lamps in the living room. When you only have overhead lighting they need to be on dimmers. We also would have liked a chaise lounge on the deck. When we arrived, the air conditioning was set so that we were nice and cool. It was very clean. The bath rugs looked like they had been washed with white towels so didn’t looked clean. We sent an email that we needed hand towels and they were there within minutes. We had a great time and loved dealing with Phoenix Properties.

Our group of 7 absolutely loved this condo. The set up was perfect for us with the bedroom suites. We loved the 7th floor with the greatest views!! We had friends in a condo on 2nd floor. After seeing their view, we felt extremely happy on floor 7! The condo was clean. We thoroughly enjoyed the balcony overlooking the beach every morning with a cup of coffee. The condo is in a great location. We were able to explore Gulf Shores with a short drive and also enjoyed FloraBama once we were off the beach for the day. There’s lots of shopping and restaurants. Lartigue's Original Fresh Seafood Market was a great find. We were able to get fresh steamed shrimp and potatoes to bring back to the condo for dinner. Booking this condo was super easy and we would definitely come back!

Very spacious condo....large rooms....tastefully decorated . 7 th floor allows for good beach/ocean views and can park on same level of parking garage and not have to ride elevators. This made unloading /loading easier as they had large carts on the same level and you didn’t have to run up and down elevators with carts. Indoor pool area great for the cooler months. Great location very close to Gulf State Park and access to the many miles of walking/biking trails . Cell service ( we have Verizon) was not good in the unit.. don’t know if it’s because of the 20+ stories of condos on top of ours?

Awesome place to stay,everything we needed was there

This is our third time at Phoenix West- first time in unit 706. Overall great furnishings and location. The little things were “off”. The sheets were obviously very cheap and scratchy. That’s an easy fix. Both of my daughters beds had sand in them when we arrived, and the starter toilet paper was very thin. With such a nice rental- make sure everything is nice because the little things matter.

The Phoenix West is great. My kids loved the lazy river. I loved being right in the beach. The condo was great. It had the perfect amount of space. Loved it all!

Love the new sofa! The condo was comfortable and we loved our trip. We plan to stay in this condo again.

All was good until Security gathered our items at the pool while we walked down to the beach. They put our items in the public lost area for anyone to take. They said we were saving seats which we were not. Even if we were they were only at 30% occupancy. This is our 5 year going there and were not happy with that. Ridiculous! It is also time that the couch be replaced.

Phoenix West was a great place to stay. Very convenient to restaurants, bay area, & shopping. The unit was in good condition, plenty of room for 6 adults & 1 child w/o sitting on top of each other. We had a great vacation and absolutely loved the lazy river. The only negative comment I have is that the floors were dirty. They need to be deep cleaned.

The condo is in a great location, with a beautiful, unobstructed view of the gulf. However, there are some issues with it. The couch is terrible, shedding feathers from the pillows, and has broken springs. Only basic cable is provided, with no premium channels available. Also, this is a 28 floor tower, with only 4 elevators. During peak time, you will spend considerable time waiting for an elevator. The coffee maker failed while we were there, but the management company had a replacement delivered very quickly. As a plus, parking for this unit terrific, you can park on the 7th level of the garage and be only a few steps from the condo.

I would give very high marks for this property and the management company. The only negatives are that the living room furniture is way past it's prime and not very comfy. While the inside of the unit was spotless on arrival the balcony appeared to have been forgotten. A few pieces and trash and lots of sand. This is a nice unit in a great location. The biggest plus of us is the parking on the 7th floor. No waiting elevators on arrival and departure!

Floors were dirty. Furniture needs to be updated. Oven/range doesn't work well and set off an alarm in the room almost every night we cooked. Elevators in the building are a disaster. The room layout was fine. The beach was good and the pools and lazy river were enjoyable.

Our experience of Orange Beach was great but the condo 706 wasn’t so great. Very outdated and A/C didn’t work very good

This was a great condo and Phoenix West is just the best. There is just so much to do on the property. Our grandchildren were able to go down the waterslide this year. They've been talking about it for months. It was so much fun to watch them have the time of their lives. This is our third year renting with Phoenix Rentals. They always find us a great place to stay and they are great to work with.

The room was so clean and cozy. Even though we didn’t spend too much time in the room, when we were there it was fantastic. The amenities were great and the kids had such a blast on the water slide.

Everything went well with our stay. We had 2 3BR units next to each other, which worked out well. Our 4 sons, there wives and 4 grandsons had plenty of room to stretch out and relax.

Another great vacation in Orange Beach

Perfect. Wish the weather was warmer when we were there, but we made the most of it. VRBO was clean, modern look, comfortable, beautiful view of the ocean

Condos are spacious and well-appointed. Indoor pool and hot tubs were nice since it was too chilly most days to get in the ocean. Short walk to beach. It was very convenient to be able to park on the same floor as the condo.

Loved our condo. Great property. Well kept. Cant wait to come back.

This was a lovely condo with everything needed to make our vacation enjoyable. Plenty of space. The patio was great. Loved the bathrooms. The only problem we had was with the floors . You had to keep your shoes on at all times. The floors were really dirty.

Seamless stay at Phoenix West 706. Everything was just as pictured and described. Wonderful location near the elevators and parking. Property is also centrally located. Beach was beautiful and kept clean compared to others we've stayed at. Our kids loved the water slide and the lazy river was fun for the whole family. Manager was easy to work with during booking and we had an amazing stay!

The location of the condo building was great we have stayed before in this condo building so we knew what to expect as far as the outdoor amenities. Condo 706 wasn’t exactly what we expected and will not stay in it again. The couch and rug in the living room was very dirty. We used sheets to cover the couch before sitting on it. We had to put our beach mat on the floor for the kids to sit on. Both of these need a deep cleaning or in my opinion need to be replaced. The floor through the entire condo needs a deep cleaning after a few mins of walking on it feet were black on the bottoms. There was a blood spot on the double bed bathroom floor. So I know that bathroom floor had not been cleaned throughly. Maintenance had to be called on a bathroom sink and a freezer that was not cooling within the first 24 hours. Both were attended to promptly but the freezer continued to rise in temperature and then refreeze through the stay. The garbage disposal was filled with all kinds of plastic things that should NOT have been down it. The sink drains had a very bad smell. It needs to be deodorizer and cleaning people need to check when cleaning. Master bedroom bed was nice but the other beds were very hard. Hall bathroom toilet wouldn’t flush consistently we we just used the other ones. The bathroom showers/tubs appeared to be were clean so we where please with that.

Wonderful Condo! Family of 5, plenty of space, only downfall was the lazy river always ran out of intertubes early in morning, definitely bring your own to avoid not having any.

Place was very clean and accommodating. Staff was very helpful. Only one thing to correct - kitchen sink faucet has hot and cold water plumbed backwards.

We loved this condo! Plenty of room and had everything you could possibly need to dine or cook with. The view of the beach is amazing. The condo was on the 7th floor right across from the elevators and we could park right outside the unit. The lazy river was a hit for me and our girls, the balcony was right above it. At night, it is lit up blue and its beautiful! We also took advantage of the indoor pool and hot tubs! We are coming back in July but unfortunately we had to book at Phoenix west II due to needing a 4 bedroom but we would definitely come back to this one!

We love Phoenix West and will only stay here when we visit Orange Beach. 706 was great too. Can't beat parking on the same level and just walking in. Unit was clean, updated and comfortable. My husband now wants us to buy the big chaise lounge thing in the den. I couldn't get him out of that chair. Loved our trip and the management company made everything so easy. Great relaxing time.

We came here with a group of friends and family and our kids had a blast in the indoor pool which is where we were most of our trip thanks to this chilly spring we are having. There are some great restaurants near by. Location is convenient to the grocery store as well.

This is an absolutely fantastic condo. It is so spacious and is conveniently located just inside the entry from garage floor parking. No elevator needed! The beds are very comfortable and all have beautiful new bedding. The living area is so nice with the big screen tv and over sized lounge chair (great for relaxing with a good book). Lots of space for dining-4 chairs at bar, 6 at dining table and a table and 6 chairs on the balcony. The kitchen is stocked better than any we have ever seen with a large supply of cookware, dinnerware, serving dishes,utensils and more. The bar had a large supply of beautiful glasses and accessories. It is conveniently located within driving distance of grocery, shopping and restaurants. There are so many good things that it makes up for the minor which are: the ice dispenser in the fridge did not work but there is a nice ice maker at the bar, the guest bath commode would not flush-you had to lift the top from the tank to flush,the rug in the living room and kitchen needed cleaning and the sofa needed a little spot cleaning. The photos do not do this condo justice. It is super nice and Cayce at Phoenix was prompt in responding to every question and booking us very quickly. Front desk and security were very nice also. We would definitely stay here again,

My family had an amazing time at the condo! It was all that we hoped for and more. The location is absolutely ideal because you can walk just a short distance from your car to the condo. The condo is so spacious and clean. The view was gorgeous, especially for porpus watching! All kitchen appliances and utensils are there for you.
I used the gym each morning and there is an indoor pool.
Major plus is the hospitable owners. They made sure we had everything we needed to settle in. You must stay there!

Very nice stay. But to make it perfect, sheets felt like there was sand in the bed when there wasn't, lots of pilling. I wish there was a lounge chair on balcony. I feel it could have been cleaner. It looked like it was not vacuumed under coffee table. Had little ones and had to look for toys under furniture. It was quite dirty underneath

Phoenix West 706 was a great unit. We usually get a 4 bedroom, but only needed 3 bedrooms this year. Loved the location of this unit ... near elevators and garage. Nicely appointed kitchen with everything we needed. Love the keypad entry!

this condo was excellent. Great View, Great Deco, Great Experience. The Fleur de Vie Cosmetics Winners were thrilled with their accomadations. The only things wrong was the fridge door would not shut all the way.
