Phoenix Orange Beach 1105

Great Location

Condo was super nice, beautiful views of the gulf and plenty of chairs on the balcony. No lighting on the balcony at night wished we could have a little bit more light in the evening. The oven would not heat up to 400 degrees, the sprayer on the sink wouldn’t completely turn off. Barely any cook wear or tools to use in the condo. The cleaning crew did not do a good job cleaning we found multiple things under the beds in the bathrooms and in the living room that were from previous stays. Also the vacuum cleaner did not work. It would turn on but trying to vacuum the rug was impossible. I did enjoy my stay and will definitely come back. Just minor things that can be addressed.

Overall we had a great time. The building is very convenient and was awesome to have the outdoor/indoor pool along with easy beach access. Our unit, #1105, was great overall. The living room couches need some refreshed/cleaned covers but we just put sheets over them so all good there. The main complaint was the lack of clean floors. We couldn't walk around in the unit or the balcony without shoes on because our feet would get black. A good scrubbing/mopping between each visit would help.

With this said, we would definitely come back to this unit.

Everything was great, I just wish they spent more time dusting the condo!
As far as lamps, fans tables etc. I think another things everyone would love is if they had abar/ snack place by the pool, that would be amazing!

We had a beautiful stay at this condo. We did find that there were some essentials missing in the kitchen like dish soap, a scrubber, pizza cutter, plastic plates, things like that overall though it was beautifully decorated. We had noisy neighbors 1 to 2 nights and would’ve loved a 24 hour desk to be able to call down to when it was loud in the night.

Our family LOVE this building and the location!! We've rented both 3 and 4 bd condos in this building and haven't been disappointed yet. However, upon first glance this condo is beautiful, BUT it needs better cleaning ppl/company between guests - Deeper vacuuming of rugs, bleaching of grout of tiles in master bath and caulking of other tub/shower (need all new toilet seats in every bathroom (has stains. toilets are fine). And better quality non-stick pots (or just remove them completely) and leave just the stainless pots (but will need more avail). With all being said, We would DEFINITELY RETURN. WE LOVED IT!! WE LOVE THIS BUILDING!!

Great view. For what they charge there were ZERO supplies in the unit. Not a single garbage bag or dish soap. No salt and pepper, nada. Additional parking charge once you arrive. The TP was the cheapest, thinnest known to man. Unfortunately they can get away with this. Having experienced the service, I would encourage you to look elsewhere.

Check in was a breeze, and communication started a few days before check-in. The unit is equipped with everything needed for the stay. The lazy river and in door pools are nice.

This condo was perfect for our yearly girl trip! The condo is spacious and very clean.We will definitely stay here again.

We had a great time at Phoenix Orange Beach. The View was amazing. We spent a lot of time on the balcony. Everything was decorated very well. Charlie at the management company was awesome. He was very responsive if we needed anything. I highly recommend this condo. The condo is located across the street from Publix, Walmart and the liquor store. Convenient to every restaurant we wanted to go too.

Girls trip was fabulous! Condo was great. Beach access super nice!

We had a fantastic time

We had a great time vacationing in Orange Beach with our Grandchildren. The property was just as described, our Condo was very spacious, in a great location and very well maintained. Our Grandchildren ages 14,12,7 and their 14 year old friend loved all the great outdoor amenities the property had to offer. The boardwalk is a short walk to the beach which the adults appreciated because it was convenient to go back and forth from the beach to the pool where all the kids also enjoyed spending a lot of time on the water slide and in the lazy river. We also drove to The Florabama which was a short distance from our Condo where we rode the Banana Boat out to parasail with Ike's which was a really awesome experience for all the much fun!!! We spent one afternoon at the amusement park where the kids were able to basically get off a ride and get right back on because the park was pretty much empty. It was a little surprising and disappointing that the amusement park closed at 7pm which is really early compared to most other parks. However, I feel it was still very much worth visiting because of the short lines for the rides and would still recommend. There are several fast food places across the street which is convenient if you want to just grab a quick bite to eat. We did have one small issue that was no fault of the owners and it was resolved very quickly and professionally. The unit above us flooded one of their bathrooms which leaked thru the light fixture in our master bathroom above the tub and tripped the circuit breaker. Chris R. with the maintenance staff was very knowledgeable, proficient, professional and friendly and went above and beyond to insure it didn't cause much of an inconvenience to us. Thank you to Chris and his staff for staying late to ensure the issue was resolved quickly, your dedication is very much appreciated! Overall our vacation was awesome and I would highly recommend staying at this Resort and in #1105!

This place was exceptional. It had everything in it to make your stay perfect! The view from the balcony is amazing.

I thought the property was dirty. The elevators never were cleaned the entire time we were there and were very dirty. Only 2 of the 3 elevators worked, causing you to wait for long periods to use the elevator. People were constantly smoking on the balconies even after we complained.This caused us to have to keep our balcony door shut all the time to keep smoke from coming into the condo. You could hear everything the people in the condo above us were doing, kids running,bouncing balls, people walking and moving furniture. I never seen any security person watching the parking garage the entire time during our stay.

We loved the condo. It was clean and had a great view and location. Unfortunately our stay was cut in half from the governor jumping the gun and mandated all tourist evacuate for a hurricane that wasn't even close to hitting the state.

We had an amazing vacation! The condo was absolutely beautiful and better than anticipated!!! Will be booking this unit again!

2 families shared this space (4 adults and 6 kids). This place is beautiful and accommodated our needs. Walking distance to several restaurants, Walmart and Publix. The beach and pool area is spectacular. Would definitely stay again and or recommend to others.

This was our first time staying at a Phoenix location and I'm so glad we did! The indoor pool was perfect for the kiddos when the weather was chilly. The room itself has an amazing view and is beautifully decorated. The location of the building is perfect - close to restaurants, gas station and grocery stores (you could walk if needed!). We are already looking to see when we can come back!

Beautiful condo with great location. Extremely clean. My only complaint is no extra toilet paper rolls and not enough soap provided. Also, at other condos I’ve been expected to load the dishwasher but here they want you to put the dishes away before you leave as well which seems like something the housekeeper should do to ensure that they’re clean. Otherwise, a great condo and housing option.

Condo is located in the middle of everything. Condo is beautiful lily decorated and fully stocked. The only thing lacking were extra blankets. View is also great.

We have rented condos three times during the last 10 months. All have been good, but this was the best. The unit was the perfect size. It was new and we just wished we could have stayed longer
