The second bedroom is also furnished with a flat-screen tv and private full bathroom. The upgraded kitchen is fully stocked and perfect for entertaining, the living area offers plenty of seating with a sofa and three chairs and a flat-screen TV and the dining area offers seating for 6 plus 2 barstools at the wrap around bar in the kitchen. Parking: Parking is a one time fee of $55 plus tax per vehicle upon check-in. One bedroom units are guaranteed 1 parking pass. Two and three bedroom units are guaranteed two parking passes. Additional passes will be sold based on availability in the parking lot.
