Phoenix V 613

Phoenix V 613 is a beautifully updated condo in a great location. The condo is stylish and well appointed. Living room furniture, kitchen table, beds were all comfortable and nice. We cooked dinner in the condo two nights and had everything we needed in the kitchen to do so. The patio furniture was dated and could use updating but it was still functional and comfortable. The cost of the parking tag was high ($55 per car). The condo is located on the end of a row of condos, next to a public beach and a few houses. Being on the end, there was still a crowd on the beach (we were there for school fall break so it was busy) but you are able to walk to the edge and find plenty of less crowded beach area. Overall I would stay here again and we enjoyed the condo!

Jennifer and Jill were great to deal with. Their communication was exceptional. For the most part the condo had everything you needed and was fine. Furniture needs to be updated. My only real complaint was that The couches were nasty, you could see stains and ruins from the years. Also to the owners, Put a runner in the front hallway. The floor is very slippery up front. This condo just felt like it is managed but not taken care of. It's the small things, like, no battery cap on the TV remote control. No working tv in the master bedroom. Who still has VCR tapes? The fan blades looked like they were going to fall off but the AC worked great! Pots and Pans nonstick coating was gone or flaking off rendering them unusable.. The amenities in this building and the location are great! Management company is great! Just needs a little updating..

The condo was a little outdated but still nice and clean. We had everything we needed and the patio was great!! The location was perfect on the beach!!! We would definitely stay again

The view was great however the room was not the best by any means. Sliding doors would stick, screens on doors where torn, bed dressing where worse than hospital, outlets not working, tv in 2nd bedroom so small you had to sit at end of bed to see it, nothing kid friendly (no stool for bathroom/no none breakable list a few things.

Place was ok. Needs some updating and some repairs but overall ok. The elevators are horrible, you wait forever. They definitely should have thought that out when they built them, they need more.
Probably wouldn’t stay here again but overall it was a fun trip.

Very nice layout. Appliances looked new and frig was cold. I did leave 2 messages for management to ask about the number of towels prior to the trip. No one called me back. I would take extra bath towels/wash cloths. The patio screen door needs repairing, but we didn’t need it. The bedspreads are old and should be updated. We just used a blanket they had. Only one the electrical plugs worked on every outlet. That needs addressing. Ck in is a LONG WAIT ! Elevators only on one end of condos. Pool is big and nice and access to beach is pretty close. You can rent umbrellas for $25 or umbrella and chairs for $45. We we pleased with our stay.

Very nice stay, close to the beach not too much traffic around compared to other parts, we had a great time overall.

Nice beach but condo very outdated and needs more TLC. Not safe walking or biking to restaurants or shopping. Lobby fully under construction and elevators often not fully operational.

The unit was clean and adequate for my family and I, I do wish there were more kitchen items, there were no cookie sheets no hot pads and I couldn’t find a dust pan! The table in the living area probably not the best for kids as the glass moved a bit. The 6th floor was great not too high!

We stayed in this condo Jan & Feb. Enjoyed our stay - the condo was very nice - very friendly people. Any thing we needed was taken care of very qyickly. Would certainly recommend this to a friend!

Location, Property Security & View was fantastic. Condo was clean and kitchen was newly renovated. Living Room Furniture & Master Bedroom Mattress could use an update, as well as updated linens. Overall it was a Wonderful Place & Location, would stay there again.

We were disappointed in the overall appearance. Is's obvious that it had had no painting updates lately,stains on the furniture,shabby and dirty bedspreads,toilet roll holder hung off the wall, etc.Staff on the front desk were great..Would recommend this property once fixed up.

Wonderful! Rental location was perfect. Rooms were a very nice size and bedrooms were not back to back. Kitchen was a nice size and stocked with main cookware. Patio area was nice. Enjoyed our unit.

There were 15 of us who stayed in various condos on the sixth floor of the Phoenix V. Our home condo (615) was a favorite place to hang among the group because of the comfy living room and calming decor. It was the perfect location to take littles to the pools and beaches.

While we loved the amenities the balcony is not private which we were unaware of and many people could see us trying to enjoy morning coffee/dinner etc in peace there were people yelling and talking to each other balconies away from one another. The condo could have been cleaner. Our bed sheets smelled like mold (left wet in washer/dryer too long) and that was the last thing we wanted after a 14 hr drive. Also, they were working on some picnic area roofs and it was quiet loud everyday all week and that area was not useable which would have prob been very nice to use if able. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay.

The condo was nice. The people who clean need to clean under and behind the furniture. We enjoyed our stay.

Absolutely amazing place to spend with your best friends!!

We arrived after hurricane Sally hit(sept 30th). We were not able to check in to our rental until 2 days after our arrival (Oct 2). We were at our rental until the 6th of Oct, when we had to evacuate the following morning (Oct 7) due to the threat of hurricane Delta. Fortunately the evacuation order was lifted and we were able to return to our rental on Thursday the 8th of Oct. The rental company was awesome and apologetic, although it was not under their control that weather was uncooperative. They quickly refunded nights that we were not able to stay in our condo. Although we got off to a rocky start, which was the fault of no one, my family had beautiful weather and lots of relaxed time to spend together. We enjoyed the beach and the pool with our grandchildren until we had to sadly leave on October 17th. The location was as described, with a beautiful view of the beach from our balcony. There was plenty of space for 6 of us in a 2-bedroom condo unit. We have stayed at Phoenix condos in the past and have always had a terrific experience. I think that 2020 just continues to throw curveballs to all of us!!!

I love the Phoenix properties... Friendly, helpful, clean place to saty... Will definitely be back.

All in all, the stay was okay and our family had a nice time together. However, the beds were noisy and uncomfortable and I wasn't completely satisfied with the cleanliness of the unit when we arrived. We've stayed in multiple Phoenix properties and have always had pleasurable experiences so I'd probably stay in a Phoenix property again, maybe just not this unit or building.

We had a wonderful time. There were a few small things that could have been better but overall was excellent. My sister and her family were next door, which made it even better.

Our family had two different condos, they were very nice and will plan to stay there again in the future. The splash pad, pool and beach were great.

Nice condo. I only wish they were completely upfront w/ complex restrictions ie: entire place non smoking, even balconies (garage basement was smoking section). It’s completely their right to make it so but make renters away. Guess it’s better to get paid and have them arrive, then give the news. It is possible for people to smoke in open air and be respectful of others around them. Should have made sure before renting but thinking owner would have had that in description like others do. Again, very nice unit to stay in if your party is non smoking.

We loved our stay at the Phoenix V! Charming room - but wonderful accommodations. The pool, splash pad and beach were perfect for our little family. And so close to many things. Would definitely stay here again!

Not really excited about this place. Other than the location it is just so/so. The location is really good--lots of restaurants and grocery stores.
That's about the only good thing I have to say.
Everything is outdated, the space is really tight. The pull out bed is not the best. It looks like they went to a garage sale to decorate this place. There is no space around the kitchen table so we couldn't sit at it because the chairs were so crammed. The paint is atrocious and the base boards are dirty. There are no black out curtains on the windows so the person sleeping in the pull out coach gets no sleep. I think with a small investment in cosmetic and rearranging some furniture this place could be so much better.

We had a lovely relaxing stay. We enjoyed the option of going to the beach, the two pools, or the new splash pad. We have four children and this condo was perfect for cooking, spending time together, and sleeping all six of us. I would highly recommend this condo and we will be coming to stay again!

We have the best time staying in this condo. I loved the furnishing and the view was fantastic. The grandkids loved the splash pad, although they were having major problems with it, but that didn't deter them. They went from there to the pool to the indoor pool to the beach. They never had a dull moment. My favorite time was sitting on the balcony listening to the ways roll in. I have been very stressed with a lot going on in my life and it was the perfect medicine. If only I could live on the beach I think I could get rid of all my meds and be completely happy!!! The staff was very nice. We've never stayed in a place this big where you had to wear wrist bands but it was a good idea to keep people from just coming off the beach to use their facilities. The guards were super nice to let my friends come over and visit for the day. I don't know how that will work out during the summer when they are booked out. Thanks to the owners for sharing your home and to Julia for getting us in a nice unit! We will be back.

We loved every minute of our vacation with our granddaughter's. They loved the water park, pool and beach! Our condo with just right for the 4 of us. We truly enjoyed our stay! Can't wait till next year!

We had a grand time on our adventure. Our rental was spotless but on first walking through the door the smell was bad...we couldn't identify what it was so opted to open doors and turn on fans. After a couple days it was better. We loved LOVED the splash pad for the kiddos and the beach is just steps away.
Batteries needed in living room TV remote and sheets never stayed in place on the beds BUT minor inconveniences! I will recommend this place to others.

We stayed 4 nights in this unit and couldn't have been happier. It was clean and very well maintained. The pools and splash pad were a huge hit for the kids. Beach was also well cared for and not too crowded. The owner checked in on us via email to make sure everything was going well. Very highly recommended.

Went to beach for vacation and took my husband, elderly mom, and 4 year old grandson. Had an awesome time!!! The room was superb, loved the slash park for my grandson!!

We enjoyed our Spring Break here and especially liked the patio, its furniture and the view. We cooked a few times and the kitchen had all the necessities. The beds were very comfortable. It was nice having ample parking as well - Never an issue. The living room furnishings were surprisingly comfy while we read or watched a movie. I'd highly recommend this condo to any family of 4!
