Phoenix VI 1409

We greatly enjoyed our time in this condo. The layout was perfect for our family of 4 and the views are amazing. The unit could have been cleaner especially the floors. Pistachio shells under the table from previous guests and generally unclean. Be sure to bring your own Paper towels, trash bags, toilet paper, dish soap etc. There was no paper towels and only 1 trash bag. Condo complex only had 2 working elevators so at peak times we did have to wait a while. Overall good experience. Great location.

Overall, our unit met our needs. The view is gorgeous! It’s quiet and relaxing. However, the check-in staff were unfriendly., the elevators are a nightmare, and parking is too expensive for the chore of finding a spot. Our main bedroom sheets were full of sand, the pans need lids, and we had one roll of toilet paper.

Our vacation was in a perfect location. The condo was clean and very roomy. The kitchen had a nice variety of kitchen supplies and bar. The balcony had a sitting area. The view from the 14 th floor was amazing!

Great relaxing time

Everything was exactly as pictured in the condo. Condo was very clean and well equipped. We only did breakfast and lunches at the condo but we had everything if we'd have wanted to cook dinner.

The check in process was super easy and the lobby is full of carts for unloading luggage to your unit.4 elevators and we never waited more than 2 minutes for one.
Phoenix XI was a perfect choice for a weeks get away. The facilities were very clean and the staff was always very friendly.
We really appreciated having the bathrooms just inside from the pool, along with the water to fill our water bottles.
The location was great - no more than a 10 minute drive to wherever we wanted to go. We went the last week of April/first week May and there were no crowds, parking was never an issue and it was super quiet.
We hope to return next year!

The building was great as well as the staff. The location was excellent. First time staying in one of the Phoenix buiildings and I must say the Brett Robnson staff were fantastic to deal with. Looking forward to staying in one of their locations again!

Although the weather didn’t cooperate we had a great time! Condo was super nice and clean loved every minute!

Paid $3300 to 3400 dollars for room the room was great clean very nice came down with grandson to play in Perfect game World Series.Had to pay $110 dollars for 2 parking spaces come in late at night no places to park but I’ve paid $110 for parking passes this will never happen again. Because I want be back.

The condo was super clean and well maintained. All furnishings were nice and in good condition. Kitchen was well stocked. We would definitely book again.

Overall the Phoenix 6 is a nice place to 's conveniently located and the units we've stayed in are nice.

My wife and I stayed for two weeks. 1409 is as advertised, clean, functional, amazing gulf view and perfectly located in Orange Beach! The gym had enough equipment to prevent us from getting a weekly membership at a gym off the island. Would look to come back again!

We enjoyed our condo, it was close to the water, we felt safe during the day and at night. There are no restaurants or activities within in walking distance, but the drive is not to far. Beds were comfortable. The dishes were dirty and had to be taken out of the cabinets and hand washed before using them.

Great location. Condo clean and everything in good working order. Easy check in and check out. Living room furniture needs to be replaced, very worn. Overall, I would recommend.

We had a great time. Everything was clean and there was plenty of room for the 6 of us. Condo was clean and fully furnished. The only 2 things wrong was the ice maker did not work and the recliner by the window would not stay closed. Would recommend to anyone.

We really enjoyed the condo. It was in great shape with plenty of room for everyone. The beds were comfortable and not worn out. The kitchen was well stocked and everything worked.

Loved this place, clean, fantastic view. Beach was very clean. Certainly would stay again.

Spotlessly clean. Comfortable beds. Well stocked kitchen with enough dishes for our party of 8 to have 2 meals before running the dishwasher! We enjoyed watching the sunrise with direct view from recliner and also on the balcony. The beach directly in front has sandbars and a tidal pool was perfect for children. It is a bit further distance from the building to the shore compared with some other places we’ve stayed. No difficulties waiting for elevators. We enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pools - plenty of seats available. There was not an area available to store our beach items overnight. Grocery and luggage carts were readily available. No problems with parking. Great communication with property manager throughout. Thank you!

The condo was LOVELY. By far the cleanest rental we have ever used. The kitchen had everything we could ask for for our family's needs. The beds were comfy, views were amazing. We will stay here again. We have recommended this rental to our family and friends.

Great experience! Our daughter had her graduation date changed, and we had to change our original booking. Charlotte from Phoenix Rentals was very helpful and gracious in changing our booking. The condo was beautifully decorated, and the master bed was the MOST comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. I’m currently looking for the same mattress to replace my own at home! Gym facilities were small but adequate for workout away from home, the pool was well kept and the beach chair rental process was easy. Overall, great trip!

It was easy and no problems, great place and great people

Very easy to rent. Called and booked over the phone, once we arrived all we had to do was pay for our parking pass. The rooms have key pads so no worrying about losing a key. Highly recommend!

Beautiful views

Beautiful condo! Had everything we needed. Loved the balcony view.

This was my first stay in Orange Beach. The weather didn’t cooperate. We stayed 3 nights in late April as part of a road trip. I have stayed in many beach front condos over the years. Phoenix VI 1409 was above average for what I’m used to. It was very clean. The decor was pleasant. The fixtures seemed updated and solid. The kitchen well stocked with newer dishes, glasses, pots/pans etc. Loved the leather recliners! The Phoenix VI building overall is average. It’s aging a bit...but there were plenty of pools and hot tubs and beach access convenient. If you stay here YOU MUST get a chocolate glazed donut from City Donut. Basically right across the street. BEST. DONUT. EVER.

Very clean and very spacious. The condo had all of the essentials and is located nicely as far as restaurants, entertainment, etc are at in the area. Very pleased with this rental. Would definitely stay again!
