Would come here every October if I could. So clean, real close to the beach, wonderful friendly people and very comfortable condo to stay in.

Wonderful wonderful time. Clean condo in the perfect location. Beautiful sunrise from the deck every morning. Perfect location to restaurants and shops. Pool is beautiful and close as well. We don’t have one negative comment.

Condo was in an awesome spot! Super cute! Well stocked with cookware and bath towels! We had an amazing time for our kids first beach trip.

Aside from the condo....the building itself had serious elevator issues our entire trip. Only one or two elevators working at a time. Usually one. It was really frustrating and very difficult with little ones. Thankfully we were on the third floor because we used the stairs all the time due to the elevator issues. Even on check out day, we could not get an elyand had to bring all luggage down the stairs.

My only real complaint is that our stay wasn’t longer. The beach was beautiful and property was in a great location. Got to see a lot of tour boats go by including dolphins. The Blue Angels even made a pass over us on the beach. We didn’t go explore too much having little ones in tow, but not too far down the beach there was probably a marina where the boats came in from fishing everyday, I would have loved to walk down there and be able to explore more. The amenities of the hotel were wonderful a large outdoor pool, indoor pool and 3 hot tubs. All very clean. The kids loved it. Our view was perfect and only 3 floors up could view the pool area nicely as well as the beach. My only complaint was they charged you $55 to park in the hotel parking lot. I thought that was insane because as many times as I’ve been to the beach it’s always included. But that was the property and regardless of that I would happily go back. Convenient to shopping, groceries and great dining.

Beautiful place with epic views of Orange Beach. Condo was exceptionally cute with its decor. Would book same room again in a jiffy.

The condo was in a great location. However the one down side was that most of the outlets/plugs in the rooms and throughout the condo were extremely loose. Cords would not stay plugged in and would fall out. We ended up charging electronics in the kitchen off 1 outlet receptacle. Also, had a couple lightbulbs burned out in lamps so could not use them. Need to check and replace light bulbs. There were food wrappers by the beds in the 2nd bedroom(pop tart wrappers, candy wrappers) from prior guests. We saw them when we arrived and our kids wanted to check out their rooms.

Our room was great! It was clean, decorated nicely and had everything we needed.

Beautiful condo on the beach. It was perfect for us and another couple for a long weekend. The location is great to access both Orange Beach and Gulf Shores. And the view from the balcony is amazing - you get both sunrises and sunsets!

Can’t say enough good things about this place. The view was incredible. The size of the living room and bedrooms was perfect!. The location was great. Can’t wait to come back!

Clean, convenient, and central to lots of store and great food. Short walk to the hot tub or the white sands. Just amazing views of the ocean…safe bet for fun.

We absolutely loved this place!! Would highly recommend and can’t wait to come back!!

Thankfully we only stayed for 3 nights because the unit smelled heavily like mold was in the air. The ceiling fans were coated with dust and we had to clean them off before using. The unit is decorated nicely and the beds were comfortable. If it had a good cleaning and air ducts cleaned would probably be ok but I would not stay again.

Could not get freezer door open and even after they came to fix still couldn’t....and then the sheets on king bed were nasty stained looking. The beds were very uncomfortable (taco) mattress. Comforters needed cleaning. Place itself was nice needs some updating but for what we paid to stay 4 nights was crazy.

We had a really nice time at the condo. Pools and beach were clean. Plenty of chairs and umbrellas.

We loved this condo! This was the first time that we had stayed at a Phoenix rental and also our first time using Vrbo. Both of these experiences were positive.

Location was great. Room was clean. Nicely decorated. Couple of outlets in kitchen were not working but we noted this so hopefully that will be taken care of. Called them about a faulty blender snd they were quick to get it replaced for us. Wish beach towels were provided as there were 5 of us traveling in one car and we could have used that extra space but we managed. Wasn’t able to hear the waves from this room and I did miss that. The room is close to overlooking the pool which we didn’t mind but there is noise that comes with that. All in all we thought the room was great and would definitely stay there again. Love the keyless entry. Loved our vacation and there is an ice cream shop practically across the street which adds bonus points! Parking was convenient.

Great condo location but the master bedroom’s bed is old, you will roll inwards and the pillows aren’t good. Bring your own.
Also, they do warn you that they have no pantry items and they aren’t joking- not even salt. Lastly, bring your own dishwashing sponge, extra paper towels and beach towels.

Condo is pretty and appliances are all updated. Great view of the pool and beach. The close proximity to the pool; however, makes it loud, and since people are in the pool until 11 PM, you won’t get quiet until after that. One other thing that should be noted is that you will hear your neighbors talking, showering, the neighbors above you moving furniture all night long And have absolutely no privacy on the balcony.

This really is a loud building and although the location was great, the condo is very pretty I don’t think will be staying here again. For us it’s the small things that other condos had like some basic pantry items, beach towels etc.

Loved our stay in this well decorated and very clean condo. Such a lovely condo. The property is well taken care of and I enjoyed the amazing beach view from the balcony. During our stay, we experienced a wonderful firework show which we had a perfect view. Highly recommend!

This was a very cute condo! We enjoyed our stay very much. The beds in the 2nd bedroom are horrible. The mattress’s definitely need to be updated asap. We would stay here again if the mattresses were updated. Other than that we had no other issues. The place was very clean and updated.

Outstanding condo. Lots of room, new bed s so comfy and amazing view of the beach and ocean. Can’t wait to return.

This is our 7th year staying in this condo. We now stay almost three months! Very comfortable. Owners replaced couch, master king mattress and TV this year. Much appreciated! We love the location and have gotten to know the maintenance and security guys over the years. Very inviting lobby area.

The condo was perfect for myself and 2 kids. The view was amazing and we had everything we needed. The property is well taken care of and we will definitely come back!

The kitchen needs to be cleaned, the refrigerator was dirty on the outside, kitchen floor needs to be mopped, the master bedroom bathroom wasn’t clean either. The tile floor in the shower looked like it has not been cleaned. Several outlet covers had screws missing. Master bedroom bedspread needs to be tossed, the sheets were on wrong side out.

Owners were very quick to respond to any questions I had. The rental process was very easy.

* Despite a statewide mask mandate during Covid and signs informing guests they had to wear masks in indoor public spaces and elevators, few chose to do so, and the security guards did not enforce the rules. I'm not sure what they were "securing," but it wasn't people's health. Perhaps they were considering only their own security against having to face potentially irate anti-maskers.

* This unit sits just a little above the guest pool near the end of the building where the walkway to the beach is located. We had a lovely view of the ocean but were unable to enjoy listening to its waves most of the time because there is a loud fountain in the pool area that drowns out the sound of the ocean. It is turned off sometimes, but only when you're likely to be sleeping. The gate to the beach also slams loudly every time someone uses it as well. These are small complaints, but also ones the HOA could easily address.

We came in for a wedding and had a nice stay

This condo was a very nice place to relax and enjoy the beach atmosphere. There were six adults for our stay and we were very comfortable. The place was clean and well stocked with everything we needed in the kitchen. The only thing missing was a few towels but luckily we had enough laundry detergent to make up for this. The beds were comfortable and the furniture was in good shape and was nice.

This was a new place to stay on my annual BFF girls trip getaway. Our Condo at Phoenix VI Unit 304 was exactly as were the pictures on the website. The unit was very clean. Ms Charlotte was very helpful each time I had to reach out to her due to the fact I never received the email with the access code and check-in instructions. She was very accommodating to get me the info needed. I will definitely book this same condo for future beach trips! The condo is in the perfect location and close proximity to all the local attractions. I would highly recommend staying at this property.

TV in master bedroom would turn off by itself randomly.
There were dirty dishes in the cabinets.
Strong urine smell in master bathroom.
The half mile walk down the boardwalk to beach was exhausting.

Everything you need in a vacation rental. View is spectacular and the units are quiet. Very comfortable.

Property was clean and location was great. Amazing beaches!!! If you are wanting a great place to stay on the beach this is for you.

Great spot for family vacation! This was our first time visiting Orange Beach and we definitely plan to return! The condo was great! Loved the decor, views, and the quiet atmosphere! The beach wasn’t crowded and it was overall a great experience. No complaints! The room was exactly as pictured and the perfect size for my husband, myself, and our 3 kiddos! Thank you owners for sharing with my family as we miss it already!

Wonderful rental had everythong we needed. Loved the balcony view and the high table and chairs.

My family and I visited Phoenix VI during the week of July 8th-July 15th. We stayed in room 304 which was perfect for us. We enjoyed being on a lower floor and being able to take the steps when needed, right above the pool area and a great view of the Gulf. We had 6 people with us and everyone had plenty of room to relax and enjoy our time at the beach. I would highly recommend this location and room to friends, family and others. We will definitely be back to visit Phoenix VI and Orange Beach.

This place was very nice just like the pictures. We came down with our kids and there was enough space for everyone and we loved having our own bathrooms. The pool looked lovely but was too cold for us to swim in. We did use the indoor pool and that was nice. The grounds are well kept and people are friendly. Nice having the donut shop across the way for great coffee and donuts each morning. Great stay overall.

The condo was exactly what we booked online. The view was beautiful. We would stay there again. It felt like home.

There were a couple of things that I was not completely pleased with. The master shower had a foul smell when we got there. It seemed to go away after a couple of showers were taken. There was literally only 2 rolls of toilet paper in the entire condo. Thought there would be at least one extra roll, but not. When you are only there a couple days you hate to buy a whole pack of toilet paper. Other than those minor things perfect place to stay.

We rented unit 6304 in June 2017 and it will not disappoint. Everything in the room was well appointed and the location was ideal. It was close to the beach and had easy access to The Wharf, Florabama, Gulfshores and more.

Please be aware that the management company does not clean or replenish items like toilette paper, dishwashing liquid or detergents which we found a little unusual. You will also need to pay for a parking pass from the front desk which then notifies you they do not manage this unit and if you need anything, you will have to call the rental company.

It was fabulous. The condo was well decorated and stocked with all the essentials of home. Did not have any issues at all. Will try to remember this one and stay again.

We had a fun weekend away at The Phoenix VI. The unit was nicely furnished and very clean. It was the perfect size for our group of two moms and our daughters, and it was so nice to have just a short elevator ride to the pool and beach. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again!

It was a pretty nice place, but I feel like they need a better cleaning service. The floors were dirty and bathrooms. The dryer doesn't work because the door won't stay closed, and keeps popping open, so we were unable to dry our clothes. Other than that, it is decorated cute and the beach is beautiful.

Phoenix 6 property was nice. Clean pool area with grills. Great beach access and beautiful sand. Loved the condo! Very clean, comfortable and spacious for family of 4! It had every type of kitchen utensil or dish you need to prepare any kind of meal. Great appliances.
However, lacking paper/plastic products of any kind or condiments in condo.
This is different from any other VRBO we've stayed at. Had to buy dishwashing soap, laundry soap, paper towels, napkins, toilet paper, and cleaning spray. We would definitely stay again, we now know to bring extras with us. Publix and Dollar store down the street for supplies.
Restaurants: Luna's-newer place (with great bologna sandwiches) Cobalt-must go! You can dress up or at least a shorts with a nice shirt. Beautiful outdoor setting, had band playing while we waited. And for the best Bushwacker-Tacky Jacks. Love the view and chance to see dolphins pop up.
