Beautiful space, exactly as pictured. Well stocked kitchen. Amazing view. I hope to stay here again soon.

We absolutely loved this condo! Very spacious and clean. Right on the beach was our number 1 must have, plus having the pools/lazy river. We would absolutely stay here again!

I don’t know who cleaned the condo before we got there, but it had a horrible smell. We had to buy cleaner and a candle to get the smell out. Also, there wasn’t many different sizes of pots to cook in. Other than those things, we enjoyed our trip.

It was amazing ! The condo was perfect and beauty ! Just as pictured ! The balcony was awesome . Beautiful view and breezy ! Could use a little light on the balcony but that’s it ! Will definitely look to rent this since again. It was perfect for our family .. the pool , slide and lazy river were amazing as well ! And the beach attendant from Ike’s rentals ! Connor was the most amazing ! Can’t wait til next year

Great experience, front desk workers very helpful, unit was clean and very spacious, workout facility has new equipment. Grocery shopping and restaurants located within walking distance across the street. Gulf State Park has biking and walking trails-free of charge.

Very Nice Rental. Really enjoyed our stay.

Thank you Phoenix Orange Beach for a great family vacation. Your facilities were clean and well maintained. Our condo was spacious and allowed for privacy when we all went to bed at night. We were able to eat in the condo and out at restaurants if we wanted which was wonderful for our growing family. We had several family members that golfed during our stay and enjoyed their outing tremendously. We hope to return next year- thank you!!

Beautiful, immaculate condo with amazing view! Comfortable, quality beds, pillows, and linens.

The condo was stunning and well kept, perfect for a large group. We were having such a good time we decided to stay on an extra 2 days which was easily sorted with the letting agent.

The week started with rain, and more rain. But the condo was wonderful and the weather got better. The condo was clean, spacious and just like the pictures online. The kitchen was stocked nicely. We would stay here again.

It is a beautiful view with sweeping sunset nights. We loved our stay. Everything was perfect!

The condo was really beautiful and the view was spectacular. The kitchen was furnished with everything we needed to prepare meals for a family of 13. Before we arrived I had several online chats with the staff asking questions and they were very helpful. The grandchilden loved the lazy river and slide as well as the indoor pool. I'd definitely stay there again.

Our family rented this unit, and unit 1906, both are end units. Both units were amazing! Perfect for our family of 14. We had a couple of things that needed attention, and each was taken care of right away. I was amazed at how quickly our requests were dealt with. I would highly recommend staying here!

We loved our stay at Phoenix Orange Beach 1901. The view was outstanding with gorgeous sunset views. Watching wildlife from the balcony was a treat. The pool with waterslide was a blast. There was another group who were vulgar and rude to the front desk on our first day and they were promptly dealt with.
The main areas were clean and well-stocked and everything worked well, but the tubs/showers and bathroom sinks needed to be re-cleaned as well as the secondary bedroom sheets had to be rewashed.
The location was perfect, very close to stores and attractions and you can’t get closer to the beach!

The condo was very nice and clean and the view was amazing. No complaints on my end about that. The front desk staff was extremely rude on the other hand.

This unit was rented by 5 mature ladies (4 were nurses). The unit really has everything you need. The furnishings are very nice. We enjoyed the large patio. The only suggestions; 1) replace the area rug in the living area. It is really worn and several stains, 2) fitted sheet too big for the bed. It was clean (except the stain on the area rug and I don't think the jacuzzi tub had been cleaned. We would stay here again and the description is accurate.

The reccomendation I would make for the HOA is to get a handle on the chairs. We rented front line chairs from rental company expecting to not have anyone on front of us. We realized the first morning that there was a race each day to set up private chairs in front of all these chairs. People would set up their chairs within 5 feet in front of us all the way down the beach

We loved this place! Lots of fun for the kids with the pools and water slide. Great location and beach views. Very specious for our family and super clean and nice. This is the best one we’ve found for our family and We plan to use this place for future family vacations!

This was a perfect place to stay! The condo is centrally located, and absolutely beautiful. We will absolutely be a return renter.

We enjoyed our family vacation over New Year’s! The condo was perfect! Beautifully decorated. Great for large families. We so much enjoyed our stay!

It was perfect that there were 2 bedrooms with king beds - actually there were 3! And another with 2 queens! Just right for couples traveling together. It was difficult to find units with 2 kings. The kitchen was wonderful, too. The knives were all sharp and there was everything we needed to cook and serve thanksgiving dinner.
The living area was spacious and comfortable. All the furniture was beautiful. We really appreciated the large, flat screen, smart TVs in every room. We could all enjoy ourselves.

From the start to the end the unit provided a wonderful stay for 4 adults and 6 kids. Would highly recommend this condo. The views were amazing. Could have not asked for a better experience!!!

What a wonderful week! The property has a gorgeous view! We loved that it was on the corner so that every room could see the beach. The property was clean, well cared for, comfortable beds, and had everything we needed in the kitchen. Loved having the Keurig machine! The kids really enjoyed the lazy river and the waterslide. We would definitely stay there again!
