An outstanding venue for a memorable family vacation. The reservation and maintenance staff were very helpful. Kudos to Jil for her assistance. The two rented units were roomy, well furnished, and came with a great view of the beachfront. The only negative aspect of the overall experience was the additional fee ($55) charged for parking each car on the premises.

The room was excellent for a long weekend with the kids and grandkids. Lots of space and amenities. The room could use a little more detail in cleaning but I would definitely go back

We have stayed at this property the past 4 years and so enjoy the pool, slide, lazy river, and beach. This is a wonderful place to stay for a family like grandparents, 3 adult children, and their families. There are 4 bedrooms, and we have plenty of room.

Loved our stay will recommend it and would love to come back one day

We had a great time at the Phoenix OB II. The location was great, check-in was easy and plenty of parking. Our unit had plenty of space for everyone in our party. If you have small children they will love the lazy river and slide.

We had an overall good experience! Initially had issue with coffee pot not working & once I let them know was replaced! Would recommend this condo for a large group & would stay here again!

I love so many things about this condo- the location, the lazy river and splash pad, the square footage. If you want a simple, no-frills place to stay this will work. I am disappointed that the quality of the stay doesn't match the price.
The closets in the master bedroom are small and there was random stuff stored there like old bedding and worn pillows, ironing boards and beach chairs. We did not have room for our suitcases. There were two thin blankets in the condo; it would have been nice to have soft fluffy blankets for everyone to cuddle up in as we watched movies at night. Also, the coverlets on the bed are thin. Bring your own plastic cups for drinks, there are none. Bring your own soap, shampoos, etc. The samples here are tiny and cheap. Bring your own games, books, etc. The floors were sandy when we arrived, there were multiple burned out lightbulbs, a leak under the sink and the freezer quit the day before we left. The kitchen is very minimal, with no platters or serving trays for food. We purchased several things we needed for cooking our meals. The single chair in the living area is broken and the couch was soiled. All this made our stay feel like we were living in lack instead of having a fabulous vacation. Unfortunately, when I called the office to report the major problems(at 8:00am before we started our last vacation day) they were not in the office. When I did take time to try them again in the afternoon they said they could not afford to replace damages and to put something under the sink to catch the leak, then accused me of not calling sooner. It felt very rude and unaccomadating.

We so enjoy staying in this beach condo. Our entire family loves the slide, the lazy River, and the convenience of the parking on the 5th floor. The condo is very clean and very open and sunny.

Beautiful condo with plenty of room for our family of 10. The kids loved the pool with the waterslide and lazy river and had fabulous beach views. We will definitely be back next year... Highly recommend!

Size of the condo was great plenty of room for our family. Overall good condition. The couch, throw pillows and a few things are showing some wear from being rented.Biggest issue is with the cleaning company. The area rug in the living room was full of sand and overall the condo wasn't as clean as I would have liked upon arrival. We would go back and rent this condo again.

The condo itself and amenities were amazing. Loved being on the 5th floor and walking straight out to my car instead of getting on an elevator. Lazy River and beach and pools were all very nice. Kitchen was well appointed. The beds, however, were very uncomfortable and most of us had aching backs at the end of a week. There were hardly any night stands or tables and no dressers in the 3rd and 4th bedrooms, so we had to keep everything in the floor. Needed more light rugs so not constantly on sandy tile.

There were 11-12 of us staying here. It was great, loved the lazy river the most. We had enough beds for everyone BUT the chairs at the dining table wereabsolutely horrible. I wish I could show pictures. The little wooden'slats' on the seats of 3 chairs were broken and all of them uncomfortable. We called maintenance who said if they couldn't fix they would replace. No one showed up to look at the chairs, they just set 4 folding chairs outside the door, never bothering to knock. Those chairs were worse. So uncomfortable!

Overall it was a great vacation stay. There were a few things that could have been better. The dining table chairs were badly in need of repair and the chair cushions were very stained. A couple of the chairs we set aside to not use as we were afraid to fall through the seat. The first night we were there I noticed at bedtime that there was only a bottom sheet on the main room bed— no top sheet. This was corrected the next day with an e-mail to the manager and a new complete set of sheets was delivered to our room. The kids enjoyed the pool and slide. I like to hear the ocean waves coming to shore but they could not be heard over the noise from the lazy river and slide . So if that is what you also want to hear, this is not the condo for you

We had a wonderful week with cousins and grandparents. It was a much needed getaway and the condo was super spacious and did not feel too cramped. The pool and water slide were a favorite of the kids. Thank you for the great accommodations!

very nice property, was disappointed it sits back so far because the hotel next door blocked our view from the rest of the beach. unit needs A LOT more kitchen utensils and cookware. cleaning staff came and got master comforter and said would bring one back the next day, never showed up.

WE loved our condo. Very roomy and very clean. Location was great. Clark with Phoenix Rentals, LLC was always accessible.

The location was great, however, the room itself was gross. The floors were so dirty they turned our brand new white socks black on the bottoms. The dish towels had not been washed, and there was still lint in the dryer. There was also sand in our shower still. The white couch and white dinner chairs were covered in food stains. The cabinets also still had supplies from the last stay still in them. For paying so much for a condo you’d think they’d have a decent cleaning team :/ I also tried to reach out via phone and email to the management to confirm some things before the stay and I had never heard back.

We had a wonderful time in Orange Beach and would definitely recommend Clark's condo. Clark was very accommodating to all of our requests during our stay. The condo is just as it is pictured online and conveniently located near many restaurants, grocery stores and churches. I was able to walk to Easter mass, the ice cream parlor and donut shop! The condo was clean and had all the pans we needed for cooking some dinners in as well. Would highly recommend staying here!

We rented this space with a group of 13 (ages ranged from 1-63 years old). It was a beautiful condo with plenty of room for us all. The location was great, parking convenient and balcony was large! Would recommend this place!

Overall the unit was very spacious--but on closer inspection after w had checked in, the furnishings, i.e. the headboards on the beds, the chairs around the dining table were extremely flimsy . In the case of the dining chairs, several of the slats under the cushion were broken. Kitchen supplies were the absolute bare minimum (2 pots, 3 skillets-all small) appliances except the refrigerator were lower end. Television in bedroom was dish or amazon and wuld work sometimes then not work. Very limited on bathroom linens for a unit that adverties up to 12 people. Frankly, the other Phoenix bldgs are better supplied, and better built. Our first time in this bldg and our last. We wil go back to other properties that you rent. The saving grace was that it was quiet.

We really loved this condo!!! The view was great and we especially loved being able to park on the floor we were on and walk right in and not have to wait on an elevator. The property was exactly how it was described, well maintained, and had all the amenities you needed. We will definitely be staying here again!

Had an amazing time but a few essentials were missing from the kitchen- pot holders & scissors....the bar stools & dining room chair cushions needed to be replaced....also the king comforters could’ve been replaced. Also when I tried to communicate before my stay with the company via through email no one responded to me no until closer to the start of my reservation.

Our entire family enjoyed staying at Phoenix Orange Beach II. Our babies loved the slide, and we all loved the lazy River. We liked being able to park outside of our condo in the 5th floor. The staff was so helpful, and the property and condo were very very clean. We hope to stay here next year.

We truly enjoyed our stay in 501 at Phoenix Orange Beach II. The Lazy river was fantastic and the property was well maintained. We loved that our floor had direct access to the parking garage on our floor. There were plenty of bowls and cups, but not enough cooking supplies (measuring spoons, non-serrated knives, baking pans, pots, etc) to cook for the 14 people the condo allows for. The decor was beautiful, but the big coffee table wobbled and felt like it would collapse at any minute. The cushions for the table and bar were stained and some of the chairs were damaged. Even though there were those minor inconveniences, we would still rent this condo again. We had a wonderful time!

We recently took our family to Orange Beach for the first time and we will definitely go back! The condo at the Phoenix II was wonderful! The location was perfect, the amenities were great (with the exception of the coffee maker, it was not great) the property manager responded to our call immediately and having the opportunity to purchase up to 3 parking passes was another bonus!

The view from this condo is fantastic. It was clean & comfortable. Plenty of room for all of us. The one thing that needs to be addressed is kitchen supplies. There was not one single dish cloth or pot holder & only 2 cup towels. Also, the "starter" dishwashing liquid had been watered down so was not very effective. However, we would still stay here again.

Cleanest most organized condo that we’ve ever stayed in. So easy to get in touch with anyone. Just beautiful.

It was beautiful and very clean. The pool areas are amazing.
