Phoenix Orange Beach 602

The condo was in a great location! Across the street was Publix and several restaurants. ️ on the same floor as the room was nice for unloading and loading. Other days, We parked on the lower levels. The condo is very clean and nicely decorated. Plenty of room. There are no hangers, so bring your own. There are lots of drawers to put things. It was nice having different choices for swimming. I would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at Phoenix Orange Beach. It was our first time in this location. The facility was great, the lazy river was relaxing. The condo was exactly as advertised, with great views from the balcony. We can’t wait to come back.

The property description was accurate. It appeared to be well cared for and clean. We enjoyed eating at the original Doc’s on Canal Rd and Cosmos Restaurant on Canal Rd.We also enjoyed steamed shrimp from Blaylock’s on Canal Road. The lazy River and zero entry pools met our needs. The only drawback for us was the height of the beds and the dining table. One person in our family has disabilities due to stroke so the height made it difficult for him. Being able to park on the level of the unit was great,

My family and I enjoyed our brief but restful time at Phoenis OB. From booking to checkout, every minute was a joy. just need a splash pad!

The condo was wonderful plenty of room . Short walking distance to the beach . Condo stocked with everything we needed . Resort had all the amenities you could ask for . The location was close to everything we needed

We had a great stay, the location was good and place was clean and beautifully decorated. In my opinion, some of the pots and pans should be replaced and the hairdryer in the main bathroom was broken. In one of the guest baths the toilet paper holder needed replaced. We enjoy staying at the resort because it is clean, well run, and the staff very welcoming! We plan to stay again!!

My husband, along with our 2 grown children, their spouses, and our 3 grandchildren stayed in unit 602 for a week-long family vacation. The bedroom setup worked perfectly for all of us, and we had plenty of towels. We had plenty of room to spend time together in the living area and balcony. The beds were comfortable, but I would bring my own pillows next time. The only cooking we did was breakfast. There was sufficient cookware and dishes for that. We were happy to have the large coffee maker as well as a Keurig. The only suggestion I would make is to update the pots and pans because the non-stick coating is quite worn. Overall, we had a fantastic week. My husband and I plan to stay in this condo again in September with friends.

Our family had a great time staying in this unit. Plenty of room for the 4 adults and 2 grands. We'd love to stay here again next year.

We really enjoyed the condo at Phoenix in Orange Beach. I do wish the pool area was better for littles. Security seemed to take their job serious which is always a plus. We did notice that our floors in the condo we were in were not clean. My child’s feet were extremely dirty after being there for 30 mins. Everything else seemed pretty clean. The size of the condo was perfect for 3 families but we probably wouldn’t stay here again due to the pool area.

Great location. Very nice condo. Electric outlets hard to locate in the bedroom with two beds. Hard to plug in sleep devices. Beds in that room were extremely soft. Garbage disposal did not work. AC worked great. Balcony very nice size.

This is a beautiful condo in a perfect location. Having 3 bathrooms was perfect when we were all getting ready to go out. The view from the balcony was gorgeous. We loved the balcony furniture. After a day at the beach we came in and played cards at the table every night and the chairs were very comfortable. I will definitely rent this unit again.

We were very impressed with our condo. It was just big enough so that we were not on top of one another. And plenty of room for us all to hang out together.

This is the second time that I have stayed at a Phoenix Condo while vacationing at Orange Beach. This condo was beautiful and the views were spectacular. The lazy river was great. The ice machine in the condo was WONDERFUL!!!!. This condo is close to all our favorite resturants. Will definitely be back next year!!!!

Clean condo with comfortable beds and well stocked kitchen just steps from the beach. We will definitely be back!

We loved our experience with Phoenix orange beach unit 602. very well kept, beautiful decor, had everything we needed. We loved being on the 6th floor where parking but much easier than the lower floors with direct door into the hall with unit (no elevator hassle to get all belongings up to the unit). Will definitely be back !!

Our entire experience, from the reservation to checkout was absolutely the easiest most relaxing vacation ever! Unit 602 was amazing! Clean, stocked well with kitchen necessities, beautiful and comfortable! Convenient location (stores, restaurants and beach). Pool, lazy river, grilling area, parking, elevators - Perfect!

Everything was decorated beautifully. Everything you need in the kitchen is there. Extra ice maker at bar area a plus! Just FYI-bring your own S&P and such. You get what you see. No beach items, kitchen condiments, pens, paper, restaurant suggestions, games. Nothing like that is here, which is fine but I know some condos do have these things and that is a bonus for sure. The parking is $38. At check in, we were not given wrist bands and didn’t know we needed them until two days in when a security man by the pool gate questioned two people in my party. . So I had to take time out to go back to the lobby and get wrists bands.

The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked. We were able to park on the same floor as our unit which made it convenient for loading and unloading.
My only complaints were the young guy that checked us in had a attitude and greeted me with a “what’s up” and the patio furniture was too tall (bar height) for husband to sit in with his Parkinson’s. It had 2 nice chase loungers but he had a difficult time getting up since they are low. It Would be nice to have regular height patio chairs or sofa since he enjoys reading on the patio and relaxing.
This unit is on the 6th floor and right above the water slide ,so it was very loud with kids screaming. The lazy river is great but the outside pool is quite small and is part of the lazy river. The inside pool and hot tubs are very nice.
Cayce, with the rental Agency was very nice and helpful.

Everything about the new Pheonix Orange Beach was exactly as expected. Perfect!! We have been using Pheonix Rentals for several years and have never bred disappointed.
Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed and enough for part of my family that was on another floor. At first it was a bit confusing due to the layout but we soon adjusted.
The beds were very comfy, bath rooms roomy and the deck is much larger. Floor to ceiling glass covering beach side allowed an awesome open air view!!
Cayce and Julia are always willing and ready to assist in any way!! Already looking forward to February!!!

Perfect unit for girls trip! Very convenient and safe location. Property management company was very efficient and helpful from booking to departure! We will definitely be back next year
