We had a great experience. The unit was very clean and updated.

Our stay was excellent. Very nice Condo, good beds, very clean and comfortable. Good TV selections and kitchen well equipped.

Our experience was the best. From the day it was booked until the day we left. Very satisfied with the Condo and loved the location. Loved that the walk to the beach was short nana is going on 79 and she could make the walk pretty good. Will return to this unit....

We had a wonderful experience staying in this condo! Everything was freshly renovated with a comfortable feel. On the second day we were there, our washing machine stopped working. Within 15 minutes of me reaching out, Jil had followed up to let me know that a brand new washer would be delivered that day-within 4 to 5 hours. Jil even came to wait for them so it didn’t interfere with our plans for the day. Excellent customer service and stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at Phoenix v. The condo is very nice and has everything you might need. My only complaint is the beds in the guest bedroom. It was not very comfortable for two people & the sheets did not fit either bed, which was annoying. The unit was cleaned very well! The pools were wonderful and loved having the security/workers there every day keeping everything clean & rowdy people in control. The master shower door was broke upon arrival but still useable & maintenance came to try to fix it when we were there. Remotes need new batteries & one chair in living room doesn’t swivel bc it seemed broke as well but all still comfy! We would definitely come back! Perfect size for our 2 families!

Overall the experience was very nice, but there were some issues with one particular piece of furniture and the fridge. Neither of which had any great impact on the week. The location (Phoenix V) is extremely convenient to all amenities, including at least 5 ice cream shops. We visited 3 of them. We visited the area last year for the first time and it has quickly become our favorite. We will definitely be back.

This was our fourth time to Orange Beach/Gulf Shore area. Love getting away from the cold and snow of northern Minnesota for a week. The area always has awesome food great beaches and great people. Lots of outdoor activities like mini-golf waterparks and walking along the miles of soft sandy beaches. Will be back next year.

Overall, accommodations were very nice!

Only negative was the couch was worn and not comfortable but the beds and everything else was great and great view of the gulf from the balcony!

The overall condo itself was nice. However, the couch was not really a couch. It was more like a futon. It slanted downward when you sat one it and the cushions sank into the couch. If we were staying here for a week, we would have been very disappointed. The beds were really uncomfortable. Personally if I were going to invest in a condo, I would want to insure my guests were sleeping well in decent beds. They supplied one trash bag and one disposable wash cloth for the kitchen. Also, do not waste your money on a tent for the beach. You cant put your tent anywhere near the water. It has to be closer to the condo. We spent $80.00 on a nice tent and we were not able to use it unless we were at least 50 feet back form the water, which at that point was not worth it.

Great place. We are a family of five. Lighting in the kitchen was poor.

Overall this unit was nice & clean, however, it is not nearly as big as the pictures indicated. It was a tight squeeze with 6 people-it says up to 8! The bedrooms are quite small as well as the balcony area. I would also recommend replacing the sofa sleeper as it tilts so much your feet are literally higher than your head when laying down. Thankfully this unit is low enough to take the stairs as the elevators are horribly slow & two different days were stuck & not working.

The 4th floor condo was great. Sunrise views beach views were spectacular! The deck is plenty big as was the entire condo

We were very happy with our stay here overall. Beautiful views, clean and very tastefully decorated. The kitchen was very well equipped to cook anything you might want. One small thing, the living room furniture is very uncomfortable, but I guess we didn't go to sit around anyway.

Quiet and relaxed. Much needed after busy holiday season

Excellent time at this property in December. Very low occupancy in the building so everything was nice and quiet. We had a great time and would definitely come back.

Stay was good. Condo appeared clean but the carpet in bedrooms had thousands of foot prints. Reason unknown. Electricity went out for about 2 hours. Seems power company didn't get informed of ownership change in time. Management got the power back on.

We enjoyed our stay but there is room for improvement. The location and access of the condo was great. The condo itself needs some attention. The cleanliness upon arrival was not up to our standards. Several items had not been dusted in a long time. The dust on top of the headboard was gross. I’m 5’11 and could easily see it without any effort. When we moved the chest in the living room, clearly it had not been vacuumed. Other than doing laundry and unloading the dishwasher, I’m not sure what else the cleaning fee entails. The paint was peeling off the door frames in numerous places. The shower was grimy. The layout of the condo was great for kids. The bedrooms were a decent size but the condo itself is not nearly as big as the pictures indicate. The condo building and amenities were not bad but this building is aged and could use some updates.

We could not of have had a better experience! The property management was wonderfull, the facilities were clean and beautiful. The beaches were kept extremely clean and pristine. Management checked in on us and kept us updated on things going on. We will be back and use Phoenix again!

Rooms a lot smaller than pictures showed, dryer needs to be replaced. Did not feel comfortable walking on carpet. Need to have tile floor In all rooms.
Balcony was not clean.

We've stayed at Phoenix properties for many years. This condo unit was well maintained with good furniture and tv viewing options (satellite, streaming, etc.)

Our overall experience was great, but there are a few suggestions we have. The view from the condo was awesome! Just as advertised. There were a couple of maintenance things we think should be done. The shower in the master bath leaked. The condo could use a good deep cleaning. The corners had clear dirt and build up from general use. The overall condition of the furniture was great. Overall we were pleased with our stay.

Lovely condo with beautiful view. The weather was chilly and indoor pool was closed, but we enjoyed walking on the beach and the sunsets were amazing!

i would say you get what you pay for but phoenix v is far overpriced. the unit 410 was nice but small. the complex was overran by inconsiderate, rude & nasty folks. trash scattered around the grounds, just a disaster with this condo complex. again, this unit was nice and as expected. thru out, the pool was nasty and closed several times within a week, the elevators were not dependable as many had already noted. the staff were pleasant to deal with they're just overran by the nasty general public which seems typical for the year 2020.

I could not ask for a better experience.

Everything for our vacation was great. The condo was perfect, it was perfect for our needs. The location was excellent as well. We would highly recommend staying here.

We stayed her with my daughter, son-in-law and our grand babies and had a great time. The kids loved the little splash and play area. We liked being on the 4th floor as we had a great view but we weren't too high up to be nervous about the grandkids going on the balcony. There are some great restaurants right across the street and the walmart is close by. I've already asked my daughter about dates for next year. Julia was a pleasure to work with as well.

The Condo was nice, clean, had everything we expected out of it beds were comfortable room was amazing. Check in and out was super easy.

We enjoyed our stay at Phoenix V! Property was well maintained. Our children loved the splash pad. Great place to stay. We plan on going back next year.

We loved the location. The unit could use some updates. Some furniture needs cleaning There was a bit of mold in the master bath. The master tv remote was not working. A dish drainer in the kitchen would be helpful.

This unit was a great find. Suited our needs perfectly. The rental manager was nice and answered all of our questions and concerns and even recommended a few places for us to eat and things to do. Brought our bikes down and enjoyed cycling through the trail system they have there. Loved the views from the 4th floor. Hope to come back when the weather warms up a bit.

We had a wonderful time here. The view was beautiful and the place was so nice and comfortable. We had 8 people (3 generations) and we all enjoyed it. We hope to return! The staff was friendly and helpful. The kitchen fit our needs to a T. It could not have been better!

This Condo was very nice as expected. Everything was very clean. The tub in the master bath didn’t have the best water pressure but other then that everything was great!

We reserved two condos with Phoenix for a family vacation including multiple families. The condos were spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. The facility is undergoing a needed facelift. All equipment worked properly and the staff were pleasant and helpful.

We have stayed at many beach properties over the years and after just one day our daughter asked why have we stayed anywhere else. The location of the condo, furniture, amenities and proximity to the beach were all fantastic. Already planning a return trip!

This condo is completely as advertised and more. The booking process was easy and communication was great from Julia! Appreciate her answering all my questions (first time renter) and even a recommendation on a beach photographer. The condo is well appointed and in really nice shape. The kitchen was stocked with more than what we had hoped for. We very much enjoyed the balcony and amazing views. This condo is centrally located if you want to spend more time in Gulf Shores it’s a short drive away or walking distance to Flip Daddy’s. Looking forward to next year already! Thank you.

The condo was clean and comfortable. Phoenix V is centrally located to everything. We could even walk across the street to eat breakfast and dinner. The beach was beautiful. We hope to be back very soon.

We had a wonderful time staying in unit 410. Booking was really simple and easy and that simplicity and ease carried over to checking in/out. The staff are friendly and could easily answer any questions we had. We had a couple kids with us (4 yr and 8 mo) and they were always easily entertained with the pool, splash pad, beach or even hanging out in the room playing games that were provided by the owner. We will definitely book here again in the future.

Wonderful mini vacation! Impressed with the city of Orange Beach and the Phoenix V. Property was nice and the condo was appointed well decorated in a beautiful, casual way that promoted relaxation.

We had a lovely time! Perfect for family with small children. Visited during a busy time. I generally like quiet beaches however with the kids it was the best of both worlds. The amenities were engaging and location to dining perfect. The home had everything we needed. Views of the beach, pool and ocean were perfect. Loved spending time on one of the puzzles provided. Will visit again.

The Condo could use some updating.Not as big as it looks online.The glass sliding doors was in bad shape and hard to open and the Beds need new Mattresses.The faucet in guest bedroom was broken and very hard to control.I did call and report it and talked with a young man and he said someone would be there on Tuesday and no one showed up.The view was beautiful and our 4 year old grandson really enjoyed the pool and pirate play area.Julia Ayers was so good to work with and really appreciated her.Also the Elevator sitation was terrible and we waited 45 minutes for a cart when we checked was also over priced.

We have nothing but excellent reviews for our recent stay at Phoenix V, Unit 410. We loved waking up every morning to the gorgeous white sandy beaches and amazing blue waters! We traveled with our two daughters, one is 13 and the other is 2. This condo and the on-site ammenities were perfect for all ages. We loved the furniture in the living room; it was super charming and comfy, too! We were very pleased with the communication that was offered us at all times when we had a question while there for our stay. We will def. be coming back!

The condo was very nice and clean. Recently updated with beautiful beachy decor. It was equipped with everything and anything you might want or need. The staff at pheonix and julia very helpful and friendly. Great location and very family oriented! Will definitely book this condo again!!

We had a great time - the unit was great! The only "trouble" we experienced was elevator wait time and front-desk help was hard to understand/communicate with at some times. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay - the unit was nice and clean with a beautiful balcony view!

We were satisfied with our stay. The only thing that could have been better was to provide more toilet paper. There was only one roll in each bathroom and we ran out before the end of our stay.

We were only here for a weekend, but everything was perfect. This condo is in a prime location, within walking distance to Live Bait to eat or Adventure Island for go-karts, putt putt and gaming. Also, because its on the 4th floor, you can easily walk down the stairs if the elevators get too crowded (which they do) during the summer. Julia was in constant contact with us to make sure we had everything we needed throughout the stay. We love the Phoenix condos!

This condo was everything we wanted - clean, beach front, and recently remodeled . The unit was near the elevators and had a designated parking space. We had easy and quick access to the beach where we rented chaises and umbrella for 3 days. I liked using a code entry to the condo and not having to keep up with a key. The location near restaurants and grocery stores could not have been better. The unit had everything one would need to prepare meals but we were on vacation and had dinner out each evening. The entire experience was pleasant and we would definitely stay there again. Julia even checked on us by email after our arrival to make sure everything was in good order.

We throughly enjoyed our stay at this 4th floor rental! Everything was clean and welcoming upon arrival and the view was spectacular. We were very comfortable in this unit. It is equipt with comfortable beds and nice furniture both in the living room, kitchen as well as the patio. Enough kitchen furnishings to do any type of cooking or dining, although we explored a lot of area restaurants for dinners.
