Phoenix Orange Beach 2104

Had a very nice stay at phoenix orange beach. Easy beach access and nice amenities. Condo was clean and comfortable.

We've been coming to Orange Beach for the last ten years for vacation, trying out different places each time. The last few times we have stayed at some variation of the Phoenix property and it has always been great. Clean, right on the ocean and quiet. This year we came for our daughter's birthday and now she can't stop asking us to move down here permanently. We will definitely be back.

We had a great time for a family vacation right on the beach.

We love PHOENIX ORANGE BEACH! The complex is close to everything you need! Our unit had the most beautiful views! The staff is amazing as always! Renting through Phoenix Rentals is a breeze! We have stayed here twice now and look forward to coming back!!

Plenty of room for all. Issues with cleanliness; Phoenix contact was responsive and respectful. Amenities are wonderful esp lazy river.

The condo was was very clean and well stocked. The beach was a short distance. The lazy river and slide were great and never busy. The beds were comfortable. Elevator wait times were almost none. We would definitely stay here again.

The condo was very nice and we were extremely pleased. There were no major issues that were not remedied. Things we really liked include: 1) Elevators were very fast, 2) being able to change the keycode on the door, 3) having grocery stores and restaurants right across the street, 4) the luggage carts and for-purchase ice machine in the building, 5) lazy river and slide were awesome for the kids, 6) parking garage was clean and convenient, and 7) security guard and staff were very friendly.

A few minor improvements to make the property even better include: 1) adding a built-in ice maker or mini fridge in the wet bar (ice machine in fridge worked, but was very slow), 2) adding a few more dish and hand towels in the kitchen, and 3) patio door does not lock properly.

Our family of 5 had a great time in this unit. We've been coming to the beach here for over 20 years. The location is perfect. Near 3 grocery stores, multiple souvenir shops and restaurants, this is an ideal place for families. The unit was clean and spacious. The views are spectacular. The ramped boardwalk was easy to navigate to the beach (NO STAIRS TO FRUSTRATE YOU WITH ALL YOUR GEAR + KIDS!) The lazy river w/ slide and the indoor pool were favorites of our kids.

***EXTRA PERK***
There's an ice vending machine downstairs on your way to the pool. They sell 16 lb bags of ice there for cheaper than you can buy at the store. This is a great extra perk, because you don't have to empty your condo freezer of all the ice and you don't have to navigate your EXTRA HEAVY COOLER through the elevators and corridors.

We will be back! The condo was great and we loved the beach front view. Facilities were wonderful and very clean.

Great roomy condo would stay here again in a heartbeat. Great views from the 21st floor, very clean and convenient to everything Orange Beach and Gulf Shores has to offer. My only ding would be the mattress in the master is really soft.

We had the perfect rental for our family vacation! With three families traveling together, we needed lots of space and this rental delivered! We had everything that we needed to have a great vacation. With a few minor issues when we arrived, they were all resolved super quickly by our friendly host, Charlie. Everything was quickly in working order and perfect for our stay. We did have a frustration with the people above us constantly scraping their chairs on the floor which is really loud in the condo below however, we never heard a peep out of our neighbors while we were in the condo but could hear their loud music in the hallway. The sound proofing between condos was amazing!! Quick note, it you don’t like heights, this may not be the condo for you. It is almost at the top of a very tall building. Looking down at the beach could be scary for people with height issues.

The room was amazing, very clean and spacious.great view from the very large balcony. Elevators are supper fast, unlike other places I have stayed. The whole property was clean and friendly staff.

Not very clean- floors were sandy when we arrived, old water bottles under couch, napkins, bottle caps
Cookware was dirty and had to be washed prior to use.
Bracelets to wear while staying are cheap- we had 2 other families that were staying here with us in this complex for family vacation who had the nice plastic kind with “Phoenix” on them.
I’ve never stayed in a complex that charged extra to park. Especially considering how expensive it is to stay here, parking passes should be included.
No communication with property manager. Called 4 times over the course of our stay and also emailed with no response.
Security- rude and will harass you over any little thing
Front desk gives you the run around/not helpful. Just tells you to call the property manager who doesn’t respond to calls or emails.
Most expensive condo I’ve ever stayed at.
Insects in the cabinets.
Beds are uncomfortable
No bathtub in master suite (my 2 other family members they stayed here in separate condos had a jacuzzi tub in both of their master baths)
Beautiful view of the Gulf
Kids loved the pool/lazy river

Enjoyed the beach composed of sugar scan along with pools and lazy river. Pools were well suited for 3 year old and the twins
Minimal party vibe which was as a plus for families

Misleading directions, Power went out.Beautiful views the hot tub and pool were closed off and on two days I believe inside one on the outside including the hot tub

This was my first time ever doing VRBO, I will say the process is easy and no stress.

I had no idea we were going to be on the 21st floor (maybe I missed that?? LOL) OMG the view was amazing. I'd rebook this place on a heartbeat. Condo was clean, roomy and the property it's self was the same. Zero issues. We had 4 adults and 4 children.

Only negative would be the bed (we were in the master king). And not really a negative as this is more of a personal preference. Mattress was soft, as on thick pillow top. We are just used to a firmer mattress, hubby back not as good as it used to be. However, this did not wreck my visit. We both still slept in the bed, and even with this we'd still rebook.
Just thought I'd mention if some has a really bad back, they may need to know this. Others may love this feature.

This is my 2nd time to stay at this property this year and I would highly recommend. We love Phoenix Orange Beach!

Had a great stay with a great view! The location was ideal. The condo was clean but the furniture was a bit worn. The family had fun!

This was our first trip to Orange Beach. We had a wonderful stay. The condo was clean, spacious, and the view from the balcony was breathtaking. The location of the condo was in easy proximity to Walmart, eating places, and shopping. We never had a long wait for an elevator like I read other places had. The covered parking was a pleasant surprise. We loved having options as far as the beach, pool, lazy river, or hot tub. We would definitely stay at this condo again and intend to!

VERY ROOMY condo with lots of amenities to help make everything comfy. The ONLY problem we had was that the condo wasn’t cleaned professionally. I would never share that with anyone other than you. Because the floors were all tile, they didn’t feel as though they had been swept or mopped. The proof was in the fact that when we walked around barefoot, our feet were dirty. And that happened on day one. The leather sofa also had spots that were worn and torn.

You were VERY easy to work with, and for that, we would DEFINITELY rent from you again!!!!!!!

This was a beautiful, clean condo in a great location. The beach was SO close and easy to get to. The pool is beautiful though we didn’t spend much time there, the beach was just too easy to get to. The condo was well equipped with everything we needed. They had a great supply of everything we needed to get started (soap, paper towels, toilet paper). The beach service was set up early and umbrellas and chairs weren’t too expensive. There are so many stores and restaurants nearby no need to go too far. We even walked one night. We had Walmart deliver our groceries the first night which was amazing. So nice not to have to go shopping. Just FYI on parking. You are so close to the room no matter where you park. The elevators are right inside and the condo is right across from the elevator lobby. Oh and last but not least was the view. It was amazing from the balcony. We will definitely return!

This condo is VERY well stocked, pots, pans, cooking utensils, bakeware, knives, etc. We’ve stayed at several Vrbo properties and none have been this complete. Bring paper towels, dishwasher soap, toilet paper, they get you started, but you’ll need more. No chairs or beach equipment, that’s on you. My BIGGEST complaint is the WiFi. It’s located in the front bedrooms closet, furthest from the actual living space and is spotty, at best. Cell service with Verizon wasn’t much better. Move that router to one of the SEVERAL Ethernet outlets in the kitchen/ living area and boom, just about perfect. The balcony is ample and the view is great. Kids love the zero entry to 5’ pool, we would stay again. See Capt. Jason with A-Pair-A-Dice Charters, they are AMAZING!!!

Overall it was extremely enjoyable. Lovely view, eagles soaring by us. Only complaint was WiFi was cut off the morning we were leaving, so we weren’t able to do airport check in. Rather miserly since check out time is 10.

Our unit was impeccably clean and well-furnished. we especially liked the leather furniture in the Living Room. All of the beds were very comfortable. What a treat we had when the Blue Angels smoked the beach a couple of passes! Thank you for arranging their fly-by (ha-ha)! We will definitely stay with Charlie and Phoenix Rentals again!

The rental was clean and perfect for a family that requires numerous bigger beds for large teenage boys. The communication with Phoenix Vacation Rentals was great. I would rent from them again Ana I would stay here again. The downside was Sally and being without water and power, but that was to be expected and no way reflecting on the condo or PVR. The only improvement would be a few more kitchen items, a few more bed pillows, and a better coffee maker. Just small things would make it over the top.

We just got home Saturday from staying a week in Orange Beach. We love this area and we really loved this condo! It was clean, big enough for a large group and had a great view. We were really impressed with the elevators. We have stayed at many condos and the elevators have always been slow but not at Phoenix Orange Beach.

One was a cracked coffee pot which was no big deal and the other was a leaky shower. Maintenance was quick but could not be resolved during our stay. Again, no big deal. Awesome place. Elevators were quick for being on the 21st floor. My kids loved the lazy river. It was an awesome place and we had an even better time. We would definitely stay again.

This is our 3rd time to use Phoenix rentals and have had a great experience each time! They are easy to work with and each condo has been wonderful! Especially with the Covid situation, they worked with us and made everything smooth and easy. We even got to add a day at the last minute!

We rented this condo for a short family get together and had a fantastic time despite it being February and chilly. It is on the 21st floor which was cool but could make some people a little “woozy” when looking off the balcony. Furnishings were nice. Bathrooms were great. Kitchen was great. TVs everywhere but no DVD player in main den area. Of note, security was patrolling everywhere so you must get a parking pass as instructed. Too cold to use the lazy river but the inside pool seemed nice—people were in it but still too cold for me. But we liked the hot tubs a lot. In conclusion, we loved the condo so much that we plan on renting it again next year around the same time (Mardi Gras).

Woke up every morning with a cup of joe, sitting on the balcony watching the waves roll in and occasionally a few dolphins playing. Grand daughter couldn't get enough of the water slide and her parents stayed put on the lazy river when we weren't on the beach.
