Phoenix Orange Beach 1906

The location was great. The only negatives were the hair in showers, food and wrappers under beds and couch cushions, utensil drawer had dried shredded cheese, stains on bedding, furniture and rugs, vacuum needed used before we got there.

Beautiful condo with breathtaking views. Great layout. Loved the corner unit. No issues with elevator wait time even on busy 4th of July weekend. The ice maker was wonderful to have.



Tips:
*could really use more towel hooks in the bathrooms and toilet paper/paper towels only lasted a few days. The amount of supplies should really match the length of your stay.

We have rented from this complex multiple times. As beautifully decorated as this unit was not as clean as other units we have rented. Beds were uncomfortable, toilets were dirty, rugs under coffee & dining tables had crumbs under them. Dishwasher had not been emptied. Shame that such a beautiful condo gets an unfavorable review.

Awesome rental property. Very clean and in great location. Very easy rental and checkout process. We had a blast and would easily choose this unit again.

6 adults & 2 babies...we all had plenty of room & privacy in this spacious condo! We all loved the wall of windows (end unit) and the large balcony...we would stay here again!

It was very nice. The rooms are amazing and the view is perfect. We plan on coming back for years to come. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking or a nice place to stay on Orange Beach.

We had an incredible week in the beautiful unit with spectacular views! Our only complaint was the condo was not cleaned well before we arrived. Some of the windows and table tops were filthy and sticky so they obviously were skipped and the rug around the dining table had crumbs all over it so I guess it wasn't vacuumed. They need to upgrade the towels for this unit in quality and quantity. We had the bare minimum (1 hand towel per bathroom and just enough bath towels) and they are small, thin & scratchy. Everything else was amazing and we'd love to stay here again!!!

Absolutely delightful

This place is beautiful in the pictures, but even more amazing in person. It is very conveniently located and has a pristine beach only steps outside of the building. Everything from parking, to check in, to check out was super easy! I would highly recommend this property, and we will definitely be returning!

Top notch location and condo. The master shower wasn’t completely cleaned upon arrival- not sure if it was just an oversight but all else was great. Beautiful views, very nice amenities, nice beach access, nice options at condo.

We enjoyed the location, view and the lazy pool. The furniture in the living room was not very clean, older and not well taken care of. The first view of unit was that it was clean but when you looked closer, a deep clean needed to be done, e.g. shower door rails & random hairs on furniture/floors.

Fabulous location, gorgeous condo with magnificent views! Plenty of space for a family with 8 adults and 3 kids....highly recommend!

Our family of nine, which included three generations, enjoyed our time at this property very much. The description and pictures were accurate. The property was clean and well- maintained, and we had no issues with which we had to deal. We cooked a full breakfast daily, as well as a few dinner meals, and we found the kitchen well stocked with the items needed to do so. Perhaps the best surprise about the kitchen was discovering that it had an air fryer! The property is conveniently located within walking distance of a variety of businesses, including our new favorite grocery store, Rouse's. I would definitely recommend this property to friends and relatives. In fact, several of our family members have requested that we try to book the property for future trips to Orange Beach.

We recently stayed at Phx OB unit 1906 for 7 nights. We absolutely loved our stay. The unit is beautifully laid out and decorated. The views from the balcony are stunning. Beach access is convenient as well. We loved our stay here and would absolutely stay here again-- highly recommend.

This unit is beautiful and comfortable and has such amazing views. It was very clean and had everything we needed for a week. Groceries, restaurants, Starbucks, and pharmacies are literally across the street. Check in was easy and parking was not a problem.

Things to note: We had to request more wash cloths, an AC tune-up, and a WiFi check. All were handled immediately. There was one set of motorized blinds that wasn’t working in the living room that we were told would be fixed but it never was. It wasn’t a big deal, just cut down on our view some.

Would 100% stay here again.

We had the best time, Phoenix Orange was a beautiful facility, our unit was wonderful and could accommodate all 6 of us with ease. I would like to suggest that they add towel racks in the bathrooms, there wasn't any way to hang up our towels.

Loved the setup— beautiful views, great open space and fully stocked kitchen with lots of pantry storage. Luxurious and comfortable at the same time! It was our first visit to Orange Beach and we loved it!

We booked a last minute getaway and so happy we did! The condo was amazing! It was very spacious and included everything you would possibly need. The large sectional was so comfortable and perfect for relaxing after a long day at the beach. The beds were very comfortable and the decor was beautiful. The kids loved the lazy river and the corkscrew slide. There was no wait at the elevators which I have experienced at other condos. They also took safety precautions during COvid by having hand sanitizer outside the elevators. Would

My family and I met with our friends at Phoenix 1906 for a week and the adults and kids loved it! The accommodations were exactly like the pictures and we wanted for very little. The beaches are gorgeous and there were dolphins every morning directly in front of the condo. Just like a dream...
