Phoenix Orange Beach 1403

We loved our stay. We will stay here again. From the condo, pool/lazy river, beach and location it was a perfect vacation.

We had a wonderful time and the newly remodeled condo was beautiful.

Positives - Newly remodeled; Built-in ice maker made ice quickly; Decor; Main room TV was the nicest TV we've ever seen; View; Lazy river; Proximity to the beach; Keyless entry was very convenient; Clean unit; Elevator was fast; Parking; High quality and comfortable sectional sofa; Carts are very helpful for luggage; Washer and dryer worked as expected

Areas For Improvement - Fridge ice maker did not work (needed it in addition to the built-in ice maker); "Down" button on one side of the elevator on the 14th floor did not work (building problem); Could use a few more items stocked like scissors, paper, pens; Too much decor (for example, there are lamps blocking pictures, there is a plant that nearly hits you in the face while sleeping in the third bedroom, the coffee table has a non-attached glass top and it is easy to bump into, too many decorations taking up space, etc); Water pipes shake when turning off the water in the kitchen and third bedroom sinks; Vacuum was clogged and didn't work well; Some trash from previous tenants found under the beds and furniture

Overall, it was 5-stars and we had a great time.

Wonderfully decorated and welcoming. Had great storage in kitchen and plenty of needed utensils.

This unit was incredible. Would rent again for my family.

Location is great, elevators work well and quickly. Kids enjoyed outdoor pool and water slide. Too chilly for adults as it is unheated and we were there in April. Indoor pool warm. Only one hot tub was working at out visit. Bedding is limited, no extra pillows or blankets, which we would have liked. We purchased at walmart. Kitchen is not well stocked with pans, or kitchen equipment, no pizza pan. Beautiful balcony and view. Unit was not very clean ,loose goldfish crackers in the cabinet. We cleaned the counter tops, they had dried food stuck on them. We enjoyed our visit.

Overall we were happy with the condo. There were some minor issues that made the stay a little less comfortable, but nothing we called in about. The most significant issue was the frame of the couch was broken right in the middle. Sitting on it was incredibly uncomfortable, so we just didn't. Really didn't hang out in the living room much so it wasn't a huge deal. Next, the master bedroom mattress was pretty awful. We didn't have a good night's sleep our entire trip.

With that said, the condo was clean, the pools were great for the kids, and the beach was pristine (I expect nothing else for OBA beaches). We had an awesome vacation!

I have been traveling to OBA/Perdido area for over 30 years. This was our first stay in any Phoenix facility. I would put this place in the middle of the pack for the places I've stayed. I would stay here again, but probably only if a small house or rooms at Turquoise were not available.

The time of year I visited was perfect. Very low capacity so no lines and no noise. Space was large and very comfty.

This was our 3rd rental through Phoenix Rentals. Charlie has been great to work with. Here's what I sent to him the night before we left:

Once again, we loved our stay at Phoenix OB! Thank you for everything.

We wanted to let you know about a few things that need to be taken care of:

1.The ice maker makes ice but really doesn’t keep up. FYI a couple lights are on inside the machine when you open the door.
2.The towel bar in the guest bathroom will not stay up when you remove a towel. It’s most likely just a screw in one of the brackets.
3.For the life of us, we could not figure out how to turn the TV on to regular satellite. We were able to connect a computer to HDMI but that was the only way to watch TV.
4.The drain of the sink in the guest bathroom is somewhat slow.
5.Cleaning:
a.When we got here, it appeared that none of the bathroom mirrors nor the sliding glass den door was cleaned. We had to get windex to clean them. It was very obvious they had not been touched, and just thought you should be made aware.
b.The stainless refrigerator and dishwasher in the kitchen were totally smudged.
c.Crumbs in many of the utensil drawers.
d.The master bathroom shower has tons of black mildew. If you step into the shower and look down around the silver surround, you can’t miss it.

Other than that, everything was GREAT!

We loved this unit and complex.

The rental was very nice and semi clean. My husband and I have stayed at Phoenix Gulf Shores on our first stay in Orange Beach. This time with our kids we decided to stay at Phoenix Orange Beach and they enjoyed every bit of it from the lazy river to the inside pool. Myself, husband and sister enjoyed the beach.

Outstanding condo. Plenty of room for all my family. Climate control fantastic. Indoor outdoor pools great for kids. Easy access to ocean. Very close to stores abpnd restaurants. Would def stay again.

This condo was beautiful - just as shown in pics- comfortable beds, beautifully decorated, slept 10 of us comfortably with a pull out sofa had we needed it. Loved that every level of the parking deck had elevator access. Loved the short walk down to the beach. Loved the location of the Phoenix Orange Beach! Loved the lazy river and my son loved the slide! Owner was easy to work with! We will be back!

This was our second stay at Phoenix Orange Beach and we will definitely be back. Everything was perfect. We did contact management over a very minor issue and the response was immediate and issue resolved. We love this place!!!

The bedrooms and den were very spacious. Since it is on the 14th floor, it has a spectacular view! The condo has a storage room in the hall to store beach items. We were disappointed the hot tubs were closed due to COVID-19 and the outside pool is very small because of the lazy river. Parking cost is $39 per vehicle which is ridiculous since the rental fees are high.
You will not be disappointed in this condo.

This place is spacious enough for your whole family. 3 bedrooms/bathrooms with with very large common space and a very large balcony. The whole home is well appointed. The second ice machine is a life saver! HIghly recommend this place and will try to stay here again in the future.

We had 9 people in our party & this condo has plenty of room! Loved it! No complaints except the Internet is super slow! Haha. Loved this place though & it helped make Our vacation perfect!

From talking with Charlie about the special wheelchair accommodations we needed to making reservations and spending a wonderful week in this spacious and beautiful condo, our experience was greater than we ever imagined. The unit's finishes and decor are lovely. I would definitely return to this unit!

Beautiful and spacious condo! Plenty of space for our large group! Especially loved our morning coffee on the large balcony with a beautiful view! The owner also responded quickly to any questions I had! Would definitely rent again!

Sweet Seaside three bedroom. Beautifully decorated condo. Well stocked kitchen with all of the appliances (keurig, ice machine, etc...) and accessories you could want. Beautiful gulf view. Building amenities were limited due to Covid-19. Unfortunately, the hot tub was not available. The outdoor lazy river pool was beautiful but chilly. Indoor pool was nice but very busy. My only complaint would be limited paper products (they supply one roll of paper towels and toilet paper) and small/thin bathroom towels. I would recommend bringing your own paper products, soap (including dish soap, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent), beach towels and bath towels (if you prefer large bath towels). There is a Publix conveniently across the road to purchase all of these items if needed. There is a storage locker for the condo and it is listed that this is available, however there was no key to access. This may be important to note for renters that have a lot of beach gear. Overall a sweet seaside vacation!

It was a great week at the beach. Be sure to take extra paper towels, kitchen towels & toilet paper. The kitchen was very well stocked with appliances, casserole dishes, kitchen tools and anything you might need. We had 11 people and were very comfortable.

We loved the condo and the area. Water slide and lazy river where definitely a family favorite! Only issue we had was there was no where to leave beach chairs/coolers at end of day. There was a storage closet for our unit, but it was locked, so every morning there was a note on the door scolding us for leaving a few items outside our unit.
