Phoenix V 615

The condo was served its purpose and was nice. The mattresses felt like they were from the 80’s and if my husband moved at all during his sleep, I would bounce 4 times lol. The toilet in the master bedroom sounded like a train was coming through the wall as soon as you’d flush it. Small easily repairable things could make a huge difference. Overall it was very clean and accommodating. Beautiful balcony with great views.

The condo was clean and just as shown in the photos. My family had a great time and would stay here again. My only suggestion would be new mattresses. I own a mattress store and would be happy to help with that otherwise the condo was perfect thank you!

The ease of check-in/out was great. Location to restaurants was great. View was great. The condo itself had a bad odor that did not go away the entire stay. The condo was very dirty upon arrival. Dirt on walls/doors, crumbs/hair on the floor, empty chip bags on the floor, trash on bathroom floor, etc. The comforter in the master had multiple holes in it causing the stuffing to come out. Apps were not available to use on the smart tv's due to missing tv remotes. Fan in spare room was very loose causing loud noise when turned on. Beds were old, lumpy, and creaked when moving. The entire condo seemed outdated and dingy. Pictures on the site made it appear cleaner and more updated. We will not be staying there again.

We had the best time during our stay. The condo was extremely clean and had everything we needed. Only suggestion is that I would get new mattresses. The beds were not vey comfortable and dipped in a lot of places.

Other than that, we would definitely stay again!

This was our 2nd time in this unit. We love the condo and the location is nice too. The condo was very clean and decorated beautifully. Bed was very comfortable. The best was the view from the balcony, it was fantastic. There are groceries and restaurants near by.

The unit has a great location and great view. It was a decent place overall. The bath/shower in the second bedroom does not have a shower curtain so you cannot take a shower in there. A small vacuum would have been helpful for us to clean up sand brought in from the beach. Our biggest issue was no hot water for about 18 hours. Maintenance finally came out and switched the breaker on which we could have done ourselves if we knew that needed to be done.

We noticed one of the legs on the dining table was broken. The toilet became blocked after one use. It took maintenance 2 days to come fix it. two plungers were left outside the door to fix it ourselves. we were only offered a $50.00 credit as compensation oved the beach - beach attendants were very helpful. I would not use company to book a facility again.

this room was so fun and amazing it had tons of games for the family they also have beach accessories, extra pillows and blankets in the closet. The room was very clean it had everything you would need. the walls have beautiful pantings all over them and the view was 10/10. For our first experience staying in Alabama im definitely glad we chose this room and place to stay. we hope to stay again next year and i would definitely have to recommend this place and room to everyone <3

We loved the complex and the access to beach and pools and especially the splash park. One issue with Condo not locking and Maintenace fixed right away. Condo was nice and balcony was the best. Will definitely stay again. The elevators are always full and a wait.

This was our first time in this condo. It was really nice. We had a wonderful 7 nights there. the view from the balcony is so beautiful. I loved sitting out there. The deco was very pretty. It was everything we wanted. We would love to come again. Only thing that wasn't great was the Keurig coffee maker, put put grounds in your coffee. It really needs to be replaced.

We question why , we spend a lot of money to be in an apartment on the beach where we used to enjoy sitting on the patio? Then we find out that construction noise forces us to go somewhere to get away from it!

We were very upset with this unit. Living area is fine, but the rest of the unit is in need of repair and updating. Popcorn ceiling was shedding, there are holes in the walls in the bathrooms. The sheets were paper thin and would not stay on the mattresses. The main bedroom mattress is so old that you can see a hump down the middle of it. Lamps were broken. The doors to the washer/dryer fell off their track the first time we opened them. There was loud music almost every night so couldn't enjoy the balcony. Will not go back.

This was a spur of the moment trip! Usually stay a Phoenix property! The property was beautifully decorated, well maintained & clean! We did not encounter any problems!
Cannot wait for our next trip in November, staying at another Phoenix Orange Beach property!

I have stayed in Orange Beach for 4 years now at 4 different condos. This one was by far the oldest and dirtiest one we've stayed in. Upon arrival, we noticed mold or dust on the ceilings of the master bedroom and living room above the kitchen table. At first glance, I thought it was dust (thick black dust) coming out of the A/C vent. Then I looked closer and saw round spots indicating mold. We did not turn our overhead fan on due to the amount of dust all over it.
The balcony had huge areas where the stucco was gone, exposing the rebar. It looked horrible like we were in an old motel.
Please do not rent this unit out to anyone until you get rid of the dust and mold and repair the balcony.
When you go to purchase your parking pass, there are 2 desks. One is for those checking in, which we did not need to do. The other is for parking passes. I had no idea which line to be in. I waited in line for over 30 minutes just to be told to go to the other desk to purchase my parking pass. That line was 3 groups long, so I decided to come back before they closed. I came back and was in line for about 10 minutes. Please, Print out signs for those who don't know which line to be in. Thank you!

This property had good beach access and a nice pool area. It was in a good location, close to food and shopping. However, this unit was outdated and needed a thorough deep cleaning. The unit was very dusty and the floors were dirty. The shower curtains were moldy, and the dry wall/plaster was peeling off of the ceilings. The toilets did not flush properly. The beds were also very uncomfortable. The side-by-side fridge/freezer was too big for the space, Bd the freezer door was unable to open properly, making it impossible to fit our bags of ice for the cooler in the freezer.

Had a wonderful time with our small kids enjoying the beach and pools at the condo...

Rental is in need of some general maintenance/upkeep. Great location and amenities.

The unit itself is in a great location and the layout was perfect for our family. It definitely needs some touch ups and a deep cleaning though. The floors were very dirty and it looked like underneath the furniture hadn’t been swept for months. The air vents in the ceiling all need cleaning. The laundry closet door was broken and falling off. It really could use some cosmetic touch ups and a new cleaning person.

Beds was uncomfortable, sink in one of the bathrooms shot water out at you every time you turned it on, mold in both bathrooms. Wasn’t impressed with the condo inside but the view was really pretty. Def not worth 1700.00 for 3 nights. Not a condo in the condition it’s in.

We were there the beginning of April for a week. The condo was as described and the perfect place to get away and relax.

Very artsy decorated 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo with direct gulf view. Master bedroom has a direct gulf view and it was heavenly to watch the waves come in while laying in bed and viewing the stars at night.
The condo was so comfortable and had a fully equipped kitchen. We were quite impressed on how fully equipped the kitchen was since we love to cook. The walls were painted with beach murals throughout. We took our art supplies (soft pastel pencils and chalk) and copied some of the wall mural art designs onto our paper. We enjoyed Christmas and New Years there and when it was time to leave we didn't want to go. It was just to beautiful there. The sunrise and sunsets were extremely enjoyed. Our home is only 40 miles away so we feel very fortunate to be able to vacation so close to home. Phoenix V 615 has been our favorite condo to stay in so far and we have stayed in many.

Easy access keypad! Kitchen well stocked for those like myself who enjoys cooking. Comfy beds. LOTS of extra blankets and pillows!! Plenty living room seating. Large dining room table. Walmart grocery less than a mile away. Great central location!! Would stay here again!!!

We had a great time at Phoenix V this year. We have stayed at this location for the last five years and have loved it every year. This was our first time in this condo, and it was just lovely. So beautifully decorated and had plenty of ammenities within the condo. Only thing lacking was a broom! =)

The unit was exceptionally clean and exactly as described, and the view of the Gulf is phenomenal. It was a wonderful vacation.

We loved the condo itself, location was great and the murals painted on walls were very pleasant! But there was sand all over the floors, the master bathtub was full of hair, there was sand all over furniture, there were towels left on balcony from previous renters and it had rained leaving the towels wet. It didn’t leave us with a good feeling about the cleanliness overall and were not certain the beds had even been changed. The ice machine in lobby didn’t work and lady at the desk said she couldn’t help because the machine didn’t belong to Phoenix V. We were charged extra fee by owner to help with cleaning, I feel like we should get that fee back and a new cleaning crew hired!

Artwork was very nice, location great and condo was clean but poorly maintained. Kitchen faucet needs replaced, shower pipes in MBR are not mounted to wall and very loose making shower walls wobbly. Maintenance showed up twice unannounced to make repairs. Would have been nice to be forewarned. Building desperately needs more elevators or rental lockers in the basement for tenants to store beach gear. Elevator situation in building is horrible.

Additionally the security staff was a little overzealous about things like throwing a football in the pool and pulling too far forward in our parking spot (said we partially blocked the sidewalk in the parking garage.) Also the walkways were very dirty.

Beautiful city, quiet, family friendly...just what we were looking for! Only prob was the older furniture worn down and very uncomfortable thin mattresses...

We were very impressed with this unit. The photos definitely do not do the murals justice. It was extremely clean – more than any other we have stayed at in the past. The shower curtain liners even looked new. The kitchen was well stocked, and the living area furniture was very comfortable. We were surprised at how fast the elevators moved. Even on a busy spring break week, we had no problem quickly getting an elevator anytime we needed it. We loved having the reserved parking spot as well. The complex was quiet and family-friendly. We will definitely be back!

One of the best condos we ever rented! Very tropical, warm, inviting, comfortable, clean, and relaxing environment. Everything we needed and more to make our vacation complete. Close to shopping, restaurants, and family activities. Will definitely rent this one again and again!

It was enjoyable. Nice place to stay. Great view of the ocean on balcony but unable to enjoy each day because of other guests smoking on their balcony. Also, the icemaker in the refrigerator did not work and we had no ice. Overall, we had a great stay and would recommend it and stay again.

We had a wonderful trip! We love the decor of the rooms and the fun paintings.

Very much enjoyed the unusual wall murals, funky turtle lamps and carved woodwork. They made a generic condo interesting. The condo's size was more than adequate for our family of two adults and three teenagers. It was clean and had a very well-equipped kitchen.

Great place provided everything one would need for a home away from home.

I can't say enough nice things about this property and specific condo. The beach is right outside your door (balcony), the proximity to shopping and dinning is prime, the accommodations are fabulous.

We had a great time in this beach front condo. The location wasn't overcrowded so it made trips to the beach and amenities really enjoyable. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The only issue we had was the tile on the balcony was very slippery in the morning or during periods of rain. I understand condensation builds on any surface but there were multiple instances where one of our group slipped. We ended up putting a blanket down to keep from slipping. Other than that we had a great experience and loved the condo!

AS USUAL THIS CONDO WAS IN IMMACULATE SHAPE AND WE ENJOYED OUR TIME THERE.

We had a great time. The room was clean and had better appliances than I have at home, even had a keurig. The beach was great the kids loved the indoor and outdoor pools and pirate ship. Oldest loved playing racket ball and even played tennis. The whole family loved all the wall paintings in the room and the living room furniture was really comfortable. My one and only complaint was that the two beds in the second bedroom were double beds and not queen size as advertised.

Gr8 6th floor oceanfront condo. Perfect location for shopping & restaurants. Very clean & kitchen was well stocked. Comfortable living room furniture if decide to stay in for movie night. Just wish beach chairs/umbrella were include w/rental. Our car was too small to bring our own.

Enjoyed a few day of sand and crab before our kids returned to school. Had a couple days of wonderful sunshine before the rain hit. Waves and water were amazing. Ready to return again.

Location is great. My family had a wonderful time in Orange Beach. The condo itself was good. It needs a few updates and a good deep cleaning.
The property was my issue. One, it needs a major face lift. Two, it needs better elevators. Three, it needs working elevators.
Upon check in, I waited 25 plus mins in the afternoon heat to catch an elevator. My family and I took as much as we could up 6 flights of stairs, but the large items had to be loaded on a cart and get in line to wait for an open elevator.
Once all settled in, the staff was friendly.
Time for the beach. No jellyfish was a huge plus this year. The walk way to the beach, hot, umm, horribly scorching on the feet is a better discription. Take shoes!!! The other reason is the walk is made out of wood. It needs a good sanding. Lots of splinters in feet, but that is ok, the wounds were cauterize by the near sun temperature of the walk way.
Day to leave. Elevators again are a HUGE issue. Waited over 45 minutes to catch one. Only 3 out of the 4 where working. People, the stairs work all the time, try using them once and awhile.

Our condo was very unique in the fact that the owner had murals painted on the walls to enhance the over all feel of being on the ocean front.

Nice condo, beautiful wall paintings and turtle decor. Grandchildren loved counting turtles.
