Phoenix West 2307

The property descriptions were accurate regarding the location, layout, and amenities. The furniture in all the rooms were very comfortable. If one is short, the bed in the primary suite was high but comfortable.
I do have one issue as the place was not up to the regular standards that I expect from VRBO. The floors were dirty as our white socks and the soles of our feet were black from walking on the floors in the unit. I saw several types of cereal under one of the couches and yes, I moved the couch and swept the cereal up as it bugged me. One of the secondary bathrooms had a patch of black stuff on the shower wall.
Again, we have never had an issue with cleanliness in a unit at this facility before this visit, so I am hoping that this is an exception as the unit itself was very nice and we would come back here.

Phoenix West has been our choice of stay for several years. Grandkids love the lazy river and water slide. Property is located in close proximity to restaurants, beach shops and grocery stores.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the newly updated beachfront condo, Unit 2307, in Phoenix West, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The height of Unit 2307 provides stunning views of the Gulf, making it perfect for a quiet, relaxing beach stay.The condo itself appears to have been recently updated, with wall-to-wall laminate flooring that looks fantastic! The large ROKU TV in the living room was a great perk, allowing us to sign into all our accounts from home and watch our favorite shows. The open-concept living area is spacious and perfect for our large family; we particularly loved the couches with recliners. Large windows and a sliding glass door lead to the balcony, allowing for plenty of natural light and breathtaking Gulf views, which can also be closed off with the amazing shades they have installed.The kitchen is fully equipped with all the amenities from home, including a large refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. Ample counter space made it easy to prepare and pack lunches for the beach during our stay. The extra ice maker in the bar was the icing on the cake! The dining room table was inviting and perfect for the evening meals we dined in for.The master suite includes an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and a soaking tub. The large walk-in closet served as a great dressing area and a place for all of our luggage! The master chairs looked brand new and were very convenient to have in that space. We also loved the door curtains that provided just enough room darkening for us to sleep in occasionally.The other two bedrooms had great decorating designs and updated bedding! Both spaces provided ample space and convenience for our stay.I would highly recommend Unit 2307 to anyone looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay in OBA. Whether you’re traveling with family or friends, this condo offers everything you need for an unforgettable experience.

Our original condo reservation was sold, and we had to choose a different condo from several listed. We choose this one because of the bedrooms. We were really happy with the space we had it was well taken care of. The only issues are the elevators for the building long wait to get in and out of building.

Our family stayed at Phoenix West 2307 for our annual Beach trip. It was wonderful.
we will definitely return. The 3 bedrooms, 3 baths were perfect. Spent lots of time in the lazy river and pool plus the beach which was less steps away than ever imagined. Perfect place. See you next summer!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo and were pleasantly surprised with the size of the unit. There was ample space for the 5 of us. The unit was clean when we arrived. The only complaints I have are my cell phone did not have service in the unit (I have Verizon which is normally very strong) and the wifi wasn't great. We were working remotely on our vacation, and this made it difficult. I'm assuming it's due to being on the 23rd floor and the size of the building. Otherwise, everything was perfect. One tip is to not go to the grocery store on Saturday or Sunday. Try to wait until Monday after everyone has checked in and gotten their groceries. The lines are insane! We left earlier than the 10am checkout on the Saturday of our departure to avoid the long elevator waits. Would try to arrive and depart on a day other than Saturday in the future due to the traffic coming from Nashville and the grocery lines.

This condo needs just a bit of tic and attention to detail- light bulbs that do not match therefore different type of light from the same fixtures

We had the most enjoyable experience. The condo and facility was absolutely amazing! Even though there were some issues, Charlotte was super attentive and delivered top notch customer service. Enjoyed our first time in Gulf Shores. The condo was as described and very comfortable. Everything was well maintained, however it needs a good cleaning. We loved the Warf restaurants and shops.

This rental property was absolutely as described and worked great for our family of 5. There were 3 bedrooms, each with their own attached bath, as well as a separate hall bath. The kitchen was fantastic and well-appointed with everything we would need to cook for ourselves (we wanted to avoid restaurants as much as possible due to COVID, although we did go to some open-air places in the area). The condo had plenty of space for all of us and worked really well.

The only thing to keep in mind is this is on the 23rd floor of a beachfront high-rise. The balcony, while nice, was also terrifying for anyone afraid of heights - and I would definitely not let any little kids out there at all. Our youngest is 9 and we were hesitant to let her get close to the railing. A few times we felt like we were in the clouds because on misty, rainy days you couldn't see the ocean at all. On sunny days it was breathtakingly beautiful.

Along with that, there was an issue with the elevators being incredibly slow during peak times, as I'm sure other reviewers have pointed out. We waited about 20 minutes for an available elevator one day. The stairs are an option that we took advantage of (going down, of course!). This issue, however, would not deter us from staying here again.

Overall the property was beautiful -- luxurious, even -- and our kids greatly enjoyed the pool area, both indoors and outdoors. The lazy river and slide are great amenities to have when you don't feel like going to the beach. One of the things that drew us to this property was the ability to rent chairs on the beach, rather than bring our own. That worked well - you tell the attendant how many days you would like the chairs and umbrella, and they set them up every day for you with reserved signs. It was nice to have a designated area on the beach each day so you didn't have to fight for space.

Overall, we highly recommend and will definitely be back!

Everything was very nice, the jacuzzi tub did not work but that did not ruin our stay. we had a great time !

I loved my stay in this unit. Everything was perfect and extremely comfortable. Easy access to so much stuff in OBA. I would recommend this unit and plan to stay again. The lazy river is great in the Summer! The walk to the beach is perfect, you couldn’t ask for it to be any closer. Beds and furniture are comfortable, with the couch offering recliners and then a pull out bed if needed. Kitchen had just what we needed to prepare meals. You’ll enjoy your stay here for sure! It was mostly very good.

This was the Best family vacation ever! Our family loved the accommodations! The place was so gorgeous and clean! The beds were very comfortable! I wished we could bring those beds home with us! My hubby woke up everyday with no back aches! That’s a miracle in itself!

Thank you for a lovely stay. The unit was clean and lovely. The view was amazing. The beds were super comfy and there was plenty of seating in the living area and balcony. There was also plenty of kitchenware. We were sad to have to leave early due to the unfortunate events that occurred with Phoniex West, but when I called for help, you were very helpful and professional. It was out of your control, but you handled it well. Thank you and I appreciate what you did. I will recommend you and do business with you in the future.

PLEASE NOTE: If you plan to check out on a Saturday (I hear Sunday is bad too), you will spend your whole morning trying to get in the elevator and it will be infuriating.

We had a great stay in this condo. Clean, comfy beds, and great views! It’s important to me to have a washer and dryer, outdoor furniture, and room for everyone on the couches and this place hit all the marks. The kids loved the lazy river with the slide and the indoor pool. We had a great week.

It was unfortunate that we had to end out great stay standing in line for elevators for 2 hours when we were trying to leave for our 10 hour drive home. It took 45 minutes to get on an elevator to go down and get a luggage cart. 30 minutes to get that luggage cart back on another elevator to go up to our condo. And 45 more minutes to get the full luggage cart back on an elevator to get down to our car. The management for Phoenix West needs to figure out a way to solve this problem. I was told by a condo owner and a maintenance worker that this happens every weekend.

Phoniex Rental Properties has exceptional customer service. We enjoyed our stay at 2307. It was very lovely. Comfy beds, plenty of seating in the living area and balcony. Plenty of kitchenware. Everything about this unit was wonderful. Sadly, due to an unfortunate event with the building as a whole, our trip was cut short. Even though it was chaos trying to pack up and pretty much evacuate, when I contacted the property manager for help, the gentleman I spoke with was very nice and professional. They refunded us the nights we were unable to stay.....plus some. This was out of their control but they handled it well and took care of their customers. They will continue to have my business in the future. I greatly appreciate them. You will love unit 2307.

We had a great week in Orange Beach. We loved the beach, the restaurants and the people. Our unit was very clean and very well appointed. We will definitely visit again!

Beautiful condo!

Perfect location . This is our second time to stay in this unit and hope to stay there again next year. You will have everything you need for the perfect vacation, you will need to take a good wine corkscrew. Only thing lacking in the bar area that we could find.

The condo was bigger than I expected and was very roomy. Lots of sitting areas, although we did all our sitting on the balcony. The view from the balcony was #1. It’s so high up that all you can see is ocean when you’re sitting down. Probably not a great choice if you’re scared of heights. The place was clean. We had no complaints and would stay there again. There’s lots of restaurants right across the street. Plenty of seafood places. A dollar general. A grocery store. All within a mile or so. Very convenient.

THE UNIT WAS VERY DECORATED VERY NICE AND WAS VERY CLEAN. THE ONLY ISSUE WE HAD AND IT WAS MINOR WAS THE DRYER. IT DOESN'T DRY VERY WELL, BUT THAT'S THE ONLY NEGATIVE. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY.

Our experience was amazing. We had a gorgeous view from our balcony. We could sit on the balcony any time of the day and it was very comfortable. The codp was immaculate. The beds slept wonderful. I have only amazingly positive things to say about this condo. I will definitely like to rent this property again.

We enjoyed our stay in 2307 Phoenix West. the condo was beautiful and had plenty of seating and kitchen items for the 6 vacationers. I would recommend this condo.
We went to a pot luck dinner and enjoyed the company of the snowbirds and vacationers. We used the pool and hot tub daily, enjoyed walks on the beaches and the Naval Museum in Pensacola. We had thick fog almost everyday, but it still beat the snow in Colorado. Hope the next time we stay we will see the sun.

This condo was fantastic. We enjoyed just hanging out on the patio and when the weather turned cooler it was great to go inside. We made an entire Thanksgiving meal without any problems. Will stay in this condo again.

We actually own a unit in Phoenix West but needed an extra one with all of our children and grandchildren coming in for Christmas! Casey fixed us up! This is a great unit! Very clean, nice furnishings and decor! It was exactly what we needed! We will definitely be renting this one again!!!
