This is a premium unit and one of the best at Phoenix West!!! Tile installed in all the bedrooms on November 1, 2020!
Phoenix West is one of the most luxurious condominiums on the Gulf! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room and each bedroom. With over 2,600 sq ft the unit is very spacious and has the best views in Orange Beach!!
The unit is professional decorated with full-size stainless steel appliances, custom cabinetry, wet bar with ice maker, 60” flat screen HDTV in living room with flat panel TVs in the bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. The master bedroom and second bedroom both have King sized beds while the 3rd and 4th bedrooms have Queen sized beds. There is also a sleeper sofa Queen in the living room should you need more space.
There is a lazy river, water slide, outdoor pool with a fenced-in kiddy pool, heated in-door swimming pool, two Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center, 4 saunas and roof-top tennis courts.
There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.
Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $58 per vehicle. Any 4br unit you rent at Phoenix West guarantees you can purchase up to THREE parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but do not expect to be able to purchase an extra pass during the summer season.

Great view, plenty of seating, was clean, and had the number of rooms and baths we needed. However, the master bedroom mattress was so uncomfortable we woke up with a headache and back ache everyday. Time for an upgrade. For that reason only I would not suggest this unit. We have stayed at these properties many times it is in a great location.

Overall it was good! A few things to point out to help.
The iron pours water out constantly. There were white stains on the master bed comforter (bottom side) and headboard. I could not make coffee with my Kcups. The rug entering the Condo is dirty.

Condo was not as clean as it could have been. Dusty, light bulbs needed replacing in some rooms, fridge wasn't cooling as well as it should have, and floors were very gritty in every room.The furniture was pretty scratched up. For the cost paid I wasn't as satisfied as I have been in other condos. However,with better attention to housekeeping I would recommend this unit.

Wonderful place for our family to vacation! Had plenty of room and beautiful views from the balcony! Only minor problem was there was not a whole lot of bigger pans and pots to cook for 10 people that were there but made due with what was there. Highly recommend going and hope to go back soon!

The condo was very clean, comfortable and large. The elevators were fast. The view was fantastic. The only issue to report is that the balcony sliding door was very difficult to open, probably just needs to be oiled. Other than that, this was an excellent place to stay.

We really loved this condo. While it was near perfect, the leather chairs could stand to be replaced, kitchenware updated, one king bed room needs closet door and bathroom door fixed. Other than that, it was perfect. Our big family really enjoyed the condo as well as the nice facility. As much as they preach upon arrival about wearing wristbands, we never once had our checked. We will definitely be back to this condo!

Let me start by saying, this place was amazing. My siblings and I started planing a family vacation last summer to take our parents to Orange Beach. We probably looked at 30 different properties but kept coming back to this one. With eight adults and two children 5 and under, we needed plenty of room and that’s exactly what we had here. If you’re like us, you read the reviews on a property before making your decision. Some previous reviews left us with questions and concerns. I can attest that any previous issues have been corrected. Brand new microwave and the door shelves have been replaced. The dryer is still slow with towels but that was minor. The views were amazing. East corner unit so the sunrises were breathtaking. Close to shopping, restaurants and plenty of activities. You won’t have to stray far. Thank you for so many wonderful memories from that week. We loved this condo but unfortunately we arrived the cleaning service failed to do their jobs. My wife had to clean the entire condo and one of my guess were given a towel that was folded up and was clearly dirty with human blood on it. All surfaces with glass like the kitchen table were filled with finger prints and dirt smudges. But once we got the place cleaned up the stay was great the condo is plenty large. It take about 3 mins to walk to the beach from this condo.

We stayed in this condo 2 years ago and it was perfect. Now, we feel it needs new living room furniture, a few updates/improvements in the kitchen and it needs a thorough cleaning. There was dust on the furniture, food particles, etc on the floor and we had to wash kitchen items before using. Otherwise, it’s still a beautiful, very accommodating unit.

The staff was very rude though the process, and trying to refund only nights not stayed and we lost allot more money than that we had to get another hotel room pay double the price for last minute, lost most of all of our groceries, having a bite we couldn’t fit stuff in fridge, lost a day on the beach due to packing and moving in complete chaos taking 30 min to get a elevator. It was a big nightmare and they do not seemed concerned at all, people save up and look forward to Their family vacation and it means allot to some. Thank you

We had 14 people stay for a week at the Phoenix West. There was plenty of room to move around and the balcony was very large. The view was great and everyone had a fun time. It is right on the beach and the pools and lazy river were awesome amenities. The property was well maintained and management was quick to answer or fix any issues. The only downside to the Phoenix West is that there are only 4 elevators which makes for long wait times during check in and out.

Views are great. Each room has a view of the Sunrise each morning. Condo was very clean and had all of the amenities. I would bring an electric skillet if you are wanting to cook some pancakes though. All bathrooms were cleaned and we all had plenty of room. We were allowed to check in early and couple of the rugs looked like they hadn't been vacuumed, but that's it. The spacious kitchen and dinner table allowed us all to eat together which was great. All bedrooms were good, my wife and I had to flip the mattress in our room due to some indentations in mattress, but sleeping was still great. Overall our family loved this condo and would rent this place again in a heartbeat. The views are priceless!

This condo was GREAT!!! The living area was wonderful. The views were amazing! We all loved the water slide and lazy river. The condo was clean and super spacious. (My only very small negative comment would be how small and rough the towels were. I would expect better of a condo this nice.)
We love this area. We always eat at The Hangout and at LuLu's. This year we also enjoyed eating at Oyster House. We of course loved our Tanger Outlet shopping day.

This is a great condo and we had a nice stay. There was enough room for all the adults and kids to spread out. The unit itself seemed to be well stocked. Views are breath taking. Kids enjoyed dolphin watching. Wonderful.

Spacious condo! Stayed with 10 people total and didn’t feel like we were on each others toes. Great pool and lazy river. Everything was very clean. Not a long walk to the beach at all.
