Phoenix V 313

Condo number 313. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well stocked. Master bathroom needs some updating. The view was amazing. It was great to have laundry in the room.
The tubs did not drain. Really no front desk if you need help with anything.

Lamp bud was broke in bedroom, and around the tub in master bedroom was dirt on floor and tub was not clean

Major complaint was the elevator situation. Some people can't take the stairs! Waiting 20-30 minutes for an elevator anytime during the day is ridiculous.

Loved being on the 3rd floor! Great views and short elevator rides. If elevator was really busy the stairs were very manageable. Great location to the pool, splash pad and beach. We got check in information sent to email several days before arrival and condo was clean and comfortable. I gave cleanliness 4 stars since there was some rust around tub area and shower curtain giving it a dirty feel. No beach towels or toys so bring your own. Many great restaurants close by. Will definitely stay again if in area.

We loved our stay there! Right on the beach, beautiful pool. Elevators were fast. Easy check in! One thing I would suggest is better and more towels for guest.

We love the location of our rental and were happy with the condition as well. The Phoenix 5 has a great set up. The buildings lobby was under construction which we were not told about when booking. This really wasn't much of an issue except only 2 of the 4 elevators were working because of the construction. We could take the stairs most of the time but some said they waited up to 30 min to use them. Also we did not have a working refrigerator. Only 1 of our calls were answered by a property manager. We left message after message and e-mails. We were eventually provided a cooler with ice. When I e-mailed the property manager about compensation for a non working frig she never responded and when returning to our room that afternoon the code our door stopped working and we had to leave several voice messages and e-mails before we could get a new code while waiting in the basement foyer. When I asked why the code all of a sudden didn't work they said, "well door codes are great when they work and not when they don't". Needless to say we are very frustrated. The condo was dated but nice and honestly I would stay there again under a different management company.

Spacious, clean, and comfortable

Condo was in a great location. Just what we were looking for. Easy access to amenities. Condo itself could have been cleaner. Walls, windows sweep under furniture. Needs updated kitchen appliances, microwave has rust inside, unsure how healthy that is.
Overall we had a great 2 weeks in Alabama.

The property provided everything you could ask for. Twin boys loved the splash pad as well as the pool. Property was clean and well maintained. Property management was excellent. Will definitely be back

Everything was great. The location was super. Our condo was actually right above the pool area so we could watch our teenager swim. It was very clean. Highly recommend

Our unit was just as pictured in the advertisement. It was very clean upon arrival and stocked with everything we needed for our stay. Our view was amazing and we enjoyed relaxing on the fairly spacious patio. Our grandchildren thoroughly enjoyed the splash pad in the evenings after full days on the beach. We grilled dinner by the pool and actually ate there on a whim at the picnic tables because the children did not want to leave the pool. It was really nice to have that area to use. We had never vacationed in Orange Beach and usually go to Destin. We changed plans because of a work situation with a member of our family. We really enjoyed it and plan to return. Jill Driver, Property Manager at Phoenix V was so helpful and easy to get in touch with. She answered numerous questions for me both before and during our stay. All of the staff members we encountered during our stay were friendly and helpful. We are considering changing our annual Beach trip with the family to Orange Beach permanently because we had such a good experience.

Great place to stay! Great indoor and outdoor pools

Wonderful! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was the perfect level- not too far up and high enough for a good view of the water. The kitchen was well equipped, and the beds were comfortable.

We had the best time. The condo was perfect for our family. Very clean and location is perfect.

Appliances very old, loud, and need replacing. Door to laundry area was broken and had to call to have it fixed. It’s an ok place. Just kinda old.

The long and short of it is do not hesitate to rent in this building. The beach is clean and the property is as well. Our rooms were fine comfortable beds decent water although it could have been hotter. One of the bathrooms the shower didn't drain really well but that's kind of to be expected.

The unit was not very clean. It was very dusty especially bedroom. The LR rug is a trip hazard-the end of the rug is curled up. In the bathroom, looked like coffee spill behind sink. 2 light bulbs were burned out. Dirty plastic "cover"? in microwave. Wouldn't recommend. This was our first visit to the area. Grab bars are needed in showers.

Loved our stay but it could use new appliances. Plus, the lighting in the washer/dryer is not good. The rest of the condo was nice. Clean.
Also dish tv goes out all the time. All TVs should be set up for streaming.

We had a great 5 night stay at Phoenix V 313. It was clean and served our purposes wonderfully. We spent every morning with beautiful beach views to go with breakfast, then beach time until coming back to the condo for lunch, and then beach all afternoon. I would highly recommend this condo for anyone looking for relaxation and rest.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The condo is high enough to have a great view and low enough to use the stairs instead of waiting for elevators. The complex has great amenities. The condo has plenty of room for 6 guests. It is well appointed and will definitely stay again.

Everything was as advertised. Very nice unit, clean, furnished nicely. Good location to groceries, restaurants and shopping. Pool and beach were very nice and clean. Would stay here again.
