Good stay!The owners COVERED parking was a short walk straight to the room that walks straight outside!! No waiting in long elevator lines!! Cleanliness is my only complaint. The master shower had so much mold and the couches were so dirty. Otherwise it was a great rental that was super convenient!

The unit was very dirty and seemed very neglected.

I absolutely loved our stay! Loved access to the pool/beach, nice gated off from the pool. Loved the room but it would be nicer with a new couch and chair. Definitely would rent again, especially upgraded

As far as a condo style rental on the beach goes, this felt more like a house. The beach access was great with lots of ways to clean the sand off the beach stuff. The pool was great and right there. You can't see the Gulf fro the patio since it's on the first floor, but I would rent this again.

We enjoyed our stay. There's some thing in the unit that needs to be updated - TV(blue screen), bathroom needs some refresh, might need a new mattress, there's a dip in the middle. We enjoyed being on the ground level and it's proximity to the pool. It was nice to have a parking space in the garage.

Our unit was nice, it could of used a few updates, but all in all it was great, convenient, close to the beach, just right out the gate. The bed was comfortable and everything worked except a few light bulbs that were out and needed to be changed.

We had unexpected guests. Huge bugs. Notified management on the second day of our stay. No one showed up to spray until the day before we were to check out. In the meantime we bought raid and sprayed. We didn't use the shower in the master bedroom because it didn't look clean and that's where the biggest bug was found. The furniture is worn and the bed wasn't comfortable. Not much of a view because we were on the beach level and didn't have a view of the water. One of the outlets was missing a cover and one of the cabinets was missing a handle.Overall the property needs some upgrades and tlc.

This unit is on the bottom floor making it easily accessible to the pool and beach. The unit has a big kitchen and dining area for those who love to have family dinners. The master bedroom bed is very comfortable. There were lots of extra pillows and bedding. The storage for suitcases and bags in the master bathroom was wonderful.

This is a great condo! the patio has been updated since these pictures. nice furniture. we loved being on the ground floor more than we thought. we go to the pool and grill areas just steps out of the nack patio without elevator or lobby. makes it feel amazing. plus the patio is large and has green space. this unit also came with a parking spot in the garage with an entrance directly into the condo. again, way more convenient than we thought it would be. during a super crowded week these made it feel very comfortable and out of the crowds. we will be staying again.

We had so much fun at our rental here! The check in process was so easy; we got our code and instructions in an email the week we were going to stay. When we arrived, we went to the front desk and within five minutes we were already unpacking the car into our room!

Location wise its perfect! A 5min or less drive to the grocery and 20min or less to plenty of restaurants!

We were keen on getting a first floor rental with our toddler to make coming in and out from the beach easy, and it was definitely the right choice! You open the sliding glass doors and take about 20 steps to the pool and the boardwalk to the beach.

Overall the rental itself was clean, except the floors! With a crawling toddler, it was evident the floors needed a bit more of a clean as his hands and knees turned grey and black with dust the moment we got there! But we bought some cleaner and took care of that quickly!

Kitchen is well stocked for cooking the essentials, and the wifi worked well!

Overall, would stay again!!

This was our 2nd stay here this year. We love the condo and it’s perfect for our family. The keyless entry is a huge bonus! We loved not having to worry about a key. The only complaint we have is the patio out back. We were constantly worried the kids would cut their feet on the broken tiles. The outside flooring and furniture needs updated. If you look at all the other ground floor patios right there, they all have nice even flooring and awesome quality furniture. When we stayed here the first time, the table out back had 3 chairs and now only 2. This condo is the perfect location, especially if you have little ones. It’s near the pools, grills, & a very short walk to the beach. Our other favorite part is the parking. It’s nice to have a designated spot, covered and just steps from the condo. We would love to make this our family vacation spot every year, if the patio out back is redone. Thank you!!

It was a nice place to stay, the property was fairly clean. Our unit was not as well stocked as the last unit we stayed in when considering pot pans and glasses etc. We had a water leak issue due to another unit that caused us a late night before our departure. Not impressed with the unit for the price we had to pay.

It was okay. The shower and bathroom sink didn’t drain well at all. The water was up to my ankles with a normal shower. The tub/shower was so slippery, I had the buy a bath mat so we wouldn’t slip/fall. We left a day early because the weather was so bad (obviously nothing you could do about that!). What convinced us to go, though, was the biggest cockroach I’ve ever seen ran out from under the refrigerator. Yuck!!

We loved the garage parking, and the 1st level access to the beach. The condo furnishings were worn out, very uncomfortable mattress, worn out couch, the blue chair back looked broken. Master tub and sink very slow drain, the pool was very dirty for at least 3 days, debris on top and even foam. We would not recommend.

Our coffee maker wasn’t working and they brought us a brand new one that same day. The location of the condo is perfect especially with little ones because it’s right by the pool and a very short walk to the beach. Condo was very clean! There were a couple broken/loose tiles on the back patio that we worried about with ours kids walking around and the outdoor table only had 3 chairs when in the photos it shows 4. We just pulled one of the other chairs over when we ate outside. We loved our stay and coming back again this fall!

We truly loved our stay! Being on the first floor was great because not only was it more convenient not having to wait on an elevator!!! but the easy access to the garage made it so convenient to load and unload, as well as just leaving and having a reserved spot! The patio made it really nice for access to the pool, and is great, privacy-wise!!! We especially enjoyed it on those few sprinkley days, cuz we could tan by pulling the chairs out further out, then slip back under the roof when the drizzling started! The couch and futon chair were comfy for a night’s sleep! I actually didn’t know the couch folded out, but it wasn’t as comfy that way, so we used the futon chair, which we all decided we need one of, at home!!! I had trouble figuring out the switches had to be flipped for the lamps to work! but we had all the necessities we needed!!! I would recommend black-out curtains in the bedroom for those of us who like to sleep “vampire-style”! Loved all the beautiful comfy furniture made it homey too! Thanks again!

The condo was perfect being on the ground floor and close to the pool. Very clean. The water in the master bath sink and shower drained extremely slow, therefore backing up. Poor flushing toilet. Small showers. Bed uncomfortable. Very small unit for the price.

It was a good trip and the condo was nice. A few minor items that could be fixed but overall it was good.

Overall very good. Master bathtub needed to be cleaned upon our arrival. Dishwasher was unable to be used due to placement of drawer handle.
