Relaxing!

We had a nice stay and the photos are beautiful. However, I think things would have made it nicer. It would be better to make sure bathroom rugs are cleaned. Sheets not on beds completely. One paring knife for cutting was not sufficient. Plenty of large knives but one paring knife! Outside furniture and balcony need to be addressed. I would not eat off that table. One side table broken on arrival.

Check in was difficult. I found this property on Vrbo (or one that is not Brett Robinson) which made check in harder. Alcohol in the pool (lazy river) was out of control. There was not enough room for the drunk adults with kids to allow others to enjoy. Pool closed for broken glass yet big coolers loaded with jugs of tequila allowed or not checked.

This unit is right across from trash chute. Everyone’s trash leaked liquids by many made for unpleasant comings and goings. Before our stay was over, it stunk from the trash itself.

This condo was even better than I expected! It was very spacious and had the best view ever! I loved that it was a corner unit. We enjoyed having such a great, widespread view. All but 1 bedroom had an ocean view. There was plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen was stocked better than any condo we’ve ever stayed in! I even left a pitcher and some Tupperware that I took in case we needed it. I just added it to what was already there. There is even a crockpot. I love that it had a separate ice maker. I hope we will be able to rent this exact unit next time we come!!!

The condo was not clean there was hair in the beds and all over the floors in bathrooms and drawers. The floors were so dirty within the condo they turned your feet black. My son and husband also got trapped in the elevator and the fire department had to come to get them out, very scary for them.

From start to finish, this was an incredible rental. The condo itself was perfect - clean, quiet, and beautifully decorated, as if a designer picked out every item. Million dollar views from nearly every room. Great access to the beach. Well stocked. Ample parking in the multi-story parking garage. Convenient to everything, including shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. Our group of nine all agreed that this was the BEST vacation home we’ve every rented!

Wonderful-There were no issues before or during our stay. I appreciate the quick responses.

Beautiful accomodations with a great view

This property is amazing. Great view of the Gulf and plenty of room for 11 people. Close to all kinds of great restaurants and attractions. The beach is fantastic and not too crowded. The property management was very easy to work with and check in/check out was a breeze. We we will definitely rent this unit again in the future.

Our vacation rental experience was perfect. Easy instructions, absolutely no issues.

Highly recommend this property. The 4 bedrooms provided plenty of room for our family of 9 and beds were veey comfortable. Everything you need to stay in and cook is included in the kitchen. A full sized washer and dryer is a plus. Indoor pool, hot tubs and gym are well-kept. It was too cold to use the outdoor pool, lazy river and tennis/pickle ball courts which was a bummer for the kids but Oramge Beach provides so many fun activities, it wasn't a big deal.
The best part of the property are the beautiful! If they replace a few stained, old rugs, this place would be absolutely perfect!

We were very pleased with our recent stay for Fall Break. We love all of the amenities at the Phoenix Orange Beach and the views were amazing, in this corner unit. Looking forward to our next trip down and renting with Phoenix Rentals!!

Very pretty condo.

Our family took a summer vacation and stayed at Phoenix Orange Beach, #1606 and #1604. We had a wonderful time and plenty of room in the condos. They were very clean and the management were all so helpful. We ended up getting two condos because there were 14 of us and all “grown-ups”. We will definitely plan more trips with Phoenix Orange Beach in the future.

View second to none. Condo well equipped, well designed, bunk room is great.

Beautiful condo ~ immaculate ~ fully stocked with everything you can think of and more ~ great customer service ~ perfect weather ~ best location (across street from Publix). Wonderful activities, attractions, restaurants all around you to enjoy.

Phoenix Rentals was extremely accommodating. I was traveling with 4 kids and the unit we rented unfortunately had a few issues. They graciously allowed us to upgrade to this particular unit. This unit was perfect for my family of four (2 under 2 and two tweens). The beds were heavenly with luxury linens. The bathrooms were sufficient with loads of extra towels and washcloths. The kitchen was fairly well stocked. The condo overall has high end furniture but, not so stuffy that I was worried my little ones might break or stain something. Over my last 40 years of traveling to this area as a child and now as an adult with my children, I have never stayed in a unit with such an amazing view! I have refused to stay in any Phoenix units because, we usually travel in summer and it’s too crowded. This was perfect for our remote learning week! The indoor zero entry pool was perfect for my two under two! The hot tubs were large enough for my big kids to enjoy. The staff was friendly and helpful. Only complaint- I couldn’t find the luggage cart- they only had grocery carts and the vacuum could use an upgrade.

We had such a great time, our 3rd time coming to orange beach in late august with little kids and always stay at the Phoenix! Would highly recommend to anyone!

The property itself was great, the decor was beautiful. The only complaint was the rugs and upholstery were very dirty (though I can't imagine that it's easy to keep them spotless with so many families coming and going!).Such an amazing view and the perfect location! We had so much fun and appreciate getting to use such a great condo. The lady that checked us in was extremely rude (how can you be so rude when you work in such a beautiful place??) but, will chalk it up to she was just having a bad day. This is a fantastic property and would be completely amazing with a little steam cleaning.

We could not be happier with our experience staying at this Phoenix rental in Orange Beach.

As with any rental, you should expect the odd and end broken item. A broken toitet handle, a broken sliding door, etc. Well we had 3 issues pop up over our weekend. And each time, the management company was able to get it fixed within a reasonable amount of time.
The pool, lazy river, and slide were a HUGE hit with out kids and adults alike. We hope to return next year.

Our experience was wonderful until the Alabama Governor evacuated all visitors for a hurricane that was not even coming to Orange beach. The condo was beautiful and convenient to stores and restaurants. I cannot say enough good things about the property manager Charlie Sanders. We we found out we were being sent home he went out of his way to be of help. We are just upset our vacation was cut in half.

Our rental experience was fantastic. It was very easy to select which unit we wanted and the contactless arrival and departure was superb. I will always rent from Phoenix Rentals.

Great place to keep children rested and entertained

This is a perfect place for a midFebruary vacation at the beach.
The grandchildren thoroughly enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tubs. They were able to run and play on the beach collecting shells, flying kites, and hunting crabs. We saw dolphins rollicking offshore and an eagle fly right by our window.

Our 5 day stay was the best yet! Everybody got the chance to rest & relax, enjoy the beach, enjoy the view, love the great interior design vibe, comfortable beds, convenient to shopping, Starbucks across the street, and great long walks on the easy access sugar sand beach. We all enjoyed the pool, the Jacuzzi and the lazy river. Great memory making family experience.

The furnishings, amenities, kitchen utensils, TVs, interior finishes, etc. were all first rate.

We had a great time. This 4 BR was perfect for our family with 3 couples and 4 children.

Originally we reserved for 4 nights, and, we call customer service to stay one more night, the place is AMAZING, very clean and the beds are super comfortable. The city are very friendly and a lot of restaurants and activities.
We are 3 families from Ohio and Kansas and we will love comeback to repeat this amazing vacations

The condo was amazing and we had a very great stay. We would definitely book this condo again. It had plenty of space and beautiful furnishings. The kitchen had everything you could need. We simply had to purchase groceries and everything we needed to cook was included. It had a great coffee pot that had a regular carafe and a keurig for single use pods. Everything was amazing. The location was excellent. There was a Starbucks and a Publix and Wal-Mart grocery store across the street. There were many restaurants close by. The 16th floor allowed a beautiful close view of the ocean and beach. Thanks for allowing us to rent the condo.
