Phoenix VI 014

Our experience at Phoenix VI 014 was incredible. We wanted a nice, low key vacation as we have three young kiddos and envisioned a simple trip where we just hung out at the condo and beach rather than running all over town for entertainment. This condo is situated in the PERFECT location on the ground floor, steps from the pools and hot tubs, and just a short walk to the beach. Everything was clean upon arrival (and I am very picky). We would definitely stay again!

The condo was clean & the view from the balcony was beautiful.
The staff was truly delightful. Our stay was absolutely sensational in every aspect.

Perfect for our time there. Had 7 ladies for breakfast each morning. Coffee maker and all appliances were efficient. Ample dishes, cups, etc. A/C works well. GROUND LEVEL convenience coming and going to pool and beach. Renovated bathrooms. One tub, and walk in shower in other.

This was my second stay in this unit & I love it. Will definitely be back!!

Great location, the condo was very clean, it was stocked with anything you would need. The decor was beautiful, very spacious. Loved being able to step out the door to the pool & beach access. Will definitely stay again.

Great get away vacation. Beautiful and up to date decor. We were three older adults so ground floor with easy access to everything was great. We just walked out the back door to pool and then a short walk to beach. Handicap parking right in front of building and such easy access. Can’t wait to schedule another trip to this beautiful place. Loved this spot.

We had a perfect weekend. The unit was clean and comfy. Large shower, roomy kitchen and stocked with everything we needed. Easy access and very close to pool and beach. The view was beautiful. Loved being on the ground floor. Easy access in and out of building. We will be booking this unit again and often. 5 star rating.

Great experience! Beautiful decor! We had 4 adults and 5 kids, ground level was a game changer for us! Walked right out the door to the pool & steps away to beach access. We had plenty of room for all of us. Great location to get anywhere you wanted. We will definitely be back to stay here.

Upon arrival, it was an easy process for checking in. The place itself was not in as great of condition as is pictured but still met our needs. The shower was molding a lot, rotting wood in the bathroom also. The patio had stuff all over the ground, not sure if that was other guests throwing things down or lack of cleaning. The TV in the room closest to outside gave us a hard time, if you had the cable box on the provided shelf for it, it would disconnect because the shelf is too high, plus all the hanging cords were not great to deal with. We felt the AC didn't work at 100%, you'd set it to 72 and it would feel like 80 in the place. Smoke detector was also hanging off the wall. Only other downfalls for us was lack of water view, inability to lock sliding door from the outside, lack of kitchen utensils, you could hear the guests above you, and no dresser in the master for clothing.

Great location on the ground floor, walk out the door and the pool is right there. lots of resturants close by. Will definitely stay again

Overall a nice unit. Nicely updated but not kept up. Upon arrival the smoke detector was beeping due to a low battery, property management never came to replace. The shower that was tiled was full of mold/mildew. Cleanliness was moderately good, comforters were in need of a wash, towels smelled musky. There is also a pull out sofa bed but the sheets left did not fit and the pillows were in really bad condition. Like mentioned in the subject, it is updated but not kept up.

The decor is beautiful, the location is perfect...right by the outdoor pool so you don't have to wait for the elevator every time you want to go to the beach or pool. I would say that the room with 2 beds is VERY tight for space and has nowhere to put anything on like a dresser or table. We were a little disappointed in the cleanliness upon arrival. It just fest dirty and the ottoman was stained really bad and gross. Really not a big deal but something I think the owners should be aware of. We had an issue with the air conditioning and it was fixed very quickly and everyone I spoke to was very nice. Overall we had a great week with the family!

I was impressed at first with the photos seen. Upon arrival I was truly disappointed to see that the pool and hot tubs were out and not going to be fixed during our stay. I feel that we should have been told upfront that these were inoperable. I feel someone should have notified us about this. Our room was being cleaned upon admittance time and we found some blood stain in the bathroom and the floors were not the cleanest. They felt like they had sand on them. Actually in the kitchen, there could have been better pans to cook in. The ones there were scratched. King size bed was amazing but the shower in the double bed room would have been a better choice for master. It was nice but would not choose it again due to some of this. Worst thing was not being notified about pool and hot tub before locking in. Thank you for allowing us to stay though. Have a wonderful day

Easy in and out to the outdoor pool area. Beds in Master bedroom should be reversed with the King. It would have been nice to have a dresser in Master, so we didn't have to go back and forth to second bedroom.

Hello. We did have a great stay, although I wanted to call your attention to a few things that will make the next visitors stay more enjoyable.
The kitchen needs some attention. There are only 2 teaspoons, 4 forks in the drawer. Some items needed is a strainer, possibly crockpot, tongues, can opener.
There were no batteries in 3 remotes.
All 3 TV’s were disconnected...they had not been hooked back up after your renovation.
Sliding door to patio needs to lock better.
We wore our flip flops all week because the floor was black. (possibly it was not cleaned after your renovation)
My husband fixed the laundry door. It fell off the first day.
There were toys left on our patio and spills on the patio from a previous visitor.
We rented 5 units for a Jones family beach week. We do this 1 or 2 times per year and always come to Orange Beach for fall break.
Lucky for us we borrowed cooking and eating utensils
From family members in other units. We returned them when finished.
It was a beautiful beach week with family!

We love staying at the Phoenix Condos this is our 2nd time staying in this condo and we love it! It has lots of space for a family. Being on the ground floor we have direct access to the pool and not far from the beach! Condo was very clean and ready to go for us! Thanks again for taking great care of us cant wait to stay again!

This was our second time staying here and unfortunately we did not have as good of an experience the second time around. The unit was not very clean. Dirty blankets and sheets and the showers could have used a better clean. (Old items left in shower, hair in shower and on bathroom floors.) The cushions on the couches need to be cleaned, they were very dirty. I spent time cleaning the unit and washing sheets and even the covers on some of the couch cushions. The kitchen was lacking in basic supplies. (No spatula, strainer, mixing bowls, measuring cups and spoons.).
The location is very convenient, easy access to pool, beach and parking lot. Nice yard in front of your unit.
If management does a better job with cleaning and maintaining the unit it would be a very nice spot to stay.

The location of this property could not have been better. We have actually already booked again for next year.

However, there are a few things I would just like to relay for future reference.

1. If there was a vacuum in the unit, we would have been loved to vacuum up the sand that is naturally tracked in from the beach or even as we left at the end of our stay. We attempted to sweep up as much as possible but it did not prove to be very productive.

2. The floors did not seem to have been washed prior to our stay.

3. The dishes that were previously put away in the drawers when taken out had food crusted to them. Possibly a once over check by housekeeping may prevent.

4. On the same note, the coffee pot had not been cleaned since the previous guest.

Overall we loved the unit and as stated before, already have future plans to stay again. These are just a few housekeeping items that may help the stay for future guests. The property management team, especially Clark, was incredibly helpful and accomodating in our requests due to traveling with a special needs child.

Nice location and decent furniture. Great overall look and decor but had hair in the bed and on sofa. Sand was left in shower and on living room floor. Loved the modern look and location. Wish we had a screen on the patio to leave sliding door open minus the lizards

The condo toilet and shower were not clean. I also expected to have at least one bar or hand soap as there was dish soap, etc. The desk to purchase parking was gruff and didn't want to answer questions. Beach service was great. A rug off the patio would be helpful. There was sand in the unit upon arrival and I know it is a challenge to get it all out so that didn't bother us but a rug might help.

Condo was great except needs ceiling fans. The walk from the pool to the beach is so long.

Overall we loved this unit. You can't beat the beach level, steps away from the pool. Tastefully decorated and recently updated. A few things to note- the front bedroom has no dresser or storage for clothes. There is a closet but we had to bring our own hangers. The kitchen is sparsely supplied as far as cooking if you plan on eating in which is a great option because the unit is very close to the grills. The dryer barely works.

We loved this condo it was very clean and had just enough of a yard space for the kids to run and also just steps away from the pool! I highly recommend this to anyone! Plenty of room for couples or families!

We loved the first floor unit, made it easy to go to the pool and beach without getting on an elevator! Great unit, comfortable beds and accommodations.. Charlie was outstanding and was very helpful. We will visit again!

This condo was perfect for our vacation. Location by the pool was so nice and convenient. Beautiful decor and comfortable beds. The shower was so roomy. Few things to note. The ice dispenser didn't work. There wasn't any plastic dishes for the kids to use so make sure to bring throw away cups and plates if you have little ones. And there aren't many pans/cookware. Only one rusty pan available in the cabinet. And one skillet to use. Overall its a clean and great condo to stay at.
