My wife and I loved this condo for just the two of us! It was cozy and the perfect size for us to enjoy for 6 days! The kitchen was nicely finished and had everything we needed. The furnishings were comfy and the bed was very comfortable and not firm at all. We loved sitting on the balcony and listening to the waves crashing in. We will definitely be back!

We had a great stay. Orange Beach is a great family vacation spot. The condo was great and exactly as described.

My wife and I spend 3 months down here during the winter back home.This condo is perfect for us with a great view. All new kitchen last year and new furniture. Very comfortable.The staff is fantastic as are the people from all over the states. Phoenix VI is a very popular.

the Condo was amazingly beautiful and so well decorated.. Beach feel with great taste and quality , the view was awesome and quiet , spacious .just perfect for the two of us. If you were to invite another guest im sure youd would still have space withthe pullout sofa .Id surely recommend this place , I know ill be returning !!

My family had a great time staying in 202. It was clean and updated and everything we could have asked for. We will be coming down again and would love to stay in the same condo. The staff was very nice and helpful.

This condo is nicely decorated and supplied. Just right for two people. A few things you should know about this unit:
Phoenix VI, although located on the beach, is a very long walk from the condo to the shoreline ( we counted 1000 steps)
You cannot hear the ocean from the unit
This unit is located on the far west side of the building overlooking dunes
Our only complaint would be the sheets: they were threadbare and the elastic on the fitted sheets do not stay attached, so you wake up on top of the mattress pad with the sheets bunched up under you.
All in all, a very nice vacation for us.

Disappointed in this condo...did not feel fresh ...dingy towels, unclean bathroom mats , lamp knob broken...just felt very surface cleaned...
Although views and patio furniture were great! First time in a Phoenix condo and had higher expectations ...hallways need painting and overall feels a bit run down.

Really nice beach access. Easy place to stay. Furnishings and some of the walls could use a refresh but other parts of the condo had been refreshed and were updated. Logistics were well communicated and turnkey. Nice balcony.

We enjoyed our stay. I would definitely stay there again. And I would recommend this unit to anyone.

First off the welcoming staff was pleasant and the lobby was very impressive. Our condo was pristine and our view was incredible. The location is fantastic, only minutes from most venues and restaurant, yet away from hustle and bustle of the souvenir shops.

Condo had drywall dust everywhere due to cable company mess . Not the cleaning company. They were there the day before. We usually do light cleaning the day we get there so it took a little longer but no big problem. We got to meet Clark our rep. Very nice young man and very helpful. Year number 3 for us and hope for many more in 6202.

It was very enjoyable. Room was great.

Very clean and great view. The whole trip was organized which made it an easy stay not having to worry about anything except relaxing.

The location was perfect- on the beach and close to many great dining spots. This was my fourth trip to the area and this place was one of the best! My son loved the pool and being on the beach. Having a wash/dryer was so nice too!

Place was very humid, couches felt damp when sitting down, sheets were sticky, making for an uncomfortable stay. Paid too much to get a damp furniture. I replied with this fact to the email against what we thought and never heard back.

The condo was clean but in dire need of updating and repair. It looks and feels old. One of the balcony screen doors was off and leaning against the door. The entire bottom of the dishwasher is rusted out. There are stains on the kitchen counter and the bathroom rugs were old and dirty. And the shower rod is in need of repair. We would not stay here or at Phoenix 6 again. This is a neglected property and one gets the impression it is just a cash cow for the owner.

This condo was great. Everything was clean when we arrived, the balcony was nice, and everything was just a quick walk away. I 10/10 recommend staying here and hope that I can again in the future !

Perfect condo for two or a couple with small children. Unit hhas been recently remolded and is very comfortable and inviting. We loved the balcony with the high table and chairs - perfect for relaxing and enjoying the views. The second floor is on the end, so you are away from the noise of the pool. We will definitely book this unit again!

Very clean and well maintained unit and facilities. We were all comfortable and and wished we had book a longer stay! My only critique would be the lack of back up stock on essentials. No extra trash bags, toilet paper, or dishwasher detergent.
Who wants to do dishes on vacation anyways, right? We would definitely come back!

This condo was spectacular. The view the patio furniture, the amenities at this property were fantastic best place we have ever stayed. The property was clean and well maintained daily. The owner contacted us and asked if we needed anything. All we needed was new batteries for channel changers and that was taken care of immediately. I would highly recommend this condo for a 2 person stay. The extra bathroom was a huge plus. We found the diamond in the rough at SUN ROC just down the street to the EAST. Marine restaurant and excellent shopping experience. We have never been there. Make sure you visit Too Hot Babes excellent womens swimming suits. Thank you we will be back.

Phoenix properties are our favorites, and this second floor condo was perfect for us. Looking forward to another stay in September for our 45th wedding anniversary.

We had a wonderful stay in orange beach Alabama. The mattress on the bed is depressed on the side hear the bathroom of which made a person feel like they would slide off if sleeping near the edge of the bed. There were also no extra blankets in the condo to use on the couch or to add to the bed. The screen door to the balcony was found off and leaning against the wall of the balcony so we notified the front desk and it was quickly repaired and put back on.

Our first visit to Orange Beach and first time with Phoenix properties. This condo was everything as described! We loved the location, the view was fabulous, gorgeous sunrise and sunset, dolphin sightings every day. The room was spotless and the bed was super comfortable. The 2nd half bath is a great feature.The property location is close to everything,yet it is in a much less congested part of the area. There was no downside for us, we definitely plan to return.

Nice clean condo & good location. But we could not get Internet in the living room. Left a message with the contact given after arrival but no one ever called back. The master toilet also was leaking, going off every 4-5 mins. Other than not getting the help we needed, I would stay there again if I had to.

All excellent except no hot tub..out of order the whole time

The only complaint was the bathtub didn’t drain well and the cleaning crew didn't move the couch out and sweep. There were pixie sticks under it from previous guests. But other than that we loved it and had a fun time!

3 night stay at orange beach. Complex is busy with a lot of renters. The unit was beautiful nicely decorated. The only thing that needs to be repaired is the shower curtain needs new hooks.

We were very impress with the way we were treated by employees and staff of Phoenix VI. The property was very clean and well kept. We were a little hesitant at first about making the trip but after arriving in Orange Beach we felt right at home. There were not many guest in the city that week, but things picked up later in the week. Many places were not open but that was fine with us, we wanted a quiet relaxing week and that’s what we got. This was our tenth year making this trip, so we are very familiar with the area and have plans to retire here one day.

Easy access to beach and pool.

Renting with VRBO made the check in/out process easy. The property manager for condo rental was friendly and prompt to contact me to see if our stay was going well and if anything was needed.

We booked this unit through Charlotte who was lovely to work with. The condo was pleasant and comfortable. We had a nice time.

The room was perfect for what I needed it for. I feel like the cleaning crew could have done a better job of cleaning but all and in all I would rent again and it was a great experience.

This condo is great. It had everything we needed. It is in a great location. We did have a weird problem that the smoke detector went off in he middle of the night and I didn’t have a number to call for help. But it finally just stopped sounding. But other than that we had a amazing time.

My vacation was amazing. It was peaceful and so convenient to the beach, grocery stores l, etc. would definitely come back!

Quite and comfortable. Nicely done apartment. The bed was comfortable, the decor was appropriate, it was clean. Definitely one for a return visit.

We had a great stay at the Phoenix VI 202. Great location, great facilities and condo management were very helpful. Charlotte, thanks for all your help before and during our stay! We especially loved the view and the proximity to the pool and beach were a short walk. I would highly recommend this condo. We are going back next year.

We stayed in this condo for 8 nights and LOVED it! It is located at the end of the building away from the noise of the pool. Loved being on the 2nd floor and using the stair access to the underground garage avoiding waiting for the elevator. Loved working with Charlotte with Phoenix Rentals. Needed extra towels and had them within an hour! Will definitely use her next beach trip!

Everything was perfect. Condo was well kept and clean. Beach was beautiful!

This condo had it good points to it and not so good. The kitchen was easy to use with the right amount of cookware and dishes to use. There was nothing to use to scrap the pans clean. The bathroom needs help. The tub had been fixed but it was goofed up so your foot stood on it as you showered. The shower curtain was ripping but was fixed when I called. As well as the toilet paper holder was missing but that was resolved. The bed is as hard as a rock. The rest of the condo was nice, not mildew like some can be. The neighbors next door were remodeling their bathroom so for 2 days it was non stop cutting of tile, taking tile up, it was nosy. Replacing the toilet too. The boxes were left in front of our condo. No quiet here. The pool and amenities were nice. Then Miss Cindy came in, the water was closed, it was not safe on the beach, flash flooding came and tornado watches were on. There was nothing in the condo to do. Could not go to the beaches so home we went. We will not come back to this area.

Nice location. Great condo for small family. Long walk to beach and bathroom in master needs some work as far as tub maintenance, cleaning and a new shower curtain but overall great for the price and we had a great time

Great room to stay for an extended weekend with the family. Only issue was a few of the pots need to be replaced so if you plan on cooking, I would suggest bringing a few of your own. We always enjoy our stay at any Phoenix property and this is one Condo I would recommend.

The unit could use a remodel. The furniture seems new, but the tile is old and cracked in places. The tub needs to be replaced and the wall paper is peeling in the bathroom. The mattress needs to be replaced-it was uncomfortable and had a dip in the middle. On the positive, the views are fabulous and the location of the unit was great. The beach was fantastic. It is a good bargain option but just don't expect luxury.

Great location! The condo was very clean, and had everything one might need, but it could use some TLC. Several things were in need of repair: screen door was off track, faucet dripping in small bath, shower faucet in bad shape, toilet unstable, etc.

Our stay at the Phoenix VI in condo 202 was excellent. We loved the condo and the location. It was perfect for our family of 4. We will definitely be back to stay here again. The facility was well kept up and very clean. The staff was excellent and very accommodating.

The unit was clean and well equipped. Phoenix VI is in a good location. Close to several good restaurants and attractions. This unit also came with garages parking which was very nice.

It was perfect! Awesome in every way, we will be back for sure!

Unit was in good shape. The Phoenix VI Property was well maintained.Pool was clean and Security was very good. Location was great.

The condo was clean and in a nice location. My only hangup was that there was no instructions on what had to be done before checking out. I loved the keypad on the door. It was really nice not to have to keep track of keys.
