lovely apartment but beds needed didn't sheets (the sheets didn't fit!)

We loved the location and beach room was very nice. We did find some small things that needed attention. The end tables had broken glass . But over all it was fantastic.

This rental was excellent for our party of 12. There were ocean views from almost every room. We used the kitchen a lot because of kids. It had everything we needed. Living room and patio furniture sat each of us comfortably. We were very pleased.

Once again - the property, the condo, the Orange Beach area was above expectations!! We continue to come because of the scenic beauty, cleanliness & all around perfect location.

We had a wonderful time in the condo. It was very clean. It looked exactly like it does on the website. There was 11 of us and we had plenty of room for everyone. No issues with sleeping. We enjoyed the beach so much. We had wonderful weather and we enjoyed the hot tub. The pool area is very nice. We had everything we needed. We loved it, and would definitely stay again. 5 STARS !

Had a little bit of everything for all ages, the pool was great with the lazy river, all staff members were very friendly. Great views of the beach and access.

Second year in a row staying at this Condo & Phoenix complex. Simply amazing!!!! Location is great, Property is well taken care of, Condo is spotless & the View is spectacular. Highly recommended.

Clean, updated, fantastic views, elevators are fast, beach and indoor/outdoor pool all immediately available. Would stay here again 100%!

Very clean, well decorated, & you can’t beat the view! Views in all bedrooms were fantastic-1 room size of master-must share common bathroom. Close to many restaurants or very easy to cook in!

We stayed here with four adults and 7 kids for spring break. The complex was great. Very low-key and didn’t feel like a hotel. Great location to the beach. You are within a mile or two of several restaurants, grocery stores and anything you need if you want to drive, plus there is a good seafood restaurant right across the street with awesome service. The condo itself had plenty of space for our two families. The bedrooms are fairly small when you put 3 to 4 kids in them, but honestly, nobody takes a vacation for the size of the bedroom. I would highly recommend this complex. This unit itself is very nice and very well coordinated communication and check in and check out processes. The only thing I would note is that if you are checking in after hours, you’ll have to go to another complex to get your parking pass. The only other specific thing with this unit is the second master bedroom shares a bathroom as a common bathroom for the rest of the unit. Great workout gym as well!

The condo was amazing. Clean, inviting, but compfy.

We stayed for 4 days which flew by. This condo is beautiful and furnished with everything we needed. The kitchen was furnished with everything we needed. The beds and furniture were super comfortable. We loved the modern decor that flowed room to room. The view from the 16th floor never disappointed. We watched dolphins daily and stingrays on our final morning. The lazy river was right below us and so cool to see in the evenings with all the lights. We highly recommend this location and condo!

This condo is perfectly appointed and had all the amenities one could need. It was roomy but quaint. The patio furniture let you live outside from sunrise to past sunset. The view was fantastic even in questionable weather. The bedrooms were luxurious and sleep came easily on comfortable beds. The kitchen had everything I needed. We never had far to walk when we parked in the condo lot. The condo is close to all forms of entertainment, restaurants and shopping. I have traveled many places and this is the best accommodation I have ever enjoyed.

This is the most beautiful condo I have visited. It is well appointed and cozy. Having floor to ceiling windows provides a spectacular view.The kitchen and wet bar is very well equipped. Good food shopping is close. Good restaurants are also easy to access.The patio is terrific. Watching sunrise and sunsets from the patio proves to be very relaxing. Eating and drinking on the patio is wonderful and easy to-do. Watching the dolphins while eating is a treat. Relaxation envelopes one when one steps onto the patio. The beds are extremely comfortable and the bedrooms well furnished. The condo layout provides the ability to choose whether to be alone or join your other party members. It is great to be able to choose.I hope to return and enjoy again.

Fantastic Condo. 4 bedroom, 3 bath the easily sleeps 12.This corner unit with floor to ceiling windows offers a panoramic view of the Gulf.We found the furniture and beds to be quite comfortable.Large kitchen that is extremely well appointed. Plenty of plates, silverware, glasses and cooking untensils for 12.And the balcony. Once you set foot on it you may never want to leave. Very spacious with plenty of comfortable chairs.The lazy river is a blast and pretty cool to see it lit up at night.Condo is also very close to great restaurants and grocery shopping.This condo has it all. We'll definitely be back.

This unit is incredible. Everything you could possibly need or want is available to you. The unit is roomy & private. Very well appointed. Perfect for couples or family. Everything to do was right on property or very close by. Used the rental company for a stroller & Crib. They were there when we arrived! Had groceries delivered & they too were there when we arrived. The location is perfect for everything. Beach & pools were gorgeous and well maintained.

We had a wonderful experience. The condo as well as the building was very clean. We saw people every day cleaning and wiping down elevators. We couldn't have been happier with are accommodations. We had eight adults and two small children with plenty of room. The view from inside and the balcony were breath taking. We would highly recommend staying here to anyone. We would love to come stay again in the future.

Our family had a blast! The unit was clean and beautifully decorated, and was stocked with all the appliances and dishes we needed. The beds were super comfortable! Great location.

My family very much enjoyed our stay in this spacious and comfortable condo! The kids had so much fun in the lazy river and water slide.

We loved the large condo. Plenty of room to move around and not get in each others way. Loved the black out curtains, the ac worked great, plenty of hot water, plenty of parking. Never had to wait on the elevators very long.

This condo is in a great location on the West corner of the 16th floor. All the floor to ceiling windows are great. We were only the 3rd or 4th family to stay in this unit so there were no previous reviews. I love reading reviews before staying in a vacation rental but decided to take my chances since this was so new. I figured everything would be good enough and it was. The furniture was great. The beds were comfortable and this unit had the best outdoor balcony furniture of any unit we’ve ever stayed in. We were a party of 12 with 7 adults and 5 children ages 13 months to 7 years.
The only negative comments I have (and they aren’t deal breakers)...
*There are no plastic cups, bowls or anything else that would be very useful for children. I’m glad I carried some plastic Tupperware drinking cups for the kids. We were nervous that they would break something the whole time. There are also no baking sheets (cookie sheets) nor a tea pitcher. I’m thankful I brought my own.
*We were disappointed that there was no stand alone ice maker as advertised in the description. There was a wine cooler instead and we aren’t wine drinkers. We could have benefited from the ice maker instead. Again, not a deal breaker but I felt it worth mentioning.
I would definitely recommend this unit to friends.
