Phoenix Orange Beach II 1704

Pictures on listing are deceitful! The listing had not been properly cleaned prior to our arrival. There were blood stains on doors, floor was not mopped, and every mattress in the condo had HUGE urine stains. Working with the owner was a huge waste of time. They did replace a mattress with the cheapest one they could find, but every mattress was stained with urine. The owner is only concerned with making money on the listing not providing basic sanitary conditions. In our group we had a cancer patient who is undergoing chemo, an elderly woman and two young children this condo was a health risk to all of them. We are very disappointed with the customer service provided by the owner and Vrbo!

Our stay at Phoenix Orange Beach II was great! This is our 2nd time staying at a Phoenix property and will not be the last! We love the amenities that Phoenix properties have to offer! 1704 was very clean, had everything we needed for a great stay and was a great location to watch out over the Gulf from the balcony!

We had a wonderful time at the condo. Everything was how it was pictured. Very clean and well put together. I would stay here again. :)

We had an excellent experience. The condo has wonderful views of the beach and great location. Property manager is communicative and helpful.

This is our second time staying at Phoenix OB 11. We were very disappointed in our condo this year. It was dirty upon arrival and lacked amenities. The sheets and beds in all rooms were horrible. It's hard to believe that this condo could be in this shape for only being 2 years old. The kitchen lacked amenities. There was only 1 knife to use the whole week and blender did not work. Overall the unit appeared very old and dated. I would not recommend this unit to anyone.

Overall it was delightful. Fun times with family.Lots of problems though. Hall bathroom smelled of urine. Had to clean with clorox and toilet paper holder was broken. Kitchen supplies were very limited. No knives but butter knives. Had to borrow from another condo that my family was staying in. Dishes were not microwavable. There was a good selection of glasses, cups, and utilities for eating. I will come back next year but not stay in this condo. The other 2 I rented were much nicer and better funished.

Let me start by saying we own a condo in OB and rent it as well. In light of this my comments are very relevant because I know both sides of the rental business as a rental owner and a renter.

Details that need to be addressed:
The first thing we noticed is that the dust accumulation on the top of the fans in the bedrooms and the laundry room and until it’s room doors was thick. So much so that we found the vacuum cleaner and dusted the utility and laundry room doors because it was unsightly. We didn’t attempt to clean the fans.

The faucet in the kitchen sink seemed broken but with further inspection it worked but just wobbled around and leaked when we tried to shut it off.

The oven on the range works very poorly. We tried to cook a few times in the condo using the oven for French fries. We set the temp to 400 degrees but the oven did not seem to warm up past 200 degrees even when we tried the broiler option. We ended up having to dry the fries in oil.

There is only one (1) dull cutting knife in the entire kitchen. So making anything was a challenge until we purchased cutting knives at the grocery store.

The mattresses in the back king bedroom and the back room with 2 doubles were very sagging with a canoe like. So much so that we opted to use the pull out sofa for one of the girls who woke up with back and neck aches.

The seat cushions on the dining room table chairs are dirty and stained so we put towels down before sitting for dinner.

Considering the price tag for this unit for a week, I would expect everything to be perfect and on point.

There were not enough towels in the master bathroom soon arrival so we had to stop a cleaning crew and ask for the missing towels.

Also, finding grocery carts to move our belongings in on checkin and out on checkout was difficult. We had to go to various floors and scope them out. At the building I rent our unit from all c

Phoenix Orange Beach II is very beautiful and a great location. I would highly recommend staying at this location. Our condo 1704 is very over priced so not sure what the other condos cost at this location but would definitely look into if we visit Orange Beach again. Our air went out on our stay but luckily fixed in the same day.

condo had perfect view of the beach. lazy river was wonderful and easy walk to the beach. everything was perfect!

The unit is very spacious and clean. Everything we needed was provided. I loved having the ice maker! The property is new, and well maintained. It was not crowded at the pool and my kids loved the waterslide. We will stay at this property again.

This condo was absolutely perfect for our family vacation. We loved the view, the decor and the well set up kitchen. There was plenty of seating for everyone and it was comfortable. Our kids young and adults were very impressed with the comfy beds, and seating on the balcony. We prepared all our meals there as well. We have not all been together on a vacation in over 10 years, so this was a very treasured vacation and we couldn't have been happier. The owners have put a lot of thought into the beautiful decor and the comfort of their guests. We will all remember this perfect family vacation at orange beach for years to come!

Condo was immaculate, spacious, and tastefully decorated. We had all we needed to have a comfortable relaxing stay. Highly recommend the complex and this unit.
