we had a great time at our condo. it was spacious, clean and great location. Great view, and easy walk to the beach, also great location to eat, shop and site see.
Loved being able to park on our floor and walk verses getting on an elevator, but the elevators were fast and easy to use to go to the pool and beach.

We enjoyed this vacation rental very much. Everything was clean and each area of the condo had plenty of room. We really enjoyed that the swimming and beach were at our condo and we did not have to drive! Thanks!

We booked this rental for a last minute girls trip and it did not disappoint! Plenty of room for us to stretch out, comfy furniture and beds and the decor is beautiful. The location of Phoenix Orange Beach is great and being walking distance to CoastAL is an added bonus. Highly recommend!

There was 11 of us staying in this condo and we had a great time. The condo is close to the grocery stores and walking distance to Coastal restaurant. The sixth floor was great and had parking on the same floor as condo which made it easier. Will definitely stay at this property again

Perfect views and location! Parking right outside our doors! Easily walkable to restaurants, the beach, and shopping. The view!!! We saw dolphins while we relaxed on the huge balcony! The furniture is a little dated, but we were hardly in the condo due to all the amenities.

Our family just left 601 Phoenix and wanted to let you know we enjoyed our stay but as noted by several of the people in your reviews the place could use some TLC. There were many holes in the walls and a few things that just were in need of repair. We tried to use the jets in the masterbath several times and it just spewed black moldy plastic.
The carpets should be cleaned or replaced, the first 2 hours we were in the place we all noticed our feet were filthy. The tile was immaculately clean but the carpets were just horrible. We also could not get the remotes to the television in the living room to work. We had to download a universal remote app to watch tv. Not sure if that was us or a remote error. Also, the pots in the kitchen are pretty scrapped up with the non-stick coating flaking off.
We however chose to weigh the pros against the cons and enjoy the beach and facilities. This was our first visit to Orange Beach and we are now big fans of the area. We hope to return and stay in another Phoenix condo.
Hope this list will help you make some minor tweaks to the place for the next visitors.

We went the week before Labor Day when the AL schools had started. We enjoyed the fact that we had no wait time at bars, restaurants and shops. The beach was not crowded and sand was clean. We had a few days of red flags but utilized the lazy river. The condo was sufficient for 9 adults. Needs some TLC on things like drapes, ceiling fans, etc. we would go back. 6th floor was perfect. Parking garage was basically empty,

Three generations shared this condo with plenty of room for all three families. Perfect set up. Great location. Indoor and outdoor pool with lazy river, slide, sun and shade. What more could you ask for !!

We really liked this property. It was spacious. The kitchen had everything we needed. The 6th floor parking lot was very convenient to the condo. The elevators are close as well. We will be renting this condo again when we return in 2 years.

The family came to town, we had cake, sat laughed and enjoyed each other in this wonderful condo!

Great place to stay! Clean, convenient and the grand babies loved the pool/lazy River.

The unit was very nice and comfortably fit our two families of four. We had almost everything we needed in the kitchen for meals when we ate in.

The 6th floor is perfect. Not too much driving in the parking garage, and the view is gorgeous.

Short vacation with family and grand children. The condo was very nice and the location was great. Parking garage was located just steps from the condo which is very convenient. Elevators were quick and never crowded. The weather was cool, so the indoor heated pool was a plus for the kids. We were able to use the lazy river on the last day, but the water was pretty cold. The beach was clean and the kids played in the surf, even though the water was too cold for Grandpa. We will return when the weather is warmer.

Everything was so easy and nice. The unit was in perfect condition and access to the beach and on-site amenities couldn’t have been better. Check-in was smooth, and access to shopping was close and convenient.
Highly recommend!!

Pros- location was great and the beach and pools were rarely crowded. The elevators were also faster than other Phoenix properties where we have stayed. The unit management was very responsive. Our kids (3,4 and 8) loved the indoor pool.
Cons- the unit is overall a bit less upgraded than others we have rented. The ice maker doesn't make enough ice for ice chests so be sure to plan to buy bags. The 3 bathrooms were the biggest con, with 12 guests, it was a bit difficult. We didn't end up going anywhere but had we all needed to get dressed at one time it would have been an issue. With 3 kids we made frequent trips to the bathrooms located near the indoor pool which was pretty dirty. Someone dropped cookies in the bathroom four days before we left, they were never cleaned up which made me wonder what else wasn't cleaned during our visit. There wasn't a particularly high cleaning presence (wiping down pool rails or elevators) as we've seen in other hotel properties where we have stayed during COVID.

We had an amazing experience and trip. First of all, Charlie with Phoenix Vacation Rentals is so nice and goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is perfect. Our condo was very clean and decorated beautifully. We love the 2 pools. I also love that this complex only has 120 units so you don't feel crowded. My only complaint would be that Phoenix Orange Beach needs to do a better job of keeping the trash area clean. Otherwise, we will definitely rent though Phoenix Vacation Rentals again.

Beautifully decorated, very clean condo! The condo was spacious enough for our family and the kitchen was well stocked so we were able to prepare meals and enjoy them on the balcony overlooking the gulf. I loved being able to park on the same floor as our unit, that made unloading and loading very simple! It was easy to access the elevator to head straight down to the pool and beach. Charlie was very accommodating and extremely easy to get in touch with! We loved this unit and will be repeat guest with Phoenix Vacation Properties!

A heavy cabinet door came down when it was opened (fortunately, no one was hurt). There was food on the floor in a closet and a few other cleanliness issues. There was a broken vase in a closet and a broken toilet paper holder. We reported all of this at the beginning of our stay and were told a repairmen would come by the next day. No one came until we were checking out. We had a great time in spite of these issues. Because we had such a perfect experience in a different condo last month, we will plan to return next year.

By far the best condo we've stayed in. Very convenient to park on the same floor as well. Great pool amenities. We walked across the street to Moes BBQ and a couple of times to Dairy Queen. Perfect vacation.

I loved this rental. The location and layout were great. I would recommend a couple of minor things. A larger skillet and griddle would be awesome. We like to make pancakes and the skillet was only big enough for one at a time. Maybe change out the shower heads so you can get a little more water pressure. I know it is low flow, but a different head would make a big difference. The only other thing would be to mark the switches that have to be on for outlets to work. In the bedroom, the switch had to be on to turn on lamps and charge electronics. In the living room, one of the switches had to be on for the wall plugs behind the couch to work. Obviously, none of these were issues for us, just notes. We would definitely come back!

We brought my mother who has had hip replacement surgery and isn't able to move quite like she used to so we were able to sit her on the balcony so she could watch her grandchildren go down the waterslide and play on the beach which was nice.
