Amazing vacation!!

I have been staying at different Phoenix for several years and I always had a great experience until this unit. Furniture it's outdated and in urgent need of replacement or at least a freshen up. The 2nd bedroom did not have a comforter, it only had a sheet and pillows. My daughter was very cold at night. The pull up couch was so dirty underneath and you could feel the metal springs on the mattress. It was a very poor condition. The light in the kitchen was out, the light in the microwave was also out. We couldn't cook our dinner meals for this reason. The icemaker on the refrigerator was also out. I emailed and text the owner and I got no response. We only got one role of toilet paper, one role! for a family staying 3 nights.
I don't know if this is normal or something happened. Beware if you are planning to book this unit.
Staying on the first floor was convenient but not beautiful. You don't get to come out on the balcony and see the full extent of the ocean. There is too much vegetation blocking the view.

The property was nice with good amentities. Front desk staff was very helpful. The washer had a very bad smell on the first day but was gone after a couple of washes. The thermostat showed that the air filter needed to be replaced. The refrigerator showed that the water filter neede to be replaced. The toilet in the front bathroom had a broken handle when we arrived.

We were a little concerned at first that there would be noise from the pool, which is right off the balcony. But it ended up being very nice. It was like sitting by the pool but under our own cover of the large balcony. It worked out great for my husband who has some mobility issues.

This condo was recommended to me by a friend who had stayed here previously. The location was great! Easy access to the beach, indoor/outdoor pools, pickleball courts, and grills! And the porch/balcony was huge and had amazing views! My husband and 2 little girls really enjoyed our stay. The only negative thing I would say is that the “starter” supplies of toilet paper, paper towels, and dish soap was not enough and the front desk doesn’t provide these things. These are basic essentials that I think every vacation rental should have. We had half a roll of paper towels, 2 rolls of toilet paper, and a splash of watered down dish soap to last 4 people 4 days.

Very noisy unit with Kids upstairs 3 different times and people right below working out in gym. Deadbolt Lock was broke, Sofa was tire 20 years ago. Master bedroom Matress was really tired nalso. Checked in with NO Toliet Paper left by Cleaners. When unit above us ngot clened they dumped Vingear over railing on outside balony.

This was my family's first time staying at a Phoenix property. We all enjoyed the spaciousness of the room. We will be booking again.

Best time at the beach ever. Loved the first floor room. Never had to wait on the elevator. Will def stay there again.

We loved the experience we had and location was great. Walking distance to some great restaurants. The only drawback is Orange Beach needs to install pedestrian crosswalks as traffic was not pedestrian friendly.

We had a wonderful time. The place has a beautiful view. It was very clean and larger than we thought. The balcony was huge. We loved it. Would highly recommend ❤️

We had a great time on our vacation. Our weather wasn't the greatest but our accommodations allowed us the flexibility and location to still have fun. The Resort was disappointing in that the indoor pool was out-of-order and the outdoor pool was really COLD! We were able to use the next property's indoor pool, but it was very busy as it was the only one available for 2 large buildings. The grills were easy access by the pool. The Condo was clean and functional. The kitchen is not well stocked for cooking. (bring your favorite knives, cooking utensils and frying pans.) The guards at the entrance were very nice. A couple of the front desk ladies could use a better attitude, but a couple of them were wonderful. Tennis courts were decent. Racquetball court needs new equipment. The beach was easy access (wonderful!) and beautiful. The warnings for weather, current and surf was well displayed. Overall a nice experience. NO issues with the condo itself and they were gracious to let us in early. I would recommend this location. (We traveled as a family of 4.)

Needed to get away from all the busy times for awhile so my husband and I came to the beach. Location was great as was space especially large patio

Location of condo could not have been more convenient, the master bedroom was very comfy. The only thing that wasn’t very comfortable was the couch, but we stayed on the deck (which was very big) most of the time anyway. Would definitely stay here again!

Very relaxing, balcony was huge and condo is updated and comfortable. This unit is on the first floor so didn’t have to mess with elevators just took stairs to beach/pool access. This was my fourth stay in a Phoenix condo and I love never been disappointed.

We really enjoyed this condo. Was on the first floor and convenient to everything. The staff was very nice and helpful. Would definitely stay here again. Owner was very helpful too.

Orange beach is a wonderful area to vacation with your family. The beach is family friendly with plenty of room for the kids. We enjoyed eating out with a wide variety of restaurants available.
Our only problem was on arrival and the cleanliness of our condo. The sheets, showers and toilts were not cleaned and the floor throughout the condo was still covered in sand.We arrived after 5 PM so there was time to have the condo properly cleaned. My wife cleaned fr the first hour before putting things away.
I have rented many condos through VRBO over the past 15 years and this was by far the dirtiest.

Would definitely stay again!

Condo was clean, and had a beautiful view. It is above the pool, but it still provides a view of the beach and ocean. Balcony is spacious. Bed in master is very comfortable! We enjoyed our stay!

Although it POURED RAIN...the entire time I was there....the condo was nice, clean, comfy, and just as advertised.

Great location and some nice, upgraded features such as master shower and countertops in kitchen. Living room and front bedroom bedding and furniture are not comfortable. Master bedroom was better, but not great. Pull-out sofa is terrible so good luck sleeping on it. The cover on it was dirty and the linens provided are not soft. Having two balconies was quite nice and our only saving grace considering the air conditioner didn’t work 70% of the time we were there. The air conditioner was a MAJOR problem. The thermostat automatically reverted back to 73-75 degrees every two hours. I was constantly up throughout the night changing it back because it was so hot in the unit. At one point, on the third day, it reached 76 degrees. We couldn’t sleep and it made for a very uncomfortable experience. I called the numbers listed on the information sheet attached to the refrigerator multiple times. I also called the number on my email for the point of contact. I never got an answer or a return call. By the last day, our air wasn’t working at all. FYI the people at the Phoenix building/front desk DO NOT manage this unit. So if you have an issue and you can’t get any of the contacts you’re given to answer, good luck getting assistance. Also, the front door to this unit is located off the main lobby of the first floor. While the convenience of not having to get on and off an elevator is nice, beware of the noise level from the front bedroom. My daughter came in multiple times telling me it was loud and she could hear people out in the lobby. This information is not disclosed in the listing description. If it weren’t for the air conditioner and noise level, if would have been more pleasant. Don’t forget to bring your own tissue paper (they provide one roll per bathroom and it’s like sand paper). Will need to bring beach towels and extra towels in general unless you plan to wash every day. Also be sure to bring dishwasher and

We stayed in the unit for a week and had great weather. Parking is great near and provides for easy access to room. Was concerned about door being in lobby area, but it was very quiet. Could use a little upgrades on wall paper and chair in 2nd bedroom.

Spacious deck as described with off-lobby location. We appreciated no elevator living while still living in this Covid year. My sister and I had a great little getaway to this fantastic beach community. The beach has endless white sand, is shallow quite far out, and awesome breaker waves to play in this week. Lots of time spent in and out of the water. We ate out close by and cooked in / both. There is a Publix grocery store very close by. This was Easter Week and not crowded. Better than we had hoped, even!

Everything was nice!!

This condo was clean to my expectations. The decor is a little outdated, but I don't really care about that for a vacation rental. The mattress in the master bedroom was awful and really need to be replaced. You could feel the springs in your back. This is advertised as a first floor, which is true. But I did not realize there was also a ground floor level. The first floor has access to the lobby, but you have to go down a floor for beach and pool access. The pool was nice, enough space for everybody to be spaced out. Parking is $35 per vehicle, which I feel should be included, but not the end of the world. All in all, some minor things could have been better, but I think this place was a good value.

While this condo was in a great location, it needs some immediate updating. The beds are extremely uncomfortable with thin linens and very worn out, dirty bedding. The kitchen was very poorly stocked and the pots and pans was very old. For the price we paid for this, we were very disappointed. I read other similar reviews so I wonder how did this condo get a high rating? VRBO needs to look at how they are averaging the ratings because many of the things that are rated have nothing to do with the actual property and this gives a false impression.

We enjoyed the convenient location of the condo. It was easy to get to the pool, beach, and parking area from our floor. The balcony was a great size. The only two complaints I have is that the bedding in both bedrooms needs to be updated and the kitchen amenities could use updating as well.

We had a great time. We loved being on the first floor which made coming and going with the little ones very easy and you still have a nice view.

The rental experience was great. Only concern was half of the outlets in the condo did not work. It was hit or miss if the top of bottom one worked. Our overall experience was great!

Room and location was much nicer than expected! Balcony overlooks the pool and very close to the beach walkway. Very convenient main level location. Easily get to the front door location or out to the pool/beach area without messing with elevators! Hidden Gem of a room.

This was a great property for families.

This was our first experience staying at a Phoenix rental. We were very satisfied. We had 3 small children and it was very convenient as Our room was on the lobby level. Our room still had incredible views and although we were on the busiest floor and closest to the pool, it was still very quiet and relaxing. It was laid out very well and clean. Our mornings and afternoons were spent on the huge balcony...our favorite place and the kids loved having enough space to play! We would stay again!

The unit is very well located to the pool and the beach walk. Great view. The interior of the unit was dated. The finishes and furnishings have not been updated since it was built. The cleanliness was average.

Overall experience with the condo was great! It had all the amenities we were looking for and it was well kept. Quick access to the lower level (some stairs) to the pool and walk out to the beach. Close proximity to Gulf Shores sites as well as Alabama Point. Having a WalMart (both a small and full-sized) was helpful given this was our first condo experience and did not bring enough of the basic daily living supplies :) During morning & evening beach walks we found shells, saw sting rays, saw a dolphin pair not far off the shore, plenty of birds. If you are staying there a several days with plenty of beach time and want to save some money, recommend buying beach chairs at the full size WalMart as well as an umbrella (optional, but would save $ and sunburn over long hours on the beach). I'd rent this one again.
Items (very minor) that are worth mentioning: 2nd bedroom window let in quite a bit of light at night (this is all preference), so we just bought an over-sized beach towel to hang over the curtain rod. Doors to patio are tough to open, but that is because they are hurricane grade and sound proof (they are amazing). Deadbolt to door to unit was not working (but there is a security lock to use, so that covers it). Beds were a bit firm, but that is a preference thing as well. So nothing major at all but might be potential maintenance items. These would not block me from renting this one again :)

Great access to the lobby very convenient

No problems. Good location.Great large balcony. Enjoyed condo being first floor,close to lobby and parking lot. Lounge chair on balcony needs replacing. Floors looked clean, but feet got dirty fast--needed a better mopping. Would stay again.

The charge for cleaning the room was $60.00 plus, and the room was full of sand, lots of hairs in the bathrooms, and stained sheets, I don't understand why takes 6 hours to clean the room. It wasn't clean!! also when I went to get the parking paid, I was the next in line, when a very rude lady got in front of me the clerk saw it and took care of that person ignoring the fact then I was there first.

This was a perfect place to stay. We had plenty of space and the balcony is spacious too. The room is conveniently located on the first floor with easy access to the pool/beach.

Love the beach and atmosphere here, beds could use new mattresses or toppers though. everything else - wonderful, very family oriented, well maintained facility

We wanted a condo close to the beach. We have two young grandsons and the closer the better for getting them on the sand. We had a great stay and even though it was too cool a few days, we enjoyed the indoor pool. Great trip!!

Very nice condo with a big balcony. Everything was clean and just as described. Not one thing I could say negative about this condo.

The room was perfect. We have a 1 year old and we did not want to stay up high in the building. The room is on the main level but the balcony is one level up from the pool. It was a perfect location to off load your stuff from the car, no elevator, and high enough from the pool at night to not hear people. I will definitely be going back to room 110 again. Highly recommended!

We loved the condo. It was very clean and contained everything we could possibly have needed. Love the location and everything about it.

The rental unit was as advertised. It was CLEAN! Which is a big factor for me. I was very happy with the unit and everyone was nice. I didn't have any maintenance issues. My only complaint was that the beds weren't comfortable but the unit being clean to my standards and no bed bugs made up for that. I was very happy with my stay and would recommend this unit for anyone.

It was great. Staff was nice everything was very family friendly, plenty to do, clean beaches. Our room was perfect for our family.

The condo was nice, clean, and spacious. The only issues where problems with the toilet flushing in the master bathroom. (we had to use the plunger several times) and the blender in the kitchen did not work.
