Had a great time the condo was very clean and well-maintained we had one issue Brandy took care of that very quickly overall experience was fantastic looking forward to next year thank you for a great time

The condo was very clean, good utensils in the kitchen, beds were comfortable. We liked that it was on the ground floor for parking, unloading/loading. My only complaints were 1. the shower head in the hall bathroom was odd. There was no way to adjust the direction in any way. It actually looked like the head was missing. 2. The hall bathroom door was dragging on the floor, making it hard to open or close and even lock. Also, it is a LONG walk to the beach. Overall though, everything was good.

We loved our stay. The condo is in a perfect location. You wouldn’t expect such a great view on a first floor condo but you have a wonderful view of the gulf, both pools and even some palm trees! The condo is beautifully decorated and well equipped. My only complaint would be that the master bedroom could use some room darkening blinds- the light from the parking lot shines in all night and the room is never truly dark. Also, the bed is kind of hard and I ended up with a back ache most of the week. But if you like hard mattresses you will like it. And although it’s something I know can not be helped, there was a lot of construction happening in surrounding condos and it was so loud. We couldn’t sleep in any day because the concrete saw started right at 8 am. So be prepared for that because I’m sure it can happen in any condo. We will definitely be booking again!

We had a wonderful time at Orange Beach. The condo is very close to restaurants, close to the beach. The pool is great and there is an indoor pool and hot tubs too. The condo was spotless, the bed’s very comfortable. We loved the walk in shower in the master bedroom. Being on the first floor was so nice. I highly recommend staying in this condo.

Booking, check in and out was easy. 1st floor is great for not having to use elevators. Three of the four ceiling fans did not work. Called and reported, never got a call back. Not very clean. Found previous guest's close and toys under beds and couch cushions as well as a lot of sand and dust. Door shelves and drawers in refrigerator were broken. One of the sliding doors was left stuck open about an inch or two so the unit was hot and full of bugs on our arrival. Made a trip to Walmart to buy fans and bug spray and enjoyed the rest of our stay.

Great location but a long walk to the beach!

Loved this condo! The space was great and I loved the updates! Only thing I can see is the kitchen appliances are getting a bit dated. The fridge has several shelves broken and made it hard to store groceries. However, I would still rent this place again! Very nice and clean condo!

I recently stayed at Pheonix V11 condo 101. It was super clean and beautifully decorated. So convenient to the pool and beach. I have stayed there in the past and it never disappoints. I love the wraparound deck. The owners are awesome to work with. Looking forward to staying there again.

We had a blast at this property had enough room for kids and adults right on the ocean waking up to it everymore was one of the best things. Loved that it was wheelchair assemble on the 1st floor. We highly recommend it to anyone that wants to go to Orange beach.

Family getaway.

I would say this is a great place to stay very clean easy access no waiting on elevators. Great communication with owner. I would book this place again. The only negative thing is the first bathroom shower needs a little work. It did not drain very well.

This condo is wonderfully decorated and very clean. We enjoyed sitting on the patio and watching the ocean, moon and stars. The three bedrooms are beautiful and so comfortable. Everything about our stay was wonderful and I would highly recommend this condo to anyone who would like to visit the coast!

Our stay was excellent! The condo was located on the first floor so we were able to avoid long elevator wait times. It was a big resort, but being conveniently located helped. You have access to two pools with another Phoenix right next door.

We had a wonderful time at this condo. The location is excellent, with easy access to the pool and beach. The condo was very clean, and had most things we needed. The condo does not have beach chairs or towels for the pool/beach, which is not a huge deal but would have been nice to know in advance! The kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfortable and the location is perfect1

This vacation get away was perfect. It is on the ground floor, with very accessible parking. There is no need to enter the main building as this a corner unit. Beach access was excellent and the view was incredible. This unit is well maintained and very classy. The master suite had plenty of space for clothes and toiletries. The instructions are very clear as to what the expectations are for leaving the condo. Sunrise and sunset were both visible from the porch. It was very quiet and private. There was plenty of room for friends to visit for a couple of days. It is in a great location as it is close to many fine restaurants and shopping spots. I would definitely recommend this unit to any of my friends and family. It was above expectations in all ways.

While the location was ideal, the condition of the condo was not great. The bathrooms were dirty, the sofa and chairs were uncomfortable and worn. There were definitely things that could have been better.

There was not a thing wrong with the property. As always the condo was clean, decorated adorably, and the location can not be beat. We have stayed here several times before and have always enjoyed the stay. When we decide to come to Orange Beach again, I hope to be able to stay here.

We enjoyed staying there very much. The condo was in an excellent location for what we wanted to do. It was clean, well kept, and very comfortable. The fact that it was on the first floor and easy access to the beach was extremely helpful. We would stay there again!

Very nice room and great beach front

The condo was everything it said it was.

The overall condition was fine, except all patio doors were rusted and hard to open and they never closed all the way. The main bathroom was the size of a powder room. The master bedroom balcony was dirty and there was no furniture out there to sit on. Also the plug by the sink in the master did not work. Check-in was a mess and very stressful after you have been driving for 17 hours. Also there was a lot of construction going on the week we were there.

We were two families with young kids staying here during spring break. The condo was even nicer in person and was a fabulous location for us. I chose this unit because of it being on the street-level and didn't realize it was also a corner unit which gave us a lot of privacy. We were able to walk out the front door and into our cars that were parked ten feet away. And to get to the beach all we had to do was go down the stairs and we were there. The only negative we had was just little things like needing extra toilet paper and dishwashing soap at the sink but other than that it had everything we needed. We were even able to do a late check-out which was very helpful. We would definitely rent this unit again in the future.

This condo was perfect for my family. There were 4 adults and 2 grandkids. I loved that it was on the first floor. Perfect when you have small kids.
It was very clean. Comfortable beds. If I had any complaints it would be that the bathrooms were small and cramped. Also the lobby had old couches, pictures, dishes, random furniture piled up on on side. Looked like things that needed to be discarded but it was there all week. I also wished the condo had more than 1 dishcloth and dish towel. We loved the location and would stay there again.

We really enjoy this condo. It is in a wonderful location for what we needed to do. The property is clean, well kept, and provides all of the amenities. When we come back to the beach this is where we want to stay!

The Condo was great however the pool stayed closed more than it was open. Grandbabies would swim for 45 min then they would make us get out and stay for 20 mins, with small children it made it hard because we would have to go to room or beach.

This was a great place to stay. It was convenient for a family with children to be able to come and go on a ground floor and was well laid out. The condo was neat, clean and quite comfortable. Check in and out was very easy and quick. Would stay there again!

Lower floor unit with unobstructed views made beach access easy. Never had to use an elevator. Was also nice to park right in front of unit and unload bags and groceries. One of the cleanest condos we have stayed in. Charlotte was very responsive and accommodating. Overall great stay!

We absolutely loved our stay in this condo. The decor was beautiful! We loved hanging out on the balcony and enjoyed the view of the ocean. I only wish we could have stayed longer. I will definitely be back!

Convenient to the beach.

Very nice 3 bed 2 bath condo. Great beach access. Nice large pool. Good access to restaurants. Entrance to condo units could be enhanced to make it easier to find.

The condo was beautiful. The decor was very modern and nice. The condo is on the first floor, very quiet and private. It has a great view of the ocean with a private balcony.
The management company was very nice and helpful as well.

The unit we rented was ok. I have had four other rentals before in previous years. The dinning room set was a little to large for the room, but beautiful. I found the Condo property to be clean, fresh, and friendly. Our unit had a great A/C system. The unit needed many more towels for seven guest.
I think paying $21.00 per car parking is a tacky cheap insult. We go to Gulf Shores every year. Next time I will spent more time on details. The location of the building is great. Parking was easy but finding the name on the street is difficult.
