Phoenix VI is one of the most relaxing condominium complexes on the gulf coast. There is a reason more vacationers stay at this condo than any other in Orange Beach.
There is not a better place to stay for you and your family than Phoenix VI. There are plenty of activities including a weight room, racquetball court, sauna, indoor pool, hot tubs, tennis courts, basketball court and outdoor pool. There is even a nice gazebo area to relax under while you're bbqing. Stay in our Premium unit and pay less than the select price!!!
Come relax on the 5th floor balcony directly overlooking the outdoor pool with great views of the gulf or sleep on the large king bed in the master. This unit has been upgraded to included new furniture, granite countertops, and new cabinetry. Living area has a new 70 inch tv. We have a king size bed in the master with balcony access and we have two full sized beds in the guest bedroom with a queen sleeper sofa!! We are conveniently located next to restaurants, grocery stores and not far from the outlet malls.
FOR LARGE GROUPS WE DO HAVE ADDITIONAL UNITS AT PHOENIX VI, INCLUDING ANOTHER 2 OTHER UNIT ON THIS 7TH FLOOR!!!!
Parking: We have a free parking spot in the garage, the front desk will give you a pass upon arrival. For an additional pass you must purchase your parking pass from the front desk, they are a one time fee of $55 plus tax per vehicle.

Well, the unit was clean and comfortable, the decor and finishes were slightly dated. The pictures looked very nice, but the wall art, bedding, condition of the upholstered furniture, were all in need of updating. The icemaker leaked so we bought a bag of ice in, the condo lobby. Plenty of pencils and dishes. Beds were a little soft, but overall pretty comfortable.

Disappointed in room. Had a very bad musty smell as soon as we opened the door. The freezer rack in the fridge was badly rusted. Enjoyed the facilities except from these 2 things that need action.
Couldn't ask for a better experience!!

The property location is perfect, just steps from the beach. Unit 514 almost looks like in the pictures, but needs some deep cleaning (floors, stains on the chairs and walls). Master bedroom door may need repairs. Kitchen is fully stocked with dishes. We had a really good time.

This property needs an extreme deep cleaning or to be completely gutted. The furniture was so dirty that we didn’t want to sit on it. The mattresses were awful. The linens all need replaced. The floors were disgusting. The only 2 positives I have were the view and the timeliness of the maintenance man. We left a day early because we didn’t want to stay here anymore. Don’t bother.

The rooms were clean and roomy.
All the electrical plugs do not work.
Great location. Easy check in and out process. The condo itself was fairly clean and sufficient but there were several items in the condo that needed attention. I attempted to reach someone about these issues shortly after arriving and again following check out and never got a response. Nothing was detrimental to our stay but were definitely inconveniences and for what we paid I expected things to be in full working order. Or at least to have gotten a response when I reached out.
