Phoenix VII 1502

Our stay at Phoenix VII was wonderful. The property was clean, quiet, and steps away from the beach. The most amazing restaurants and entertainment are all within a few miles from the condo. If you are looking for a place to relax and rest this is the property you want!

We made our reservation almost 5 months ago, so we didn't plan on Hurricane Francine churning up in the Gulf. No leaks in the unit despite high winds and torrential rain. We made the best of it and found indoor things to do. Phoenix VII is a great location. The unit was renovated in February 2024, but the cleaning crew is not keeping up. The 2 carpets and floor really need to be vacuumed and the shower needs to be cleaned thoroughly(pink mold). We did laundry on the third night and the dryer lint filter was completely clogged. I cleaned out handfuls of lint. They're very lucky it didn't catch fire. On our first night, our AC kept shutting off completely. I discovered there were no AA batteries in the Honeywell Home thermostat. I used the ones in the DirecTV remote to make it work properly, until management delivered 2 AAs the next day. Check-in/out was easy. We would stay in 1502 again, if it was cleaner.

Condo was as described. Perfect size for two. Lovely, beachy decor. Kitchen appeared to be sufficiently stocked with utensils and cookware but we never cooked. Appliances were new but freezer handle was broken on one side, this was reported to mgmt. Balcony was spacious and perfect for morning coffee. The bed was so comfortable. Adding blackout blinds in the bedroom would benefit anyone wanting to sleep later. Resort is convenient to shopping, restaurants, and the grocery store. Would rent again.

The one bedroom unit was perfect for my husband and I. I did notice a couple of things that could improve the unit. 1, the owner needs to supply blankets for the bedroom and sofa sleeper. 2, the unit needs light bulbs replaced in the foyer and bath, 3 bulbs are burned out. Other than that, everything was perfect! We would stay there again.

Unit 1502 is a nice condo and Phoenix VII is well maintained. If you need a one bedroom I recommend 1502.

Condo was very recently remodeled and it was in mint condition!! Gorgeous views from lanai❤️. Brand new kitchen that was modern and beautiful. Loved the indoor pool and hot tubs as temps were cool for using an outdoor pool.

First time staying in Orange Beach ( we normally stay in Gulf Shore's and Ft. Morgan). Loved the view from the balcony! very clean. perfect size for my husband and I.
A couple of very minor suggestions would be a room darkening curtain in bedroom, seal the front door from whistling (strong winds from the north on a few days blew through the door and loudly"whistled"). We'd definitely stay here again and recommend this condo!

We enjoyed our stay at Phoenix VII. The one bedroom condo was well equipped with everything we needed. We cooked breakfast and couple of dinner meals in the condo and had all the cooking equipment/utensils needed. Love that there were plenty of plates, cups, bowls, and silverware so that we didn’t have to continually wash dishes. Just rinsed, loaded dishwasher and ran on morning we left. Bed was comfortable, rocker/recliners were great and we enjoyed the balconey
Adequate space for two but would want larger unit if more than two people. Also enjoyed the pickleball and tennis courts. This was a good stay and we would return here. They were doing work on property replacing windows so loud at times, but wasn’t problem for us.

The condo is beautifully decorated. I wondered why there was a shower curtain up in front of the sliding shower door. It is broken. It almost completely fell off when I tried to close it. That definitely needs fixing before it falls off on someone’s leg or foot. Other than that we had a wonderful stay at the Phoenix VII! We love the top floor and the amazing view of the boats coming in.

My wife and I stayed a few day's and enjoyed the property. There were a couple of items not taken care of prior to our arrival. The bathroom floor had sand on it, there were used Kleenex and Q-tip behind the trash bin in the bathroom, a 4” Sheetrock chip, a few areas in the shower that looked like possibly the starting of black spots. The bed was comfortable, appliances were clean and functioning, the balcony had amazing views!

The painting that the condo was doing on the outside let alot of paint fumes inside the rooms.

First stay in Orange Beach and loved it. Property was clean and comfortable. Views were amazing. Great communication prior to stay and nothing needed during stay.

Condo was very nice, just 2 little minor details, bathtub had no plug, so couldn’t take a bath. Skillets in kitchen could use an update. But other than those 2 little minor disappointments. Condo was awesome and along with the location. We be coming back.

This was our second stay at1502 and it was wonderful. The view is great. We hope that we will be able to return again!

The unit is in need of a thorough cleaning and some minor fixes that will make a big difference. Bathroom sink and tub not draining, kitchen sink had washer missing and water sprayed all over the place. First time this happened I took paper towel and dried floor, paper towel was dark with dirt. Linens are very thin and stains on decorative pillows and blanket. Not what we expected at all!

Perfect quick get away for mom and 2 kids. The air conditioner worked great! Wonderful view of the beach (15th floor). Phoenix VII has grocery carts and carts to carry your luggage, which was a huge help.
***keyless entry with a code was the BEST not having to keep up with a key!!!!

We thourally enjoyed our stay at P71502. The view was amazing from the top floor. We ate out so we didn't really use it. It is so quaint and beautifully decorated. We will definitely consider booking again in the future.

My husband and I enjoyed this rental very much for 2 weeks. In general we felt very comfortable and pleased... especially about the view of the Gulf! It was clean and we'd consider returning next year. The toilet needs attention and the description stated there would be an iron. There wasn't any. It wasn't a big deal but we would have packed differently. Many thanks for a great stay!

6 very nice days. Unit was very nice. The only improvement would have been if the ice maker worked but there were ice trays and we did fine. View was wonderful and even though it was December, it was warm enough to eat several times on the balcony.

This property was ok.
The property as a whole was a great size. The bedroom was was very spacious with a king bed which was nice. The view was amazing.
The kitchen had the basic needs, a few more dish cloths would be nice. The towels in the bathroom were very rough, but they gave you plenty.
There were a few concerns such as it did not seem clean. The floors felt dirty to walk on barefooted, so we kept our shoes on. The artificial plants could use a dusting. When it rained one of the front windows leaked and there was something banging outside when the wind was really blowing hard which kept us up most of the night. For whatever reason, the morning we got ready to leave, the bedroom floor had sweated overnight and was really wet.
Overall, it was ok. To be honest, we would probably try a different unit next year.

The location and view is spectacular. The shower door is a little sketchy and skillets were terrible.

Condo was clean and in a great location. But if you’re looking for an updated place this is not the one. Also bring your own frying pan....they were nonstick about 10 years ago.

My wife and I stayed in the condo for 4 nights. It is very comfortable, has a wonderful view and is beautifully set up. The facility is great, the staff very helpful and the access to the beach is first class. We loved our stay here. The only downside (and this is true with any condo complex) came the last night when the people below us sat on their balcony until VERY late and were loud and profane. It did dampen the atmosphere but fortunately it was just one night.

The condo has plenty of space for two people. It has good views of the beach and the front desk people were nice. Although our condo did have two HUGE roaches crawling around the first night we were there. This is the first time I’ve ever seen roaches staying at the beach.

We loved our stay at Phoenix 7. The desk staff are awesome. So friendly and have great advice of places to eat at. Enjoyed the workout room. We never had to wait for an elevator. The condo was just like the pictures. View from15th floor was Awesome!

Senator evacuated everyone for Delta and I knew it wasn’t going to affect AL. Ruined my vacation. Was suppose to stay Mon through Sat. She made us leave Wed morning. After working 6 days a week for a year at the Postal Service I was in dire need of a relaxing vacation. That didn’t happen!!

This Phoenix property was one of the better ones we have stayed in. The lobby is spacious and there are plenty of elevators. We rarely road in one with someone else. The unit was nicely furnished. The only disappointments were the curtains on the patio were down and stored in the MB closet, and the TV controls were numerous and hard to navigate. Otherwise, the view is incredible from the 15th floor. Very nice balcony. Kitchen was stocked with plenty of dishes and pots and pans. Bathroom is small but okay for two of us.

The rental was great, nice area and nice condo.

Gorgeous ocean view from balcony, with direct access to the beach, and a fully equip kitchen. The place was so clean and comfortable. I would recommend everyone to get the opportunity to stay here. We will definitely be coming back!
