We loved the everything about the place. Communication from the reservations to time we arrived and check out was amazing. We can’t wait to book again.

We stayed at the condo together with another family and out kids. It was very suitable for 9 of us. We had great time. The view from the balcony was spectacular. Also the amenities were great to keep everyone entertained in the building. The unit was very clean and the kitchen has everything we needed. There were enough towels and they were clean. I loved the brain teaser books there.

We have noticed the faucet was leaking in the kitchen and emailed to the owner. Within an hour it was fixed. Super fast!

The only down side I could say, one if the king bed’s base was really loose and making a lot of noise even when you turn right to left. It should be be changed.

Overall it was a wonderful experience. I would go back there again.

Rental had silver bugs in it. Pictures are very misleading. Needs to be updated bad. Wasted all that money. Staff at check in is very rude. I would not stay here again. Hair all in bathtub. I was very disappointed with the rental and will not be returning to this location, I would rather spend more elsewhere to ensure it's clean and a quality rental.

We really liked our room and its amenities. The room is in good shape, and all of the appliances are in good working order. There is a little wear and tear, but for the most part a clean nice room. The Phoenix West is a good location and the pools and outdoor recreational stuff is fantastic.

It was a nice area. The parking police was not nice at all. We had a van that was over 10' high so we could not park in the parking garage. We went to the front desk 3 x's and did what they told us to do. And the parking police got very very nasty with me. So it was find a place if you could or wait someone left. Also our room was not clean. But remember you pay the clean fee. For what IDK to clean it yourself I guess.

Great. Wondeful time. Weather this year was one of the best in the last 5 years.

Absolutely perfect location and size!!

I stayed with my family of 10 in this condo for a week. The building as a whole was nice with a lot of amenities. The kids loved the slide and lazy river. However, this condo could use some updates. First of all, the condo wasn't clean at check-in. Everything was dusty, the floors were disgusting (when you walked on the floor without shoes your feet were black), and the walls/doors had stains everywhere. You would be surprised the amount of dust and trash under the master bed. In the master bathroom, the light was hanging off the wall. In the master bedroom, the light wasn't working. In the kitchen, the light switch wouldn't work half the time. There also weren't very many dishes or decent cooking supplies. We had to go to Walmart and buy a skillet, measuring cup, and cookie sheet to be able to cook breakfast. This room also says it sleeps 12 but they don't provide enough towels and washcloths for 12. Also in the bathrooms, they had cheap shower curtain liners that were mildewing. One of the shower curtains was missing hooks and you have a hard time closing properly because of it hanging without hooks. The pullout couch mattress was also terrible. They are never really that comfortable but the springs were popping out in multiple places. In the king second bedroom, the bed was hard as a rock and sounded like it was about to break as soon as you laid down. If you want a nice room, then I recommend looking other places. I expected better when spending 5K for a week.

Everything was more than expected. Loved our morning coffee on the balcony overlooking the ocean. Would stay here again in a heartbeat

The one couch had some stains on it and the wooden furniture had drawers that didn't open or some were broken and chipped in the bedrooms and living room. With that being said, the furniture was comfortable. The condo was very clean except for some mold on a shower curtain in one of the bedrooms. There were also some issues with the TVs. We had to troubleshoot two of them and we finally had to have the cable company come in and fix one of the TVs as we were unable to fix it and Charlotte, the VRBO rep, was unable to fix it. This seemed to be a cable company issue and not a TV issue as there was a sign in all the elevators the next day telling people to call the cable service company for Internet and TV problems.

Lovely unit but needs some updates and restocks. Only 3 regular size spoons were available, none of the over head lights in the living room worked and only one lamp worked. Shower caddy was rusty. This unit is not alone with filthy floors. You cannot go barefoot or your feet will be black in just a few minutes. Almost every unit I have stayed in at Phoenix West and West II have been this way. This needs to be addressed with the cleaning service.

This is the nicest condo we have ever stayed at. It had everything we could have wanted and was perfect for our family of 6 adults and 3 small children. We will hope to definitely rent it again.

We had a nice time for a week. Property was nice. condo was well outfitted. Check in was a little crazy and elevators are busy at times. But over all very good.

First, the mattresses were bad. One had a dip in it that made it bad for my sister to sleep on. There was a broken lamp in the same bedroom that would have been nice if it had been replaced for nighttime reading. The toilet in the hall bath did't work even after a repairman supposedly repaired it. My daughter dropped some jewelry that went under the bed in the master bedroom and the dust was an inch thick, there was woman's underwear and a cookie under the bed. GROSS. Also the kitchen wasn't very well equipped and we had to go buy some things. This was the wworse stay we have ever had at a Pheonis property. We will not be staying at this location again

Unfortuntently, while we were there a hurricane came. I can not say enough about how wonderful everyone was. When you talked to the desk or called the emergency number how nice and helpful everyone was. Every question was answered to the best of their ability. I would defiantly rent from Phoenix again!!! The condo was wonderful for the couple of days before the hurricane hit!

Rental was not clean whatsoever we were very unhappy with a lot of things and nothing was ever fixed. We overpaid for that and would never happen again

Our condo was beautiful and the view was fantastic! We couldn't ask for a better place. We originally planned on 12 of us but my daughters family couldn't make it at the last minute so there were only 6 of us. We had plenty of room for us all without crowding. the Beach was right outside our condo. Perfect!

The dishes all were dirty within the cabinets, there was cereal on the floor in the living room, and the toilet in the bathroom with the laundry continually flooded the bathroom after use. Pictures online are deceiving. Nice building but this unit was a disappointment.

Had a great stau but the living room TV was not working for our entire stay. We reported it yo the front desk service but it was never fixed.

Beautiful condo. I loved it there. I did not like the parking pass. The pools were amazing especially with children. The views of the ocean were stunning, and the access to the beach was very nice. The room was absolutely gorgeous.

Great condo. Location and amenities are wonderful. Cayce @ Phoenix Rentals made everything easy and response time is immediate if needed.The view from the 3 stack is the best, you can see for miles.
Does need some new bedding update otherwise furniture is recently new. Looking forward to returning next winter.

Phoenix West is a very nice place to stay.
We were on the 16th floor, checked in on Thursday with no problem, but checking out on Sunday was a nightmare. There was 7 Adults plus two babies, so we had a lot of stuff. It took one hour to get everything thing to the cars. Getting Elevators was ridiculous, and my son and son-in-law took the stairs for 3 loads. Every elevator was was packed going down., so we’d ride them to the top, before stopping on every floor going down... and they’re not well vented.
1603 needs new mattresses and pillows, the hand sprayer for the tub needs repairing (tried bathing my grand daughter), but knob came off in my hand, screen at sliding glass needs repairing and tile floors were very sandy when we got to the room. (Whoever cleaned the room didn’t clean kitchen sink out)
Pool area is why we choose Phoenix West, we’ve been before.

The unit was clean and has a beautiful view. We love Phoenix West and the lazy river is awesome. The staff is great!

It was very clean, owners were very helpful and responsive. And had arguably the best veiw in orange beach, loved it!

We had the best time! I hesitate to recommend the condo for selfish reasons. We will definitely come back.

Place was very nice and easy to transition to. The door had a key-number lock and that was much better than carrying a key or card. My only challenge was the condo/floor above us had some people dropping things or moving furniture late at night and that carried through the floor to our unit ... bowling! Overall the place was great and the location and amenities were above average.

Not enough elevators for such a huge complex. Parking very cramped. Sheets to all the beds very rough. Not as clean as should be upon arrival. Will definitely not stay again.

Wish the weather had cooperated with our stay but we made the best of it with the indoor pool. Unit met our needs with plenty of space for the whole family. Great views and fun times in the lazy river on the days it didn't rain.
