The entire family (three generations) had a great time in this comfortable, well appointed home. There was plenty of room for the 10 of us. The beds were comfortable. The view was great, and all of the staff were friendly. The grand kids loved the swimming pools, water slide and lazy river. The grounds were clean and well maintained. The only thing that I would change is the water temperature in the pools. The indoor and outdoor pools were a bit cold. We would definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved the condo and the location! This place is amazing and very kid friendly with several different pools for them to enjoy along with the lazy river. The condo was very clean and had a lot of space for our entire family. The beds weren’t too comfy and the ice maker at the wet bar did not work but other than that we had an amazing trip!

we enjoyed the stay, but the only problem i have if anyone goes during the july 4 holiday be prepare not to have the parking spaces you payed for, cause they will sell them right out from under your nose.cause we left to eat came back and it was full from top.

Everything was perfect! Clean and very nice! Just like the description. It was a great place for our family to stay! We would stay there again!

Everything with our stay was just as described! Beautiful condo and Great communication with property manager, easy door code so we didn't have to go anywhere to pick up keys, etc. Perfect size condo for a pretty large family! We loved the lazy river and so did our 16 month old grand daughter! Great first beach trip for her! Our ONLY drawback was that our verizon service was limited inside the condo, but fine downstairs in lobby, by the pool and on the beach--but wifi allowed us to still text, etc. Elevators are super fast! We will definitely look to stay here again in the future! Great location and convenient to grocery shopping, restaurants, etc.

My Family of 8 stayed here comfortably. The condo is very room and cozy. We loved all the amenities for the young and older kids. Everything was clean. I would only suggest giving the walls a wipe down. Other than that will definitely stay here again.

Safe, clean, great views, and easy access to the beach/pools!

Condo is beautiful and was immaculately clean. Spacious and well equipped with everything we needed. The view from the 12th floor is amazing! We enjoyed our stay.

The family had a great time.

Could have used a few extra garbage bags. The one in the garbage can was the only one there.

Unit was great, very nice. My only recommendations is to provide more towels. There is one for each guest but that requires you to wash daily so therefore, I feel like I am constantly doing laundry while on vacation. Providing a few more so you don't have to wash every single day would be nice. There was 1 dishtowel for the kitchen and nothing to wash dishes with as far as a dishrag except for a disposable wipe cloth. If you use a cleaning service that provides towels, have them leave a few more bath towels and kitchen hand towels

Great location and the unit was nicely decorated and well stocked! The only problem we had was there was no toilet paper in the unit when we arrived.

We stayed in Orange Beach for the first time in October 2022. We wanted to stay on the beach and the condo was a great location. Access to the beach and pools was great and the view spectacular! We enjoyed seeing the sunrises from the balcony every morning. The condo was large enough for my daughter and son-in-law and their two children, ages 1 and 3. However, we found the floors quite dirty. The 1 year old is still crawling and she got very dirty being on the floor. We found items left under beds from previous guests and there were stains (blood?) on a bed comforter. Also, the kitchen had cheap pans; we cooked breakfast every morning for the kids and had a hard time cleaning skillets after scrambling eggs - even after spraying. Not a big deal but just something we noticed. The beds were comfortable - something important to us. So if you don't have small children spending time on the floor (and you wear shoes inside) and don't spend time cooking, it is a nice condo to rent. The property was very nice; the pools were clean and the beach was beautiful! This is nothing to do with the property but Orange Beach doesn't seem to have any sidewalks on the main roads. We were hoping to get out and stroll the kids or take a walk and didn't feel safe doing that.

We really enjoyed the condo and didn’t have any issues or problems. Would definitely stay there again.
