Phoenix VI 812 offers 2 spacious bedrooms with a king size bed and 2 queen size beds and a queen sized sleeper sofa for sleeping up to 8. The master is furnished with a flat-screen TV, private full bathroom and access to the large balcony overlooking the emerald waters of Orange Beach. The second bedroom is also furnished with a flat-screen tv and private full bathroom. The upgraded kitchen is fully stocked and perfect for entertaining, the living area offers plenty of seating with a sofa and three chairs and a flat-screen TV and the dining area offers seating for 6 plus 2 barstools at the wrap around bar in the kitchen. Relax on the spacious balcony with a dining set for four and a comfy lounge chair perfect for catching up on a good book or dolphin watching. Phoenix VI 812 is conveniently located to grocery stores, restaurants and shopping.

Parking: Parking is a one time fee of $55 plus tax per vehicle upon check-in. One bedroom units are guaranteed 1 parking pass. Two and three bedroom units are guaranteed two parking passes. Additional passes will be sold based on availability in the parking lot.

This was an amazing condo to stay in. The beach was just a step outside and the condo was in perfect condition. The location couldn’t have been better as there were tasty restaurants nearby and the view was unbelievable.

Amazing views from balcony. Pool always extremely clean each day. Loved boardwalk to beach had hose to spray off body/sand from beach. Beach also excellent, sand is so soft and white.
Updated kitchen, with lots of kitchen utensils for stay. Master bed was comfortable, but well used and very soft. Living furniture just ok, but never really used since we sat on balcony for everything. Three grocery stores within minutes, including lots of restaurants. Great location to everything in area. Would stay again.

Just as advertised. Great location, and a good layout in the condo. The beds and outside furniture are comfortable. that is always a plus.
Three years in a row and pleased with the results, especially with attention to details as if it was my second home. Home well maintained and CLEAN. Yes clean, sometimes lacking in most places with 4 and 5 star ratings. LOVE THE VIEW and durable patio furniture
