Phoenix V 517

We usually head to the beach right before we start back to school to enjoy time as a family before we get back to “the school hustle.” We had a wonderful and relaxing time @ Phoenix 5 last year and decided to use them again when we booked. We loved the condo from last summer and when we saw it was available we rented it again. Our unit was clean and beautifully decorated. The beds were comfortable and there were an ample amount of linens for use. We enjoy the Phoenix 5 because it is right on the beach, has a pool, and a splash pad for the littles. The staff @ the front desk are accommodating when needed. We will return next summer or maybe fall break:)

This was a nice corner condo. plenty of room for use and oubonus.r guests. Indoor pool was very nice to have since we were there in mid-February. Additional ice maker in the unit was very nice

Fantastic condo! We’ve been coming down here for 7 years and this is by far the best place we stayed at. The condo doesn’t feel like a rental and has many amenities that we haven’t found anywhere else. The separate built-in ice maker was great for filling our cooler for the day. Very clean, comfortable beds and furniture, and the views were amazing. We normally eat out every night and but with the nice patio furniture and view, we did carry out 1/2 of the nights just to eat it on the balcony. Can’t wait to book this condo again.

This condo was super clean and modern.The facilities were incredible. The check in process was smooth. Condo ready on time and convenient to to stores. Really nice updated balcony furniture. I would give 10 stars. Really enjoyed our stay and have comfortable furniture and bedding. Refrigerator holds plenty of food and is of modern design. Absolute incredible decor inside condo.

This was our first time that we have stayed at the Pheonix and it was absolutely wonderful. It was one of the nicest condos I’ve ever stayed at. The condo is spacious, and the layout really worked for our family. The kitchen is fully stocked, the condo was clean and updated. It's right on the beach. The host is very responsive to any questions. I recommend this rental for any family. Overall excellent value.

This was a last minute booking at Christmas time, and it was one of the best trips we have ever taken. The condo is spacious, and the layout really worked for our family with the bedrooms in the front, and the living area and kitchen in the back away from sleeping children. The kitchen is fully stocked and the master bath is updated. The resort itself has a splash pad, indoor heated pool, and hot tub that we used the entire stay. It's right on the beach, so it was a quick walk to get there. The host is very responsive to any questions. We are already booking for the same time next year, because the entire experience was absolutely fantastic. Cannot recommend this rental enough. Overall excellent value.

Overall a great stay. Some of the patio furniture is rusted out and not safe to sit on. There were stains on the couch and the bathtub was slow draining.

the room was very spacious, ice machine was a plus, bedrooms were large, already planning to come back! the bathroom by the pool was always clean!! the only thing i can complain about is the check in and out and the elevator situation was crowded... nothing to do with the room itself

The complex itself is nicely situated with plenty of room on the beach. My family enjoyed the pools and splash pad immensely. Our only big fault with the complex is the lack of elevators for such a big building - getting up and down to the room was chaotic at best. The condo itself, though the listing says "Newly renovated", needs a lot more work. There was broken and rusted patio furniture that was completely unusable out on the balcony (there was a fairly new bistro set, so it wasn't without furniture entirely). The bedrooms had very basic linens, the comforters seemed dirty, the pillows and bath towels were very thin, and the mattresses were very worn/not very comfy. There was lots of mold on the ceiling of the showers, but otherwise the bathrooms were ok. The condo had not been cleaned very well, and it looked like a while since it had been - I checked under some furniture at one point looking for a toy my son had misplaced and it was really gross under there. The oven needed a serious cleaning, it doesn't look like that had been done in a while either. Cabinet doors were loose and crooked, and the bedroom doors didn't quite close properly. I do think with some added attention and maintenance this could be a really nice condo, but for the money we paid we were severely disappointed in the condition.

Wonderful experience with the rental. The only downside I’d say was the parking. Per the email sent to me, it said if there are available spaces I could purchase and extra. I tried to and they front desk clerk was extremely rude - not to mention the entire stay was pretty void of people with PLENTY of parking spaces for 1 extra car.

Condo was clean, updated and tastefully decorated. 3 bedrooms plus laundry was great for extended stay. Beautiful view of the water and close to restaurants, shopping and recreational opportunities. Will definitely be back.

My wife and I loved spending Thanksgiving week here. Warm days, cool nights, warm Gulf water, fewer tourists, no mosquitos and no crowds! Even got to take advantage of Black Friday sales at local stores all week long. Condo was fantastic in every way. If you're looking to recharge as a couple or a family, stay here!Pros:-Beachfront views-Corner unit with wraparound balcony and front balcony off master-Sleeps 10-3 bd/2 ba with W/D-Great amenities: indoor and outdoor pools, splashpads, sauna, direct access to beach-Souvenir shopping, grocery stores, restaurants all within walking distance-Very clean and comfortable-TVs in every room-Great Wi-Fi signal throughout-Covered parking-pull out sofa bed-Large and spacious-Kitchen well equipped-Icemakers and wine cooling refrigerator-Electric fireplace-Quiet and peacefulCon:-We had to leave at the end of our stay (Trust me, you won't want to leave)

This was the nicest condo that I have stayed in! The location in Orange Beach is perfect with many restaurants and things to do near by. They condo wrap-around balcony on the back gives you great views of the sunrise and the balcony on the front gives you great views of the sunsets and the town. The ice maker in the kitchen was a great bonus as well!

This condo is Beautiful, it's very clean, spacious, amazing views with lots to do for all ages! There's lots of shopping and resteraunts close by.. My family had an amazing experience and will definitely be renting this condo again..
