Phoenix V 611

The stay was good, the condo was ok. Very outdated needs a refurbished. Toilet needs to be fixed feels like it's going to fall over.Not enough towels, I'm on vacation don't want to wash. Overall was good and enjoyed it

Great location, easy beach access, amazing view! I am 35 weeks pregnant, and normally have a difficult sleeping in a new bed while traveling anyway, but I slept SO well in this condo. The kitchen was mostly stocked, but traveling with a 3 year old had me wishing that they had more kid friendly dishes (take and toss cups, plastic plates, etc). Luckily we had brought a few travel cups and bought some paper plates, etc. overall we were very pleased with the rental. I do think that it could have been cleaned a little more thoroughly before we arrived. A few of the pans had food baked to the bottom that I scrubbed out. There was food splatter on the side of the fridge, and no cleaning supplies available for us to clean things. The bathroom and shower also had hair in it when we arrived. But again, nothing that would keep me from staying here again. Perfect location, not a ton of traffic, lots of on-site amenities/accommodations.

Very nice great condo. Nice area. The Only drawback is the Elevator system, every day there are people checking in and out and getting to the Beaches. Very congested and sometimes takes a lot of time and it’s Hot waiting on the floors. Not Good situation.

The condo was nice and very clean. No issues at all. The whole process went smoothly.

Views and access to the beach awesome. Access to restaurants and shopping is excellent.

The condo was in great shape. The location is very good. This condo is great for a couples getaway.

The condo was exactly as pictured, comfortably furnished without an excessive amount of beach kitsch, and right on the water with a lovely view. I would gladly stay there again. Very nice pool/splash pad/fitness center included.

The unit 611 was very clean and updated. Great beach front views. During the stay there were only 3 working elevators for 16 floors counting beach access. The elevator waits could span from a few minutes to 25 minutes. The property needs 1-2 elevators in each end of the property in addition to the middle 4.

The condo was clean and tidy. The couch and bed were comfortable. I would have liked a rug to catch the sand in the den and kitchen tracked by little kids feet but other than that, the towels were sufficient and the kitchen appliances were all included. The ice maker was used daily along with the washer. I felt the summer rate was steep for a 1 bedroom but they all charged the same way. The vending machine was stocked and the pool area was spacious with large chairs. This is our 2nd time at Phoenix 5 and we will be back!

But other than that, it was a great stay! Orange Beach has really upted their game. We always vacation at Destin, and decided to try Orange Beach this year. We love it at Orange Beach. I don’t think we’ll be going back to Destin. So many great restaurants and the Wharf is awesome!

Condo was exactly as pictured, clean & well stocked! Location in Orange Beach was perfect-close to everything! Beautiful view of the ocean & beach from our balcony! Need to fix toilet seat: it doesn’t stay up which could be a problem for males.

We wanted to travel south for awhile after Christmas and cold weather. We chose Orange Beach because we had been there one other time, and we loved the area. Even though it was cold while we were there, we still enjoyed being away, the ocean view, the restaurants, and the amenities at Phoenix V #611. However, there were a few things to mention that might improve our next stay there. First, there was no seal around the front door. It was so cold and windy when we were there, and the wind screeched around the door at an annoying level all day. It truly screamed all through the night, too, at a real high pitch. That was bad. The garbage disposer didn't work. The maintenance guy came to change the furnace filter, so he fixed the disposer right then and there. That was great. There was no dishwashing liquid. Since there are only two of us, we wash dishes by hand. Lastly, there was no extra toilet paper. Part of a roll was in the holder but no new roll. We do love Orange Beach, though, and can't wait to return in the future.

I only have great things to say about this unit and all of the amenities that go with it! Location friendliness beauty luxury loved it all

We had such a great time in Orange Beach! We loved Phoenix V and our room in particular. Great location and amenities.

The kitchen was stocked really well with anything we could have needed with pots,pans, utensils, etc. Living room was comfortable and had plenty of pillows and blankets. The bedroom was perfect size with tons of space for our personal belongings with 2 tall dressers, 2 bedside tables, and a good size closet. The 2 downfalls of this condo was the electrical outlets and the bathroom. Could only use the bottom of the 2 electrical outlets. Not sure why but only the bottoms worked properly, pretty annoying when you have to choose between the light on or charging your phone. The bath tub had yellow stains all inside it. The tub faucet wouldn’t work properly and it was extremely hard to turn the water on and off and it would only blast scorching hot water. We physically could not figure out how to make it any cooler and with young kids that hot of water is just not ok. Normally I wouldn’t complain about having only hot water but after a really long hot day at the beach and small young children you need options. Other than that very cute and cozy.

The condo was very nicely decorated in neutrals and natural decor - not the usual gaudy junk. 4 elevators for 225 units is not logistically wise. Some of us had to wait 45 minutes because two of those elevators were not working. That conflicts with "check out time of 10AM!" Most inconvenient. And then there is no place to sit while you are waiting for an elevator - 45 minutes to stand is too long.

Love Orange Beach no matter the time of year. Have stayed in multiple properties through the years and this one was not quite as nice overall. This unit was a bit tired but biggest problem was lack of clean floor and difficult to operate shower. If one had arthritis there is no way they could operate that shower or tub. It needs to be replaced, an easy fix. Additionally, was supposed to receive door code a couple days in advance. Didn't receive it so the front desk tracked down the person responsible and got if for us once we arrived.

We had a great time. The condo was everything as advertised.

Overall the place was in a great spot. Kid friendly amenities. The elevators took forever. Anyone that had to wait for them said the same thing we were thinking. For having 4 of them we had to wait at least 5-10 minutes for one to be available.The pullout bed was not good at all. If you are planning on using it bring extra blankets for padding. Other than those two things everything was great. The view was amazing.

We enjoyed our stay in room 611! The king size bed was very comfy and we had a great nights sleep every night. The kitchen was stocked with plenty pots and pans for cooking in the room. We really liked having a lounger chair on the balcony. The only recommendations we had would be to install room darkening curtains in the bedroom for sleeping and install a refrigerator with a ice/water dispenser. There are great amenities at the condo. My 3 year old had the best time at the splash pad. We loved having the grills down by the pool. The walk from the pool to the beach is very short and the walkway is very convenient for beach strollers and coolers. We loved our stay and hope to be back soon!

The condo, location and view was impressive. We travel about 4 times a year and will definitely keep this building and condo at the top of our list.

We were so pleased with our recent stay at Phoenix! The condo was clean, very convenient, and comfortable! We loved the pools and splash pad for our 7-year-old. Great vacation!

Our stay was great! The condo was more beautiful in person than online, They staff at the front desk were awesome.

Our stay here was great. Phoenix V is closer (less of a walk from the pool area to the beach) to the beach than most other places in Orange Beach.

We had a great spring break at Phoenix V. Kids loved the splash pirate ship. Found two sand dollars. Views from the balcony were outstanding!

Overall a wonderful experience. A few minor issues such as 1 elevator being out of service but overall great. Room was clean, well taken care of, great view, and a beautiful beach.

Our rental experience was wonderful except for one issue. On the third day of our stay we came up to the room for lunch and a maintenance man was in our room. We were never notified that someone would be in our room and it was a little disconcerting.
Other than that one issue, the view was beautiful and the room was stocked with all the necessities we needed. I loved having a washer and dryer in our room because it allowed my husband and I to leave the room with all clean clothes to unpack when we got home.

The unit was clean and tidy, and carefree to keep clean. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to prepare our meals there. Our unit was in a perfect location. As the mom, I still felt like I was part of the activities even when I needed to prepare food for the family. The balcony has views right over the outdoor pool and beach so I could see where everyone was. My kids used every ammenity available - we never turned the tv on once all week. We had a great spring break because of this set up. The only minor annoyance was the garbage disposal didn’t work and we had to use the plunger once or twice. All in all.... we will def be back!!

This condo was very nice. It was exactly how it was described. We loved the property as a whole and the location. We will definitely be back.

Condo was nicely furnished with ample room for two people. Kitchen was also stocked with necessities making it easy to cook in one night.

The condo had all the amenities needed for our stay and was steps to the beach. The complex's pool and splash pad were a big plus and the view couldn't be better

The 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom unit was just perfect for our little family. It was clean and convenient to everything.

The condo is in a great location on Orange Beach and is on the 6th floor overlooking the white sand beach and large pool with splash pad for the kids. The condo was very clean and had all of the essentials needed to make our stay a memorable one. We will definitely refer this condo to family and friends as well as plan on staying again the next time we are in Orange Beach. The owners and management team even contacted us after our arrival to make sure everything was ok with the condo and to seeing if we needed anything.

We had a wonderful time. The unit was clean and had plenty of space for a 1 bedroom unit. Everything was very new and the kitchen was equipped with plenty of dishes and appliances. The view from the balcony was superb, and the unit was conveniently located not far from the elevators.

My only recommendation to the condo owners would be to add a blackout curtain in the bedroom. It's a small window but there is a walkway light that shines right in onto the bed - not a big deal but a blackout curtain would make it perfect.

The property was also really great because it had plenty to do for kids - my three year old loved the indoor pool, outdoor pool and splash pad. It also helped that it is not a long walk to the beach because we trekked back and forth several times daily.

The parking lots were being renovated so you had to park slightly farther away than was convenient but it still wasn't a long walk.
