Great time. Very clean and easy access and communication. A note... you will need salt, pepper, seasoning,basics.

Views were amazing and we loved the layout. We were very happy with every aspect of our stay. We would definitely rent again. Only two minor issues where I suggest you could improve...TP provided was very cheep and thin (worse than gas station quality) and kitchen wasn’t as fully stocked as we have experienced at other rentals.

We have been on many nice vacations, from Destin to Belize to Mallorca... Each of our 4 bedrooms were very comfortable, balcony with a nice view and TV in each. The family/kitchen/balcony was very well decorated and located on a corner with a beautiful view of the beach.

We loved our stay in Orange Beach this year! Our condo was the perfect size for a family of 9!! The views were spectacular from the balcony!

I do wish our condo was a bit cleaner. Some of the cooking pans and utensils were dirty (food stuck on them) and the countertops were dirty, but nothing we couldn't clean and take care of.

Also, the pillows in the second master were paper thin...we normally take our pillows, but forgot them this time. They def need to be replaced.

Outside of that the stay was perfect.

The staff at the front desk, security and throughout the condo were AMAZING. You can tell they all truly love their jobs.

Overall, we would 100% rent this condo again and look forward to it next year.

There were 9 adults on our 8 night stay and this condo was perfect for our group. Plenty of space and never felt crowded at all. Huge bonus was having 5 bathrooms! The kitchen has everything you may need and the ice machine was great to have. Balcony was massive and we used it all the time. I had read that the wait time for the elevators could be a problem but we never encountered that. I don't have any negatives but the only thing I would improve is the cleaning crew...shelves by the bar area weren't dusted in quite a long time. Overall we had the best time celebrating a 50th birthday.

We have a large family of all ages. The amenities and condo were perfect for us.

Arrived on time only to find our condo was not ready to occupy. After driving 18 hours, we were disappointed and tired. Once it ready, found no toilet paper or soap in bathrooms. Good thing we brought our own. Updates are needed to the condo furnishings. List was given to property management. Overall, condo is spacious and wonderful views.

We really enjoyed our stay here. We have a big family and space is a thing that I always look for in a rental. The condo was beautiful with a beautiful view and with 8 people we all had our own space and was not all over each other. The kids loved the views and all the room. Location wise was great. You are pretty much dead center of wherever you want to go. Great Location. Definitely a place you must stay. We will absolutely love to stay here again.

We have stayed here several years for our yearly girls trip !! 4 bedroom / 4 bath condo !! They are awesome condos

Could not have asked for a more beautiful condo, well appointed, gorgeous balcony. Incredible beds! Never have slept on condo beds that comfortable in 20+ years of vacations in Gulf Shores/Orange Beach.
We had an issue with the garbage disposal that they came to repair 20 min after we called. Fast!
Condo was extremely clean.
Only complaint had nothing to do with the condo - algae and seaweed so bad we didn’t want to get in the water.

It was a lovely condo and we throughly enjoyed our time there. We did have a few issues upon arrival- we noticed the floors were very dirty and sandy and most of the rooms blinds were breaking making it hard to shut all the way. The blankets left in the closets were obviously dirty and needed to be washed as well. If you are planning on cooking, make sure to bring everything you need including salt and pepper. There is nothing stocked. Other than these small issues we were very happy with our unit!

The views and condo set up were fantastic. Great open spaces to hang out. We have major complaints about the cleanliness of the condo - specifically the grey towels and washcloths. There was sand everywhere and we had placed towels on the floor in the kitchen and in our bedrooms since sand was ending up everywhere - maybe a rug or small mat would do big things to keep things clean. All of us complained about the super soft mattresses - we were in the queen bed and it was so fragile that we were afraid it would collapse in the middle of the night. Our sheets were well worn out too. The vacuum was broken but we fixed it. The iron didn’t work. And the freezer/fridge leaked on the floor for the entire week. The paint and wood is coming off of the cabinets in the kitchen and just seemed dirty. We bought and left salt and pepper for the next guests. Bubut none of that overshadowed our great stay - we enjoyed beautiful sunsets and my parents spent all day and night on the balcony. (The complex could use an additional elevator bay and better wristbands - they are sharp and my kids left marks all over my shoulders from swimming and scraping them on my shoulders) I would come back and stay again if there were new beds and a deep clean. And new kitchen pots, pans, utensils, new bath towels...

We stayed here for a week and loved our stay. The condo is really pretty and comfortable. Phoenix West is just the best. We always choose to stay here when we can. We could have stayed another week.

Love love loved this condo and view. Everything about this place is superb. We will be back.

We stayed in this same unit in April 2017 and left very satisfied and impressed. This year, the unit was so run down.....tape along the top of cupboard drawers in the kitchen, finishing worn off on toilet seats (especially master bathroom), mildew in showers, sand all over the floors upon our arrival. Also missing a set of mixing bowls and measuring cups, and only 2 pots for cooking.

We've been to Phoenix West now 5 times and it never gets old. This is the nicest condo we've been fortunate enough to stay in. The views are amazing and huge living area...we never felt crowded. We will be back and hope to rent the same condo.

Phoenix West is a great building The was our first time in this unit and on this floor and everything was great. The views are heavenly. Feels like you are on a cruise ship as you can see out for miles. The indoor pool is nice and we enjoyed the sauna and hot tubs. We tried our best to make it to the gym and it was nice as well. Enjoyed being able to walk to the great restaurant across the street. The rental manager suggested a few other places that were great too. The rental company was great. They checked in our stay and were very prompt in helping us. We had a light bulb go out in the bedroom and they had it replaced in the same day.

We own a unit at Phoenix West but with 16 family members, we needed extra space. PW 2001 was the perfect fit for our family. The master closet was the perfect ‘nursery’ for our newborn granddaughter and the extra space in the living area allowed for family meals and evening gatherings. The temperature was perfect to enjoy the extra large balcony. Thank you, Cayce, for everything! We’ll be back next year!

We had a great family vacation. This place has 4 bedrooms each with it's own bathroom and shower, this is huge for keeping the family in "beach mode". The place is beautiful, views incredible, and well maintained. Keyless(passcode) locks solves allot of hazzles with multiple guests. Overall facilities are great for kids and adults.

Our stay was wonderful. The 20th floor views were amazing. The only negative was a lack of kitchen utensils. It would have been difficult to cook large meals.

This was the most gorgeous and well-equipped condo I've stayed in. Everything you could imagine was supplied. The only complaint I heard from my group is that there could be a small deco chair in each of the 2 Master bedrooms.

The pictures do not do the condo justice, the views are spectacular from inside the condo and balcony. We had such a great time in the condo and using all the amenities at Phoenix West, we will definitely be back.

I had scheduled this trip back in September, to be during my son's spring break. The weather ended up being cold, so not much outside time. This beautiful condo was our saving grace, it had everything we needed, even board games, card games, and puzzles, to pass the time. The balcony view was perfect, and the balcony is huge. The condo is within walking distance and very good restaurants. There is nothing negative about this beautiful home, just hope for beautiful warm weather, if your there for the beach.

Christmas holiday with family, our 7th year in this unit.

Our family came down for a fall getaway to the beach and had a great time here. We loved coming this time of year. The crowds were very low. The beaches are empty and filled with great shells. Weather was a little cold but the indoor pool area was warm and we enjoyed sitting in the hot tubs almost every day after a long walk on the beach. The condo we rented was well stocked with everything we needed for cooking and very spacious so everyone had plenty of room to sprawl out and relax. This was just the trip we needed and we recommend renting from Phoenix Rentals. The team was very accommodating during our entire booking process and stay.

This condo was perfect -- more than perfect, it was amazing. 4 bedrooms, perfect sleeping arrangement, extra large balcony with beach and west facing views, breath-taking! We had a small party in such a huge space, and we loved every minute of it. I hope to book this same unit next year and bring twice as many friends! A good time was had by all.

This condo is the nicest we have stayed in by far! The views were magnificient and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The unit is well equipped and extremely spacious! I can not think of one negative aspect about the location or unit!

Beautiful view of the beach. Great location in orange beach. The unit was well kept and. Dry inviting. The beds were very comfortable. The washer and dryer were like brand new. The unit was fabulous.

Everything was 5 star, only negative was the elevator situation at the property.
4 elevators was simply not enough.

This was our 6th Christmas stay. We love the view,size,and location of this condo.Our home away from home.

Had a Fabulous time with 3 generations at Phoenix West. The condo was intimate and private while having a large gathering area where all 9 of us could even with a wooden Thomas the train track on the floor. The condo is better than the pictures suggest.

We love layout and amenities at Phoenix West. The furnishings in this unit were nice but the over all condo wasn't as clean as we would of liked. The carpet in bedrooms and the floor of the unit were very worn and dirty.

This condo took our breath away when we walked in the door. It was incredibly spacious and clean. The views from every single room will make you want to stay forever. The beds were all extremely comfortable. Bathrooms were very clean and luxurious with big showers! Kitchen was perfect, lots of pantry room for storing all your groceries. Loved the big couch to watch movies on at night. Best of all was the wrap around balcony. Very spacious and deep, you don't feel nervous. Unbelievable view, with pelicans flying right past you in the sky!!

My husband, adult children, spouses and Grandchildren just completed a 7 day stay at a 4 bedroom condo at Phoenix West.
The condo was sparking clean upon our arrival. It is very nicely decorated, with very comfortable beds.
My only negative comment would be that it was not equipped as well as some condos we have rented at Phoenix West, such as salt, pepper,dish drying cloths,dish washing cloths,laundry detergent etc. Wedid go out the first night and purchase those items and left some of them so not a problem. In the front closet there are quite a few water toys, beach chairs and water or swimming things. Also, a high chair and childrens utensils and plates. We did not have any young children but it would be very easy to have young children in this condo.
We LOVED the large corner balcony!
The rental agent, Cayce Coo, was very easy to work with and answered all of our questions promptly. We would definitely stay here again.

Our vsc rental at Phoenix west was great as usual. It got off to a rough start because I was told the condo we were staying in was booked and someone at vrbo couldn't find record of our name so I was beginning to think it was a scam. But once I got ahold of the prop mgr for Phoenix west he knew exactly who I was and assured me we had a condo. He was very helpful and our condo was clean and beautiful. We had no problems whatsoever and will definitely stay there again

My family and I have been coming to Orange Beach/Gulf Shores for over ten years and our stay in Unit #2001 was the best ever! We wish the weather was as nice as our condo but we still made the most of our stay. The trip was extra special because my in-laws celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary!
